I am very disappointed and would recommend NOT to use this company. They came out for a very basic fix (took less than 45 minutes) and charged me over $500. When I asked the technician for a breakdown (labor and parts) he told me he could not give me that. I called the company four times and no one would give me a breakdown. Very sketchy company with blatantly poor customer service. I plan on reporting them to the BBB and CA labor board.

So we had just purchased a house in April of this year, and while at Home Depot a representative of We Care offered us for $89.00 to do an inspection on our existing Furnace & AC. A technician came out to do an inspection and told use there was something wrong with our Furnace and he wanted a another technician to come out and take a look.
When the second technician came out a couple of days later, he basically explained that there was a serious problem with the Furnace and he would have to shut the gas off to it, because if we ran heat, gas fumes would enter the house. He also checked our AC, and at this time cold air was coming out of vents, but said that it was not running efficiently due to its age (26yrs old). At this time there were no leaks and no mention of low levels of Freon in the tank. He basically said, it would be 3k to fix the Furnace and just cheaper to just install a new system for 12K and recommend a bigger unit then my house needed. This all happened back in May/June 2019. We said thanks, and want to think about things before making a decision on a new system.
We do not run the AC very much and a couple of weeks ago we turned it on and only warm air blew out our vents. This is the first time we had ran it since the We Care technician was at our house. Now, we had purchased a warranty with our house and for $75 we had someone come out and fix our furnace and AC.
A gentleman through the warranty service came out today 8/13/19 (Rick's Air & Heating) and did his inspection on the Furnace & AC. After his inspection he said there is absolutely nothing wrong with our Furnace and the reason the AC does blow cold air, is that you have no traces of Freon in the AC unit. He found it odd that even if we had a leak (which he could not find and is coming back with some different instruments to do more testing), you should be able find some traces of Freon. He said it was like someone siphoned the Freon. Like I stated before, last time we ran it was with the technician from We Care and at that time we had cold air and I did not watch him inspect the AC unit.
I am not saying the We Care technician siphoned the Freon out, but it just seems odd that the Freon is now gone and no apparent leak has been found. I have called We Care and told them of this problem and hope that this is just a rogue Technician and that this style of business is not a company philosophy.
After all this, I highly recommend to anyone, to always get a second opinion because you never know! We could have been out 12k

Bad (ANGRY ) review
During the week of June 17th, I had an appointment to get my A/C serviced. YOU FAILED TO SHOW. I contacted your office and spoke to an ""off-site telephone operator"" she said that they had me on scheduled and that the technician would contact me when he would be available and provide me with a time of arrival. The technician NEVER CALLED and DID NOT SHOW UP! I went to your website and wrote you an angry eMail. You responded with a phone call and had John service the A/C on Friday, June 21. It was followed by a phone call from one of your managers to ensure that I was taken care of.
Well, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. On August 2, I received a phone call from Steven, he advised me that I was overdue for the ""plumbing service"".
I agreed and I asked what dates were available, he replied by saying that they were wide open in the plumbing department, (he giggled and said that they weren't busy). So I decided to schedule it for today, Monday, August 12 and requested a morning appointment. Steven said that the technician would call me to get a time but he assured me that it would be before the afternoon!! The ""afternoon"" to me, it's between 12 noon and 2pm, according to Google, it is considered to be between 12 noon to 3pm, what does afternoon mean to We Care? Right now, as I type this Still No Call, No message from We Care.

Your guaranteed service windows are more like whenever you feel like attending the customer.
Why make an appointment if you are not going to honor it or contact the customer to rescheduled? Very unprofessional.
We Care Plumbing and Heating was a great company and it used to take care of the customer, unfortunately i believed that the company is overwhelmed and may need better management to continue to provide the service that We Care used to provide. I would very much appreciate a reply from a person in management to address this issue. It is unacceptable for We Care to have missed this appointment.

They made me wait around for hours past the arrival estimate. The plumber was friendly and upfront about about his doubts of success. He then failed to clear my drain, wasting a $75 call. He then offered a hydro-jet service for $575!!!
I was able to get my regular plumber, AAA Jet Rooter who had been on vacation. Paul had it cleared in 10 minutes for $85.

I'm not even going to give this company a star. My landlord purchased a new AC/heating unit from Costco and We Care is the contractor installing the unit. Installation began on 8/31/19 and as of today 7/6/19 the AC still does not work. So far we've had three different technicians work on the BRAND NEW UNIT and all have failed to resolve the issue. Today my wife called the office and was told that a field manager will be out to resolve the issue but it's now 9pm and still no follow up.

Very disappointed. I got their number from listening from KWAVE.? They did accommodate? me for my appointed time. Thank you for that. My problem was the high price for changing out a condenser and another part associated? with the ?condenser. ?Maybe 40 mins repair time, another 15 mins. for a hard sell. Scare tactics if I didn't replace? suggested?d the fan, I'm running the risk? of the a.c.unit breaking real soon. I had explained to him earlier my wife and I???? income is social? security and a? small pension and couldn't afford anymore. A few years ago we had the ?same problem and the total job cost was $150.00 as compared to We Care of $775. I don't expect a refund, but just to inform people to watch out.

We Care installed my brand new system--new cut in. It was a difficult install as I had very limited attic space. However, it ended up turning out real nice.
As someone who works in a professional capacity and has to give caring customer service, I also recognize this type of attentive customer service. I would like to say that the customer service at We Care is exceptional. Everyone who answers the phone is extremely polite and respectful. They make every attempt to help - I really appreciate that.
I would like to recognize a few people in particular. Bob Riley is the man!!! He know everything about A/C and heating...plz request him to come out if you have any issues...he really explains things well and I have learned so much about air conditioning and heating since talking with him. Another person whom I remember who came out to my home is Girsten, very polite young man. He has come up through the ranks and is now an install manager. Last, but not least the girl who answered the phone, her name is Antionette. She went above and beyond to help me with a free ""diagnosis"" added to a plumbing service call and followed up with prompt responses. Thanks to all of you at We Care! You really do care.

I had a great experience with this company last week - first of all, with this intense heat, they were able to install my a/c three days after giving me an estimate - the two guys who installed it were so efficient - their arrival window was between 8 & 10 a.m. - they got here at 8:15 and apologized for being late because they had to stop for gas! After they finished the installation, one of them asked if there was anything else they could do for me - I gave him two choices & he did them both!! Love these guys!

Very happy with the service. Melvin is great person. He is honest and says as it is. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. He loves his profession and enjoy doing it. He is a big plus for this company. The service provided: kitchen sink. 1st time, snake through the pipe. He tried 3 times but water still drain very slowly. It has been at least 10 years since this place got plumbing service. So he recommended hydro jetting. He came back within 2 days and got it done. Water drain perfectly and it came with 1 year warranty. Very happy and satisfied experience with this company and especially Melvin. Thank you again Melvin if you are reading this. Highly recommended.
