Nathan and Ethan came to replace a toilet. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They made me aware of each step they did. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home. Contacted them when we had the electrical outage as my tankless hot water tank burst as well as my back flow device on my sprinkler. I turned the water off to the tank before they came out. When they arrived Saturday (20 February), they were at my house 11 minutes. They told me yes your tank has burst and I need a new back flow device. With all of the calls they had, they would come back Monday or Tuesday and troubleshoot the tank. He would also give me prices for a new tank. He quoted me $550 to replace the back flow device. Wayne Hyde charged me $95 and I haven't heard from them since. Fortunately I called another plumber at the same time. He called me on Sunday night and brought a new tank on Monday. Wayne Hyde went around charging everyone $95 and never followed up. They did the same thing to another of my neighbors. I definitely would not do business with them

Highly recommend Wayne Hyde plumbing. I had a pipe burst during the recent Ice Storm. They showed up the first "safe" day to travel and fixed it. Weather was still bad and yet they showed up. I really appreciated it as I was without water for a couple of days. Thank you!
