After some terrible experiences with local plumbers in Gatesville, I decided to call these guys a call for some work at my house. I'm glad I did. They did great work, were punctual, and fast. Couldn't be happier that I finally found a plumber I can trust. Will definitely use again.

They were called out to unclog a drain in laundry/ kitchen area. They tried to run a snake but claimed they couldn't get through, so it had to be a collapsed line under the slab. They charged $175.00 AND ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING!!! I went to Lowes and bought 2 gallons extra strength drain cleaner. It instucted to put 1 gallon down air 8 hours and flush with hot water. If that didn't unclog it, repeat. After 2nd dose, it did appear to drain faster but was still not totally opened, so I used the DrainKing, and it forced the clog down to the main line! This company was not thorough and charged an outrageous fee to run a snake a foot into my drain and achieve NOTHING!

Ryan And Zach we're absolutely wonderful, they were even early for the appointment. Offered suggestions on a price point of what I was able to spend. They worked fast, yet diligently. They were professional, dressed appropriately and ready to get the job done! Job was an outside leaky faucet. They came out even on a Friday! Let's be honest nowadays nobody works on a Friday! Very pleasant experience!

The owner responded within ten minutes. He had an opening the next afternoon. They were here with a replacement water heater installed it and removed the old one. Very nice guys I recommend them for your plumbing needs

Nathan and Ethan came to replace a toilet. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They made me aware of each step they did. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. They were polite and respectful. I will have them back to replace another toilet soon. Prices are reasonable. Excellent job by 2 qualified men.

Austin did an excellent job. I had plumbing break in my laundry room water shooting everywhere he was there in 30 minutes and repaired my emergency. He was mannerly and professional. Wayne Hyde plumbing is my new go to plumber.

Contacted them when we had the electrical outage as my tankless hot water tank burst as well as my back flow device on my sprinkler. I turned the water off to the tank before they came out. When they arrived Saturday (20 February), they were at my house 11 minutes. They told me yes your tank has burst and I need a new back flow device. With all of the calls they had, they would come back Monday or Tuesday and troubleshoot the tank. He would also give me prices for a new tank. He quoted me $550 to replace the back flow device. Wayne Hyde charged me $95 and I haven't heard from them since. Fortunately I called another plumber at the same time. He called me on Sunday night and brought a new tank on Monday. Wayne Hyde went around charging everyone $95 and never followed up. They did the same thing to another of my neighbors. I definitely would not do business with them
