Things went well at first. I saw an ad for a annual maintenance and decided to try them out in my new home to make sure things were up to par. The technician, Matt, was extremely helpful, wasn't pushy, explained everything, and did a very good job. At this point I decided to sign up for the annual AC / Heater maintenance plan. The next technician that I got, forget his name, was very pushy and arrogant. My heater quit working right after he left and I called and got Matt back in to fix things up. Apparently the other tech crossed some wires when reinstalling a circuit board. Once I learned that Matt had moved on it was time to cancel my maintenance plan. This is where the problem starts. I called 3 times over a year to cancel my maintenance plan. Each time I was assured that it was cancelled and each month my credit card kept getting billed as well as receiving a bill in the mail. On the 2nd and 3rd calls I asked for a refund as I had cancelled earlier and was always told that ""our biller will call you back"" and I obviously never heard back.

The only way that I was able to get these crooks to stop stealing money was to cancel my credit card. On top of that, they now call me regularly and try to sell me service. Yea - I don't think so!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE! THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL!

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars its because Matt was an absolute asset to the company.

I waited 4 hours for their technician to show up to just check my air conditioner for summer- Home Depot Deal. I scheduled this two months ago. They even confirmed yesterday, and said they had my address wrong- after I had given it to them twice. I would never under any circumstances do business with them. When I finally called the service desk at 12:15, the person on the phone said ""they"" - whoever THEY are got my address wrong. Do you think they might have known this just by using Google maps and calling my phone? No voice mail, nothing. Find someone else.

As other reviewers have noted, if I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. I have repeatedly been provided the worst customer service and ongoing lies regarding appointments, reschedules, contract provisions, etc... Nothing improves...not for air conditioning, heating or plumbing services. Extremely rare is the time they come out when they say they will, even when agreed upon and confirmed by me, the customer. They frequently try to upsell you on things that are mostly not needed...would not even confirm they told you of their promises if you spoke with them as a follow-up, and my family has continuously beenprovided conflicting information among their different technicians for the same service. They keep pushing you on their solar business...oh my goodness, if they perform in that area like their other services, that would be a huge waste of an investment. It is time Costco becomes aware of the horrible service they provide.

If I can give 0 or negative stars I would. I have had nothing but problems with them and their installers. Now 4 months later I'm trying to check my filter and it won't come out like the installer said it would (he tried to show me but the unit was running and he said the suction was why it wouldn't pull out). They put a hole in the middle of my wall. When I complained, they said they would send someone out to fix it and never did. I can't stand talking to them because they are rude so I left it. Now that I want to check the filter I'd have to break it to get it out. When they 1st installed it in November it was quite, the inspector did not pass because it wasn't installed correctly. They adjusted it and it was so loud. I did make them come back yet again to fix that problem. They said that I had one of the quietest units available. And now that it's getting warmer when the ac turns on it shakes the house. Seriously! Now again the filter won't come out. So upset with them! If I didn't spend all my money for this new ac unit I would pay someone else to fix their mistakes. But they charged over 17k to install my hvac. Such a waste of money. I wish I hired any other installer! Please for your own sanity go with any other company! It's not even like their are the cheapest on the market.

Just had WeCare out today for my semi annual AC/Heat check up. I also pay the monthly fee for this and plumbing. Not sure why I have the plumbing part as they have done nothing. Only 15 minutes late today.

I think this company overall is good but they fail horribly on upselling things you don't need. Beware and be smart and get other opinions from other well rated AC/heat contractors. Have two Lennox heat pumps. One is 5 years old and I just had a new one installed 6 months ago for $12000. The guys came out, did their work then the sales pitches started when they were done. Told me the circuit board that had two lights to kill mold was out and needed replacing and he highly recommended getting this replaced for $289 but said the other light which I just had replaced 6 months ago would work fine. He made me initial something saying I refused this service. Then he said I needed to get surge protectors at $189 each on each unit as Lennox did not cover acts of God like a power outage and the power surge if something went wrong. I said, wait, I just bought a new $12000 unit 6 months ago and no one offered this to me. He insinuated I signed or told someone that I did not want this. I told him this was not true and I would like to see the supposed check list I personally said or checked the box I did not want this. I told him I knew nothing about this. He made me feel as though I was lying. He said he wasn't here. Duh. I have close to $30,000 invested with WeCare and think their goal is to sell you stuff you don't need or make you feel you are jeopardizing your system if you don't pay or do what they tell you. He told me that living on the hill with winds and weather I was taking a huge chance that the units could fail on a power outage. I called a good friend in LA who works on Lennox equipment and told me that this is all a sales ploy that nothing I was told was critical and was just a way to boost the bottom line.

