I had a leaking bathroom drain. Of the ten or so estimates I obtained West Coast's was BY FAR the most reasonable. Stephen and Jimmy came out promptly the next day and did the work as promised and for the price quoted in their estimate. Quick, skilled, knowledgeable, honest, reasonable and experienced, I recommend them without hesitation.

We sprung a leak underneath our kitchen sink. Being the Friday after Thanksgiving I didn't have very high expectations of finding a plumber that was going to be A) available and willing and B) not going to charge me a small fortune due to the ""holiday"". I put out an inquiry on yelp and Steven from West Coast Drains replied immediately. I asked him for a ballpark quote and he gave me a range that seemed fair and didn't include a holiday weekend reaming.

Jimmy was at my house within a couple hours of the initial communication. He rebuilt the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink - which was more badly needed than I had realized - and charged me within the quote range I had received from Steven. Service was fast, efficient, friendly and affordable.

I've had bad experiences in the past with plumbers. You never want to need a plumber but when I do I know who I'll call in the future. Highly recommended!

Stephen did a great job replacing my air gap. I had another company take a look and they said it was fine, but I had a feeling something was wrong since our dishwasher wasn't working properly.

Stephen came and noticed that the tube for the air gap was actually too short and needed to be replaced. It was filled with black gunk that I am thankful to not be breathing in anymore now that Stephen replaced it with all brand new parts. His attention to detail is much appreciated.

He also arrived on time, was thorough and explaining everything to me, and honest and fair with his pricing. I definitely will be using them for any future problems.
