These guys are great! We've had an ongoing issue with our kitchen drain that many plumbers have not been able to solve. West coast drains came in and were clearly extremely knowledgeable and they were able to identify and solve the issue. Stephen & Jaime were excellent communicators, kept me informed throughout the project, and fixed our issue once and for all. Highly recommend!

Steven and Jimmy at West Coast Drains and Plumbing were awesome to work with!

Our angle stops/shut off valves in our downstairs bathroom were rusted open and needed to be replaced. Steven was super responsive after I reached out, got us an estimate of the work right away, and scheduled us in the next morning.

We got a courtesy text that morning to let us know Jimmy was on the way. Once he got here we did a quick visual inspection and then he got to replacing the stops. It took under an hour. I inspected and approved the work, and then Steven followed up with the final invoice, which I was able to pay with Zelle (very convenient).

Great service and looking forward to working with them in the future.