I never want to see the tech I had up here again. I know WC monitors Yelp. Nice enough guy but don't need anyone stepping foot in my home trying to sell me on things I really don't need. I had the same complaint if you look back after I bought my new system from you roughly 6 months ago. I don't appreciate scare tactic sales. I am in the construction business and not going to buy into these types of sales ploys like many will who don't know better or for God sakes, get a second opinion. They also tried to sell me on a 4"" air filter which was just replaced 6 months ago and the system hasn't been used much as I have a wood stove to heat home. He said it looked clean but should be replaced. He also said they are running a summer special and the pricing he was offering most likely won't be available later. What a bunch of crap.

Very disappointed. Will be canceling my annual/monthly plan shortly.

Would have given 2 or 3 stars but this is the exact same complaint I had 6 months ago so gave a 1 as they didn't learn from what I complained about last time. Ya, I know, I gave them another chance. Shame on me. My bad.

I prefer not to give bad reviews but this business really gave me the business. Their phone number was on the furnace/ac in our home, so when the ac condensate pump failed, I called them. First, I started getting information on membership. Seems if I joined I'd get some additional services, but I just wanted the pump replaced. Their tech was to have called me when he was on his way, but didn't, as I recall, and he showed up early. That was fine. He was very nice, competent, too. The pump was faulty, and he replaced it. Probably spent around ten minutes actually working on doing that, although he spent quite a bit more time explaining that if I didn't become a member, the charge would be $69 for the visit and some enormous price for the pump. If I joined, the $69 would be waived, I'd get a future furnace and ac cleaning, and the pump price would drop quite a bit. So for a difference of, I believe $35 more, one would be foolish not to sign up. Total bill was well over $500. I checked and found those pumps, in fact, the most expensive one looked identical to the one he used. It was $42 at Home Depot, not $400. I called to request a price review and was assured some manager would return my call that p.m. or the next day. Days later I called back and was assured he'd call Monday. A week ago. I called this morning and was assured he'd call me as soon as he got off the phone. That was hours ago. While on hold a message says ""We listen, we respond."" Hardly! When I was about 15 my father, a highly successful salesman, told me to listen to advertising pitches, they often disclosed a company's/products' weakness. Over the years I've often found that to be true. Certainly holds with this company. We Care clearly doesn't.

The plumber assigned to us is very young but he seemed knowledgeable of his work. He actually broke one of the sink handles even after I told him not to try opening it because we have shut it off long time ago. He talked to his boss and agreed to replace it....IF....we do the plumbing repairs and pipe replacement with them which costs $3900! So if we don't utilize their service, we won't have our sink handle replaced??? That means our his-and-hers sink handles won't match as well because they agreed to replace only what was broken, which makes sense, but we're not about to spend that much for a plumbing job. So now we're saving up for that master bath remodeling project. It will definitely cost us tons but at least, everything will be new and the contractor will most likely include the plumbing charges for the new pipes.

I would like to say though, that the plumber did some extra work on the heater pipes and lawn pipe issues.

We had them come out for a furnace check, and I was very happy with the professional inspection as well as the great technician that came out. I used the Yelp $69 special. They gave me a complete inspection and a written checklist of those items checked and inspected. I came away feeling very happy with them. In the future, we will need to upgrade the air and furnace, and I will give them an opportunity for a quote. Everything is functioning fine, but age will take its toll. I also liked that they answer their phone immediately and are extremely pleasant. I will update this review with further services.

Couldn't even get the quoting process done correctly!

I ran into someone at Home Depot who supposedly scheduled an appointment, and said he would call to verify the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called to double check. Good thing I did, because they didn't have me on their ""system"", and didn't even know what they were supposed to be quoting for.

They offered to setup another appointment, but I said ""no thanks"", as I didn't want to do business with a company who can't even get the basics done correctly.
