Technician Arturo Trujillo was very professional, thorough in performing maintenance of our AC system, he took the time to listen to our concerns/requests before starting his work, detailing his scope of work, explaining and going over his findings, warranty guidelines and recommendations in details.

Alex came to install a UV bulb replacement for our air purification system. He was great and was very professional, polite, and pleasant to work with. His manager Dell demonstrated the same quality of customer service, and went above and beyond to help identify, locate and order the correct part for us on a Friday at the end of his work day. My heater wasn't working. Gave this company a call after I was quoted over a thousand for a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I got sent this guy names Francisco. He did a really good job and gave me an accurate price. Told me those guys were just trying to upsell me. I'll be coming back to We Care. Straight to the point and kinda easy to understand.

Amazing and salutation to staff who answered my calls , also especially to Shane, technician. I had 5 different technicians who tried to fix the furnace Trane whistling loud sound. All other technicians wasn't able to trouble shoot EXCEPT We Care and ask SHANE, Technician! He surely knows how to fix the furnace issue! Thank You !!!

hired them to do plumbing and electric to go to a shed 100ft behind my house. we care plumbing took 2 weeks to install plumbing and water lines. we care then came out to do electrical and for 1 line it took an additional 2 weeks. they sent out for inspection with county and it has failed inspection for illegal ""T"" connectors in the plumbing. we care came out and replaced the fittings and another inspection was filed with the county. The 2nd inspection was a fail again for plumbing because the system was not pressurized, also we care didn't explain that the inspection was for electrical too. I am currently waiting for a 3rd inspection from the county and hopefully it will pass for plumbing and electrical. I strongly do not recommend We care plumbing for work. it has been over 5 weeks since they started and I am still waiting for them to finish so that I can move onto the next step of my permit

Oh boy did I have an event filled day.
I had called we care heating &air.My filter was not a standard size. The technician Alberto went to 3 different suppliers to concur the mission. He worked gracefully servicing my heater unit always with a great attitude and a smile on his face. Alberto's drive to get it done was very impressive.
I admired his focus.
I will always call we care for all my heating and air needs,knowing I've found an honest and reliable worker.:.
Feeling totally satisfied with his work and performance.

You guys provided the best service! Around this time of year you have a lot of family coming in and out of town and after the holidays our toilets were struggling in the aftermath. We had to make sure things were running smoothly and needed some readjustment to our plumbing. We are very appreciative of the quality and attention to detail AJ gave us when inspecting and tuning up our plumbing system! I can't say enough about my experience with WeCare! From the minute the phone was answered to the end of the appointment was so easy. The plumber AJ came to my home to flush my water heater and explained so many things I never knew were going on with my plumbing system. woke up to my upstairs toilet area flooded and downstairs leaking. We Care came out promptly. AJ was courteous and knew his stuff. Determined a valve busted in toilet causing the over flow rather than a rough plumbing issue. Had a replacement valve on hand and it was a quick fix. Highly recommend We Care and AJ.
