I would definitely recommend Werber Plumbing and Heating. I called in the evening to request service as I was having a radiator problem. They returned my call and scheduled an appt the following morning. It's so rare to find a company that returns calls so promptly and then sends out a repairman so quickly.
They showed up at the scheduled time and repaired the problem. Great customer service!

Really, they are the best plumbers around. I hear people about the high price, but you get what you pay for. They saved us when we had a gas leak - people said it would take months to resolve the situation (with city permits, etc.) but Werber worked miracles and it was taken care of in a few days. They are kind of charmingly old school (bring you paper calendars at the end of the year!) but they never fail to show up and solve my problems.
