Bought my A C through We Care & Costco what a good deal. Order on Monday night it was installed on Saturday. The installers (Mario) did a great job left everything as clean as they found it. They explained everything to me as the day progressed l. The A C unit that arrived had some damage they called for a replacement and it arrive in perfect condition with 30 minutes. It was a excellent experience and I really happy with everything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst service, terrible technician, expensive, all around worst company I have ever dealt with.
Called for a ""service"", clean, change filters, etc. AC was working, just knew we were due for service and wanted to see if this would help with the month bill. Tech comes out, says our AC is broken? Wait, what? Takes my brand new hose from the front yard to the back yard. I see he tried to tape a hole in my brand new hose. I ask what happened. He replies, "" it was like that"" Replaces a part that he said wasn't working, come to find out later, it wasn't working up to their standards! So it wasn't broke.
If you need help finding another AC company hit me up, I'd be more than happy to help. Companies like this don't deserve your hard earned money. Let's help honest local companies.

had to drop my monthly service contract. when i order service i want my water heater or my AC repaired. the techs seem to be more focused on selling new equipment and not fixing what i have. if i want to buy something new ill call the sales department. try a different approach in the future. making a service tech a sales person is a conflict and not sure how you structure their pay but if you paying them commission on new sales it seems like a conflict of interest and not good for the customer.

I feel like we were sold a bill of goods. We have a tankless water heater that needed maintenance. The tankless heater website recommended a number of companies, none of which would come out and service our heater. One of them said they install but don't service, and recommended We Care Plumbing. The plumbing supervisor came out the next day and criticized the installation, saying the PVC piping should be replaced with copper, that there were no check valves installed which allowed cold water to get into the hot water pipes, and that an expansion tank was required. He went on to say our whole house filtration system was not working properly which allowed calcium deposits to get into the heater, and convinced us to buy a new one. A maintenance issue became a $5800 nightmare. We found that one of the newly installed check valves was installed backwards, preventing hot water to get to the taps and that a overflow drain was not installed up to code. The supervisor came out and corrected the problems, after we were without hot water for nearly 2 weeks. Next, he offered a bit to replace a mixit valve in an upstairs tub shower for what turned out to be an astronomical price, and wouldn't touch other things we wanted done. A local competitive plumbing firm (of impeccable repute but doesn't normally handle tankless heaters) did all of the jobs - Install a kitchen faucet, change out the mixit valve, repair leaks in the laundry room, install a claw foot tub and finish installation in the master shower - all for 30% less that he quoted for one project. The supervisor said he had extensive experience with tankless water heaters, but we later found out this was his first experience with our particular brand.
We felt like we were ripped off - high prices, poor communication and work that had to be later corrected.

I contacted We Care last week to expess my disatisfaction with the company service. I asked to speak to a manager and it has been 5 days and no one from the company call me back. This is not a good customer service behavior!

ERY PRETTY MUCH BEING MY HERO FOR THE EVENING.
Noticed my water hero was dripping, went to Costco and they referred me to we care plumbing!
These guys called me back within the hour, came from Temecula, did a free consultation... They saw my water heater was about to blow with all the rust...2 min to 5pm, these guys called all their resources and got my tank fixed that evening.
Best service I've ever had in my life. Took care of everything, upgraded all my safety measures. Worked all night just so my family could have hot water again and that my garage wouldn't flood and destroy everything I had in my garage.
So grateful for WE CARE And Costco ... and ERY ...and LON

I called We Care for water heater repair, ""NO HOT WATER"", James was dispatched the first day and identified the problem as the ""gas control valve and tnp valve"". The part was not available until the next day. The following day Joe was the service technician dispatched to repair the previously identified problem. Unfortunately for me there were additional problems uncovered by Joe, which of course sent the repair cost through the roof. Needless to say, I was not happy and a bit disgruntled, I gave Joe a hard time. Because it was now the end of day, the newly identified parts could not be purchased until the following day. To my amazement, Joe remained calm, he was very empathetic and explained how these problems impacted the operation of the water heater in safety and water waste ($'s). The next morning 8 sharp Joe arrived ready to work and informed me he wanted to try something first that may alleviate one of the problems. Well, three issues became two issues and I was very pleased with the dedication and knowledge Joe demonstrated in his trade that brought resolution to solving my problem with a much better result. He's a very dedicated and pleasant young man. My highest recommendation.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They definitely don't care about you.. they will try to up sell you the minute they get in the door, will charge you astronomical prices on everything... very unethical

I had We Care install a whole house water purifier. The installer, Jose C. did a top notch job on the installation, with great communication throughout. I would give him 5 stars. We Care also got the job scheduled and completed within 3 days of my contacting them. ( I already had the water purifier )
As far as cost, I assume that like other plumbing companies, they have a lot of overhead and pay their employees well. I would have given the company 5 stars but only had enough money left over to buy 4. Love the purified water in the house though and would definitely use the company again.

I have been with WeCare for about 6 or 7 years. I have been on their maintenance plan the whole time. Technicians have been great except for the guy that came out to do an estimate. He was all over the place and didn't even look at my heating system in the attic. He quoted me something high and that was it. Last year(April/ May 2018) had a mix up with my credit card but we fixed it right away. Four months go buy and all is fine. Even had the fall maintenance done no problem. Come spring I call and ask about my maintenance and they tell me I'm not a customer anymore. Some how they stopped my service after the fall maintenance and didn't tell me. So I ask to start it back up and they treated me like a criminal. They want full payment and no more monthly payments. So my 6-7 years with you mean nothing now. So I am moving on to someone else. Service is ok. Techs are nice and do good work. No complaints there.
Customer service is lacking. And watch out when get and estimate done. That is were my complaints are at.
