My tankless water heater went out and I called Steven to help me. He was very responsive throughout the process and was on top of it. Came by and replaced my water heater immediately. He tried to save us some money by using the same fittings from before. Unfortunately, we had a small leak. Without hesitation, they came back and quickly realized the problem were the old fittings and did the work at no extra charge (just the cost of the fittings). Yes there was a leak and people can get up in arms that it happened. What I appreciate was the communication and customer service. I think through that, it showed the true culture and character of these guys at West Coast Drains and Plumbing. I'm getting a water softener installed in the near future and I will definitely be giving these guys a call. They've earned my business.

Great company! Reached out to them for a broken faucet and they were very responsive and came out immediately. They were very communicative with their approach and their pricing. They communicated with HOA and sorted everything out. My faucet was replaced very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

These guys are honest and thorough. They work hard to diagnose the problem and find a solution. We had urine smells coming from our toilets. They lifted all toilets and found out the wax seals were old or off center. They replaced those quickly and then moved on to a malfunctioning shower. They found it the cartridge was cracked and replaced it, which fixed the problem immediately. They made sure all issues were addressed and were happy to offer advice about future additions like tankless water heaters, water softeners, and toilet models to go with. Will come back to them for future needs for sure!

We've had an outstanding plumbing issue in our master bath which limited flow in all of our fixtures. We had multiple plumbers/companies come out and attempt to fix however nothing changed.

I highly recommend West Coast Drains and Plumbing! From the start, Steven was very communicative, especially when it came to his arrival time. I contacted them this morning and by the afternoon, he arrived. He was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing and answered all of our questions. He was able to find the source of our backed up water and cleaned out the clogged pipe. He also installed a new faucet for us quickly and at a great price.
