Donald & Jeremy were excellent. They provided a quote and were there the next day to fix the plumbing. They were very patient, answered all my questions and they are very knowledgeable plumbers. Highly recommend. These are honest guys who do a great job.

Really, they are the best plumbers around. I hear people about the high price, but you get what you pay for. They saved us when we had a gas leak - people said it would take months to resolve the situation (with city permits, etc.) but Werber worked miracles and it was taken care of in a few days. They are kind of charmingly old school (bring you paper calendars at the end of the year!) but they never fail to show up and solve my problems.

Rude secretary, plumber was a no-show twice. The first time he called me the next day to reschedule and was not very apologetic (""Are you home now?"" ""Uh no I'm at work""). The second time he had the secretary call me the next day and she again just sounded kind of nasty when I told her we'd be taking our business elsewhere. Can't really speak to their actual work since we never made it that far!

My family has used Werber plumbing for decades. They were here yesterday to fix a kitchen leak and as usual very competent, on time and clean. We also used Werber for a new bathroom and kitchen and are very satisfied. Their work is on time, on budget and Werber also provides good advice to a home owner.
I can see how this family owned business in still going strong after so many decades with customers like us.

I was recommended to Werber Plumbing by a neighbor several years ago, and both myself and my father had used their services several times previously.
As I found Werber Plumbing's prices to be quite expensive we used them more out of convenience rather than finding another reliable more cost efficient solution.
Recently I asked Werber to provide a cost to install a water meter in my Brooklyn house.
When I received the cost to install the water meter I was astounded at the $4,000+ cost they quoted to me which compelled to see what other licensed plumbers would charge for the same work.
I contacted three other plumbers and all were less than half of the price Werber quoted.
I ended up choosing one of the licensed plumbers I contacted at a price of $1100 (not including the the $400 DEP rebate Werber said nothing of) to do the installation that was ultimately inspected by the DEP where I was told that the work that was done was well within the DEP guidelines.
Bottom line is Werber is an over priced arrogant resource that I would never use again and I would suggest others not either.

I had a really bad experience with my last plumber and I tried tons of companies that either didn't return my call or wouldn't have a set rate... Werber was referred to me by a friend and I am so grateful!
They squeezed me in day of.
They were super diligent in replacing my toilet and they explained everything to me. They were more than fair on price. There was a minor leak I noticed after and they came right back late at night and fixed it with no charge.
Super nice and knowledgeable.
I would recommend to anyone.

High price, MOF, I was told the cost would be yeoman plumber wages;ie $300. p/hour. What arrived? A kid barely out of High School. What a waste. After he left I called another plumber to do the job.
