This was my 3rd time using Wes Clarke Plumbing and, as before, the service and customer experience were perfect. I like the fact that I can get a receptionist/scheduler on the phone, book an estimating appointment, and then schedule the work without a lot of hassle. The techs who did the work were professional, wore masks and floor protection ""booties"", and left the job site clean and undamaged. For this visit they installed a pressure relief valve on the main line into my house, installed a replacement instant hot water dispenser in my kitchen, and put in a recirculating pump and 2 thermostatic valves so I now can get hot water in seconds in the 2 bathrooms that are on the opposite side of the house from the hot water heater. These guys are knowledgeable and experienced and it shows!

Quick. Friendly. Reasonably priced! I'm at home with an 8 week old and clogged my sink last night. With endless bottle cleaning, there's no way I can go without a kitchen sink. I called at 1:15 and they had someone here an hour later. Clint took care of the job and even played with my dog for a quick minute. (He loves chasing reflections) the price was reasonable too! Saved the day.

Well, First off, Usually when a Business gets a 5 Star Rating, That's a Good Thing! Gotta say I'm Very Happy & Thankful I phoned Wes Clark Plumbing! Had a New Vessel Sink installed with New widespread faucet for Master Bathroom & New Showerhead installed. My countertop also had to be measured & cut to fit this Monster Sink! These Guys did an Excellent Job! Clean & Courteous Gentlemen. All considering, Very fair pricing as well. Would Highly Recommend "" Wes Clarke Plumbing for ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS! Thanks Guys!

They were on the referral list from Pacific Sales....Others in the area want $100 to $150 to install a dishwasher. In speaking with them I was told- oh we have to go to the property and will call and give you an estimate.
Well they DID NOT look at the washer (new) to be installed - the line was removed and the old washer was out.....They did not, again come and look at the installation. I had asked earlier if there was a uniform change. So they never came by, and their ""estimate"" was $365 for a job they never say- 3x higher than everybody else.DO NOT USE THEM. They are price gouging. I hope they never get another order, and Mr CLarke does not have an ethical business--I doubt these positive reviews. Dont use them unless your are prepared to be taken advantage of.............

We woke up to a major backup from our toilet into both the shower and bathtub. I went on YELP to find a plumber and zeroed in on Wes Clarke Plumbing due to their excellent reviews. And I am SO very thankful I did--one very friendly and professional plumber came out that day and quickly figured out the issue--old pipes in our 1938 Spanish Bungalow home that were cracked and probably full of roots. He cleared the stoppage and called in another very professional and friendly woman who put a camera down the toilet and identified where the major problem was--through the wall, under the tiles in the bedroom and out to the front yard. I asked for a bid which seemed reasonable. Fortunately, they were able to move some other jobs around so that they could address the problem the next day.

As promised, a crew of four showed up right on time the next morning--carefully moved the furniture they needed to move, covered the remaining furniture in the bedroom and the floors, took down wall art and took pics of their location so could be put back in the right place, and went to work removing 22 floor tiles and digging both below and in the front yard and then laying the new pipe. By about 5 pm, they were finished and spotlessly cleaned up the bedroom and replanted the grass in the lawn.

I have only the highest praise for and appreciation of this superb company and all of the folks I met who work at the company. Thank your for your professionalism, care and friendliness. You now have another very loyal customer!
