Vincent from We Care come this morning to help us install our new Nest system. He was pretty thorough and really friendly which made it easy to ask all sorts of questions about our system. He stayed until my husband and I could maneuver the Nest on our own and helped us set it up on our phone and taught us how to use it there. Really great service. we had this company come out to fix a valve in our shower they wanted $1500.00 for a new valve, what a rip off, most other professional plumbers that do not rip people off only charge about $400.00 for a new valve, I called in a real professional plumber and they fixed my old valve for $80.00 bucks so be aware that these guys are a total rip off

Initially, I was very skeptical about getting anything other than quotes from numerous HVAC companies. However, home ownership demands certain high-ticket expenses for comfortable living. Heating and air conditioning is definitely one of them.

When attempting to revisit the HVAC matter and start my company search, I hesitantly came across a Costco HVAC rep. I did not know what to expect. I was often told in the past that Costco can be costly for HVAC units and installation. I eventually realized that all Costcos do not carry the same vendors. The big plus is they are all seriously vetted.

I first came across Martha, the rep, who scheduled me with an immediate appointment. On the day of the schedule, I met Brian Carr (the sales rep). He was in the business for several years and extremely knowledgable. There was no pressure or special sales pitch that was presented at that appointment, only guidelines on how to purchase a unit, maintenance and bells and whistles that may or may not be needed.

Brian was a great reason for my buying decision. He constantly guided me throughout the process and gave me peace of mind for a purchase that can be very daunting for a homeowner.

The install was scheduled soon after by two amazing installers. Felipe and Alfonso came in to do a job that appeared to be part of their standard routine. They even answered the numerous questions that I had with a new unit entering my home.

From Crystal to Roxanne, the customer service is also what kept me content with the whole purchasing process. No various mission statement training techniques from one employee to the next but to show the customers that, ""WE CARE"".

This review is delayed by over one month to present that this was not just a premature review, but one that was well guided by evaluating the whole process. I look forward to our continued business relationship with the future servicing of our exceptional HVAC unit.
Our home is now HVAC habitable for the whole family with a clear air filtration unit to boot, but please don't get me started on that exceptional bonus.

My family had scheduled We Care to install a new air conditioning unit through Costco. Brian Carr was sent for an initial estimate and review. Brian was very knowledgeable and patient. My mom had a lot of questions for him and he really took the extra time to explain every detail to her satisfaction. He thoroughly explained pricing, the installation process, and everything else that we should expect along the way. We scheduled the installation quite a bit of time after the original estimate. We had a big family event, at the house coming up, and we were very anxious about having the new unit installed on time. We forgot to schedule it earlier so we really felt nervous that they wouldn't be able to do it. When I gave Brian a call to schedule an install, I let him know that it was time sensitive. Brian did an awesome job at getting our appointment scheduled and we had the new unit up and working in time for the family function. Throughout every interaction I had with Brian, he was charismatic, knowledgeable, and professional. He was a pleasure to deal with. If anyone is planning on an install, ask for Brian Carr. I can't recommend him enough. I really hope We Care recognizes Brian for his excellent customer service. I will be contacting corporate to make sure they know they recognize what a great employee they have.

My appointment for semiannual maintenance was at 0800 and Israel my service tech was on time and very cordial. after inspection and cleaning of my furnace it was determined that I needed two new condensate float switches which Isreal had in his service truck and replaced at a reasonable cost. it was a pleasure having isreal work on my system he truly is a five star employee.
