I've been using Welter Plumbing for about 20-years and they never disappoint. I spoke with Dan Welter on the phone and explained my issue. He knew exactly what I was referring to. I was expecting some pipes needing replacement but he suggested it might be simpler than that. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later.

Jesus and Tony arrived and reviewed the issue with me. They explained my options and what to expect. They were professional, polite, hard working, and nice guys. They fixed my issue quickly and made sure the repair was right before they left. I am happy to leave an updated review for them.

After an experience with self-styled sump pump repairmen who belong in small claims court, dealing with Welter has been a tremendous relief. I haven't found them to be condescending, rude or pushy at all.

Welter plumbing replaced our 27 year old 75 gallon water heater, replaced the main shut off valve for the house water supply, and installed a new non-freeze exterior spigot including running new copper water supply lines for it. The whole experience was excellent. The cost estimate was cheaper than the 2 of their local competitors who also have a great reputation. Welter did a great job, and I will definitely work with them again. Dan Welter, the estimator, and Jesus, the on site plumber, were both great. High quality guys that you can trust.

Can't say enough about this team! We left a voice mail after hours and got a call the next morning at 6:40am. Thankfully they had a cancellation, arrived by 7:20 and we had a new pit pump and switch within an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable and so responsive. You guys always come through - thank you!!

We had kind of an emergency with the sudden onset of a plugged sewer line. Probably my fault for not taking care of regular maintenance but, regardless, I called and they were able to send someone within a half hour. The line hadn't been rodded for several years but they were able to get the line open and flowing. Not an easy job but done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Needless to say, I was expecting the worst when the bill was totaled but discovered it was reasonable, especially given the short notice on the job.

Rarely these days do you come across truly remarkable people in business who do the right thing for the customer, it is usually the opposite. When I talked to Dan last week, I was truly impressed.

As a shade tree mechanic, I have fixed most things over the past 50 years. I had a leak in the shower that I tried to fix it and I could not stop the leak. I gave up and decided to call a professional to come fix it.

After calling Welter Plumbing, Dan asked us to send a few photos of the problem. He called back a few minutes later and we talked briefly. He gave me fantastic advice over the phone. 15 minutes later, I fixed the leak.

I am truly grateful for saving me hundreds of dollars on a service call and would highly encourage to reach out to Welter Plumbing for ALL your plumbing needs.

Highly recommended! We had a sewer problem where they came out and rodded from our toilet to clear a soft blockage. Excellent service, quick response, very helpful information and transparency of costs (and nice people). Highly recommend this company for excellence in every respect! A pipe slowly leaking water coming from the city (that was behind paneling) in my basement has been repaired; a new Chicago Faucets faucet replaced the leaking, unrepairable one at my laundry tubs; replacement of all piping under my kitchen double sinks (loose connections, had leaked in the past). Also, one sink strainer basket was found to be leaking. Welter came out another day with the part in the finish I needed. Well worth the cost and peace of mind knowing Welter has taken care of all my plumbing issues.
