This company is the absolute pinnacle of perfection. They were responsive on the phone, careful, neat and professional installation of a vanity and faucet. They did not leave until everything was perfect. Their price was very reasonable, far less than expected. I cannot praise them enough. I wouldn't think of using any other company. Weiss is the best!

These guys are the best. Over the course of a few months they replaced a 25 year old hot water heater and a long section of ancient sewage pipe which had several holes and cracks. They arrived when they said they would, did great jobs on both projects and removed the old heater, sewage pipe piece and all the debris that the jobs created. These were tough jobs and Danny and Steve did them with good humor.

I called about a grill hook up and these guys were so friendly and lovely to deal with. They sent someone over quickly, same day. Turns out everything was fine, but the guys stayed and checked the line to be safe. All in all they were professional and super helpful and because the job was so quick they did not charge me. These guys will always be my go to- thanks again!

I hesitated writing a review, because the Weiss plumbers I know are so different than some of the reviews I'm seeing on Yelp. For me, they have always been helpful and reliable. I did have one experience recently where my call was not returned until the next day (it was not an emergency), and when I called back with a question, my call and question were both answered right away. Over the many years I've lived here, they've always done good work for me. And yes, they are not cheap, but also, again in my experience, won't try to talk you into things you don't need. But after reading all the reviews here, my compromise was to get some names of other plumbers in case of an emergency. Otherwise, I'm calling Weiss.

It's my fault for not inquiring about price prior to the appointment, but it was nearly $300 to change out the guts of a toilet tank. Absurd. You will think for that price my toilet would work impeccably. Nope! It still runs ad nauseum even after jiggling the handle and such.
I don't know why, but my building has used them for years. I've found they are rarely helpful in dealing with the heating system in our building as well.
Additionally, they are impossible to reach.

I have a thick Japanese accent and have no knowledge of plumbing. Only I knew was that all sewage pipes in my apartment -- bathtab, sink, washer/dryer -- were very slow and wanted to do something about it.
The person, who answered my call, was very kind and patience. The plumber, who came to my place next day, did a good & clean job.
If you are not comfortable calling a plumber and that's stopping you to deal with your plumbing problem, I definitely recommend these people!

don't bother with the most expensive and careless plumbers in the heights. there are many good ones around. you just have to look.

Been calling this number for 3 days with no answer keep getting voicemail if your running a business how do you plan to do business if your don't answer the calls coming in!! I don't know how these other reviews got such great service when they don't even answer the phone !! it's a complete mystery !!! to me
