I cannot give the company enough stars! Our AC unit went out and we were so worried to call someone we didn't know (we are new to the area) As soon as I opened my door and Robert Goodman said hello I had a good feeling we were in good hands. He was so polite and nice and just gave off good vibes. He asked what was going on and went to work. Fixed it quick it was something small and he didn't try to push other services or work (which he could've easily done since I don't know anything about AC systems) he even humored my talkative 3 year old and listened to her story about her favorite ice cream flavor! Truly sweet man! If we ever have maintenance to do or more work needed I'm calling WCplumbing and heating! Please call them and ask for Robert!

I am writing this and Andrew with WC is still at my house. I was so nervous about my AC going out and he was very professional and friendly. He was great at explaining things which I appreciated since I have never had a problem with my AC and know absolutely nothing! He explained all the options and found one that works for us. I am now a member of their service club and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

We scheduled a Tune UP for our AC's yesterday and Rob came out and did the work on our units. First of all I was very impressed on how customer service oriented he was as well as detailed and answered all of our questions and concerns with honesty and integrity. I will definitely being requesting him for future service calls. He explained all of our options to us up front and let us decide what to choose, he did not push us to purchase more than what we needed. I will definitely be recommending We Care Plumbing to friends and family.

Dewey from WC installed a Halo Water Filter System at our home on 3-23-14. I cannot recommend him and WC highly enough!

He was prompt, courteous, professional, very experienced and knowledgeable, he explained everything up front, was very helpful with working to meet our needs, he worked fast and efficient and cleaned everything up afterwards. All work was top notch and we are very satisfied!

The entire WC organization is friendly and caring, including their Salesman Tim. They certainly live up to their name: ""WE CARE"". And ""no"" I don't work there, I live 50 miles away (in OC) and they have no problem with the travel and have the same pricing regardless of your location. I would NOT hesitate to use WC again and I am sure I will...!

Rob came out and fixed my heating/air and they sent Adam to take care of my leaky kitchen plumbing at the same time!! Customer service called several times to let me know when they would be here. Great communication and great service!! Both technicians were knowledgeable and super friendly. I would recommend this company for all your heating, air & plumbing needs! ;-)

My tenant called WC Heating, Air conditioning & Pluming, Inc. (service charge $69) on 01/02/14 because the heater downstairs was not in working order. I was told by the technician that the heater's circuit board was broken and that it would cost $850 to repair. Also, I was informed that the door switch needed be replaced which would cost an additional $222. He then informed me that if I joined their maintenance program for $16.65 per month, the price would drop to $735 and zero respectively. Sounds good, huh?
Somehow my instinct told me that this guy was dishonest and I decided to not do business with him. The next day I called another company in the area (no service charge) for the same repair and I ended up paying less than $400. WC charged $1072, what a shame!

We having been using WC for over a year (we signed up for the Maintenance program). They call to schedule the twice annual visit, then they call the night before to remind you, and then in the morning prior to visit. The Tech is very professional. We have an appliance repair business and refer them often. We see them in Costco also, if you can get into Costco you are doing something right!!!! yes they do want to sell more things or suggest additional products. They do not push............just suggest.

Techs no show for yearly follow up. Over priced sell ups on first visit (a/c saver $320..Online it's $18) was not offered refund for services they wouldn't show up to do. I feel sadly mistreated as a paying customer and missing out my hard earned money.

Top notch service!

Just had them install and upgrade 3 ultra efficient AC/Heatpumps at our house. A ton of work. Super experienced team. They tried to get it done in 1 day (could not believe it) - took them 2 in the end, which is still a lot quicker than I had expected.

Friendly, courteous, clean working.
