Richard came out a few days ago to clean our AC Unit and he definitely had his work cut out for him. He did such a good job and was so helpful. Our AC broke down yesterday, and he came out the very next day to come check it out. As soon as he walked through the door, our AC magically started working again. He is still here double-checking it make sure everything is working correctly before heading out. Thank you so much, Richard, for all your help!

We first had our hot water heater replaced in July and the A/C unit this weekend. We are very pleased with how this company conducts business as well as the professionalism of its employees.

Dominic Rockshead was our service technician and he did an awesome job in cleaning our system also adding refrigerant to our AC. I recommend We Care for all your plumbing, AC and heating needs.

My AC decided to not work during the time I need it most (of course!) .... but I'm glad I had Edgar Martinez from We Care come through, he provided excellent service during his check and he was very informative.

We were really impressed with We Care's level of customer service. Our AC unit died on us on a Saturday morning, and We Care was the only company that sent someone out to help us. We were highly impressed with our repairman, Joseph Wade, who was extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator to break our problems down with our AC in common man's language. We had a 20 year old unit that needed replacing, and even though he didn't normally do sales, he was able to set us up with an affordable AC unit all on that day. They scheduled our install on the following Wednesday after sending in an hazmat company to clean up our asbestos in our attic on Tuesday. The only negative was that the hazmat company had to tape down plastic to keep the asbestos contained, which was good. However, in the process of taking down the plastic, it also took off a lot paint off our hallway walls. The hazmat company had a waiver form that stipulated that the owner had to pay for any damages that they gave me prior to their work. Fortunately, I didn't sign it, so since I didn't sign the waiver form, they agreed to come out and retouch the walls at no charge.
The next day, We Care's installers came out and they were all really friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They knocked out the install in 6 hours, and I couldn't be happier. They even did a last minute addition of a gable fan for our attic to keep things cooler up there. I would highly recommend We Care for any AC/Heating needs.

I called a few weeks ago for a diagnostics on my AC unit. I had a technician come out and take a look at our system. He informed me that some of our air ducts were broken and needed to be replaced. I asked him for a quote to get it replace but he told me that I would need to wait until he filed his report and someone would call me back with a quote later that day. I called the following day since no one returned my call and this lady on the other line informed that some guy named Brian Hawkins would reach out to me with a quote in a few days. Well two weeks passed and We Care calls me back to asked if Brian ever reached out. I informed them that no one ever called and they told me they would have him reach out to me again and I told them I was not interested. Why would I want to give business to someone who clearly doesn't care enough to reach out in two weeks? That being said, I will say that the ladies on the phone line are very polite and positive. The technician was pretty thorough and even took pictures to show me the issues. My main gripe with this place is it's inefficiency to get back to its customers and the absurd way in which they schedule appointments. Why couldn't the technician just fix my AC that same day? Why couldn't they give me an appropriate time frame when I scheduled my appoinment? (They told me they don't give time frames when I first called, so should I wait at home all day?) And how inept is their front office that no one ever reached back out to a customer? (Are you that busy that you don't need business?) In the end I took my business elsewhere. This place is ""meh"".

It is with great regret that I ever trusted this company with my home. For years I trusted these people and this company and I was part of their monthly program of fees for check ups etc. it wasn't until my AC broke officially in June that I desperately needed their help in fixing it. Now take it I was paying monthly fees for a couple of years and having their ""check ups"" every few months. To be fair they told me my AC might break when the summer came bc they found a ""leak."" Being desperate bc not only is riverside was 100 degree weather and I was at the time 6 months pregnant, these people/ this company tried to make me replace my entire AC unit for close to $5,000 dollars saying it was absolutely necessary for it to work etc. I ALMOST did it, they had me set up payment plans and it looked like they were trying really hard to make it affordable for me. Something in my gut was telling me to wait, so I told them in the end that I would call them and let them know. I got a second opinion from another local AC company....not only did I not have to replace my AC, all I had to do was replace the fluid and put this pressure paste thing in my pipes the total cost of everything was $200!!!!!!! It's been 2 months and my AC is still running smooth! I cannot believe the scammers this company is, I feel so bad for the elderly or for naive people who would do anything to believe such a dishonest group of people/company. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I almost paid $5000 (or more bc you guys tried to upscale me) for a total bogus claim, we trust you guys, you guys are the experts, to knowingly do that to people is disgusting!

Just had Brandon come by and check my furnace as part of my plan with WC. He was super helpful and not pushy into up selling me anything, he gave me good advice about maintenance but didn't push me to get anything if it wasn't fully needed as of right now. Appreciate his work! Also sometimes techs don't take into account that they are coming into our house with dirty shoes I didn't have to tell Brandon he already was ready to put on booties on his shoes since I had just cleaned my floors! Thanks Brandon!

I am very disappointed and would recommend NOT to use this company. They came out for a very basic fix (took less than 45 minutes) and charged me over $500. When I asked the technician for a breakdown (labor and parts) he told me he could not give me that. I called the company four times and no one would give me a breakdown. Very sketchy company with blatantly poor customer service. I plan on reporting them to the BBB and CA labor board.
