We woke up to a major backup from our toilet into both the shower and bathtub. I went on YELP to find a plumber and zeroed in on Wes Clarke Plumbing due to their excellent reviews. And I am SO very thankful I did--one very friendly and professional plumber came out that day and quickly figured out the issue--old pipes in our 1938 Spanish Bungalow home that were cracked and probably full of roots. He cleared the stoppage and called in another very professional and friendly woman who put a camera down the toilet and identified where the major problem was--through the wall, under the tiles in the bedroom and out to the front yard. I asked for a bid which seemed reasonable. Fortunately, they were able to move some other jobs around so that they could address the problem the next day.

As promised, a crew of four showed up right on time the next morning--carefully moved the furniture they needed to move, covered the remaining furniture in the bedroom and the floors, took down wall art and took pics of their location so could be put back in the right place, and went to work removing 22 floor tiles and digging both below and in the front yard and then laying the new pipe. By about 5 pm, they were finished and spotlessly cleaned up the bedroom and replanted the grass in the lawn.

I have only the highest praise for and appreciation of this superb company and all of the folks I met who work at the company. Thank your for your professionalism, care and friendliness. You now have another very loyal customer!

She pleasantly answered my incessant questions, both before and after she capped the leak. She was patient. And she fixed the problem for considerably less than her original estimate. It's most unfortunate that I was charged $500 for a Professional Plumber to crawl under my house due to a horrible smell in the house and tell me that nothing was wrong. When in fact the simplest fix of all plumbing matters was found by a pest control professional who did what all plumbers and so called leak specialists (Which I was told she was) should do. He did a smoke test and found that the toilet in the guest bath was missing a WAX RING $15 and that's what was creating the smell in my house. Wouldn't you think for $500 a so called leak specialist/plumber would do a smoke test if even in her words she thought it smelled like a sewer leak. Wouldn't you check the toilet first! I would not recommend using this company for plumbing issues. Yes, a toilet wax ring is a very simple plumbing issue.

OMG Clint was amazing. We noticed a water leak in one of our bathrooms, we figured the toilet needed to be reseated. Waited until Monday to call.
