Wow. This company is amazing. They sent Elizabeth out to diagnose an issue of drainage under my sink that is likely caused by improper dishwasher seating. She was pleasant, professional and diagnosed the issue accurately.
I know what to do now, and really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Wes Clarke Plumbing has something rare in this valley - Integrity.

When I called Wes Clarke Plumbing at I:05pm today, I was pretty upset over a leak from my refrigerator's ice maker. A neighbor worked hard to stop the leak, but said I should have a professional plumber check to make sure the new ice maker connection wouldn't leak in the future.
Ginger answered my call to Wes Clarke, understood how upset I was, and said someone would be here in 2-3 hours.
And Dave arrived at 4:00 pm. He was courteous, friendly, went right to the fridge, checked the connection to make sure it was installed correctly, with no leak, and checked the wall and adjacent room's wall. After a thorough inspection, Dave assured me that the new connection to the ice maker is secure. I'm beyond happy that he eliminated the fear of any further leak in the wall.

Dave is amazing...knowledgeable, kind, and very personable. If you have a plumbing problem, just call and request Dave. I know you'll like this professional plumber, his work ethic, and Wes Clarke Plumbing as much as I. I am super grateful for their quick, courteous service. This was the first time I called them, but they certainly will be the plumbing service I'll call in the future. Thank you, Dave, and WSP!

Excellent service! We had a leaking sink and gave them a call. David came right out, identified the problem and replaced the faucet on the spot. The price was reasonable and we even got a free box of Girl Scout cookies. I highly recommend this company.

I needed a refrigerator water line valve replaced right away so that I could have a new refrigerator installed that day. I called many plumbers and they all told me 1-2 weeks for an appt. I called Edna at Wes Clarke and she told me that she thought she could get someone out the same day inbetween jobs! She had someone out to me within one hour, and he was very efficient. My hot water heater went down. Initially we thought it could be repaired but weren't sure the repair would succeed. So we decided for the new one.
The Wes Clarke team were outstanding Especially Fred. Prompt, clean, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service.

We recently purchased a gas BBQ and needed a gas hook-up. We called Wes Clarke Plumbing as a first time user. I spoke to Brandais, who was pleasant and accommodating and scheduled our appointment. Fred and his assistant showed up right on time and were very efficient. Fred explained in great detail how the gas line worked (as I didn't know). He then tested the hook up and found one side of the BBQ did not ignite. The BBQ had to be returned and replaced. I had forgotten a few questions after they left so I called the office again and Brandais helped me but had an additional question that Fred, the technician had to answer. She relayed the question and Fred immediately called me back. He told me he would come back when the new BBQ was delivered at the company's expense. I really appreciated his going above and beyond to not only stop his work day to call me back, but to agree to reinstall my BBQ at their expense. I highly recommend, with no hesitation, Wes Clarke Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Wes Clarke plumbing went above and beyond when my pipes had to be replaced in my home. They have always been prompt, experienced, careful, and professional. Rachel in the office and Colleen with her crew all responded quickly when there were hot pipes bursting under my concrete slab.
Here is most amazing part: when the crew had to move some glass vases from one of the walls, they inadvertently shattered. The guys had taken great care, but things happen. Rachel then went to great lengths to find the very same glass vases to replace them! She found them and I am extremely touched to this day that the team at Wes Clarke made sure I was completely satisfied with their work and the whole experience.

This business is located in Palm Desert and they charge a traveling fee of $85 to service a home in Desert hot springs! Which is the next city over!!!
