This is the best Plumbing Company I have ever used. I had 2 prior referrals from my Home Warrenty Company. The warrenty company referrals both gave me the same opinion which included going through the drywall in my bathroom wall to replace a part. It would have cost me over $1,000 to repair the drywall and paint.

I wanted another opinion and not from my warrenty company. I went to one of the stores that sell appliances an faucets. Luckily, I was given Wes Clark Plumbing as a referral. Clint Wyatt was the best technician ever. He correctly diagnosed the problem within about 10 minutes and did the repair. I cannot say enough about this company!

We have been customers of Wes Clark Plumbing for over twenty years. There is a reason for that for sure. They are extremely professional and attentive whether it is for preventative maintenance for our 50 year old home or if it for an emergency broken pipe in the yard. The are contentious about expense and made valuable recommendations for remodeling that we did. I highly recommend their service.

Wes Clarke Plumbing customer service/scheduling needs to do a much better job (our first appointment never made it to the calendar. Replacement appointment - plumber did not have but one of the 3 items on his list to repair (and therefore had to leave to go to the next appointment) and office manager did not inform him he needed to replace the hot water heater recirculator (he did not come with one).

We were having work completed on our new home. The two missed appointments resulted in a delay of our project.

They seem concerned enough to be making a effort to improve service in the future.

We had a horrible, horrible water pipe burst over this past week-end. Called Wes Clarke and as always the service was amazing!!! They sent out a fantastic, knowledgeable woman named Colleen. Never in my life have my husband and I been so impressed!!! She worked harder then anyone I know with the help of two other young men to complete the water plumbing bad situation. Colleen fit us into her busy schedule to finish up the completion of our home, every hot and cold water pipe was replaced in a period of a few days. Colleen is extremely professional and her knowledge of plumbing problems in truly unbelievable. You would never know that this adorable little lady was so intelligent with plumbing. I recommend Wes Clarke highly, they are very outstanding at customer service and we thank them and Colleen for all the support and help they gave us. It was bad flood in our home. Thank you again!!
