Garbage disposal was very loud. Jeff can in and assessed it quickly and replaced with a new one. I expected this to take an hour to complete but he was done in about 10 minutes. Great work and great attitude! I have a home warranty so everything was handled between that company and Way Cool. Excellent!

It all ended well, but the delays were ridiculous. And the cowboy ""hold"" comedic actor drove me absolutely crazy.

I had a problem with the air handler of my electric heating and a/c unit. The job was assigned by Old Republic Home Warranty to Way Cool. The technician who came on November 26th was very arrogant and tried to persuade me to replace the system using Way Cool. When I said that if I were to replace the system I would use the company that services my a/c, he questioned why I wasn't loyal to Way Cool, with whom I had never done business!

OId Republic agreed to replace the air handler, and Way Cool told me that it would be installed in early December. In mid-December, having heard nothing, I followed up with Way Cool. They seemed to have completely failed to follow up with Old Republic. More minutes of that awful cowboy comedic actor on hold...

Another few weeks went by. On December 12, I called Old Republic, who told me that they had approved a complete replacement of the a/c system, and had placed an order and advised Way Cool. Way Cool had neglected to inform me. More minutes of that awful cowboy comedic actor on hold...

Finally on December 18, after a battle with Adriana and Victoria who seem to have no authority to do anything, I was put through to the scheduler. He was understanding of the three-week runaround that I had been given, and arranged for the install on December 23rd.

The install went perfectly, so all ended OK. Please get rid of that awful cowboy comedic actor on hold.

North Valley Mechanical, now Way Cool, has long been our go to for our HVAC system. Yesterday and today we also used them for some plumbing repair/updates and for adding insulation to our attic.
Beau took care of servicing our HVAC unit. He was great to work with. Michael did the plumbing and cheerfully stuck with the jobs until our long list was completed. Chris and Pedro took care of the attic insulation and were fantastic to work with as well.
All of these people were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly - exactly the kind of service technician we've come to expect from Way Cool. North Valley Mechanical's new name may be a little silly, but the quality service they provide for plumbing, AC and duct work is no joke. We won't call anybody else.

I called to get service to my home. Technician missed diagnosed my concern proceeds to charge me $300 by the end. My toilet still leaking and clogged. Steve the manager supposedly gets an attitude with me over the phone because I just want my toilet fixed. Moral of story is look somewhere else for a plumber. Seriously. Steve if you're reading this. Please look into anger management classes

We are a business that hired this company to a job for us. The job was fine but I have been trying to get a Certificate of Insurance from them for our insurance audit. I have emailed 6 times and called more than that many times. I keep getting the run around about how Trisha is calling the insurance company every day and not getting the COI. It takes 10 minutes to issue the certificate. Someone is either not doing her job, or they have a very poor insurance company. I would not use them again.

Update: I called their agent yesterday and had the COI in 10 minutes. If they are dishonest about a COI, I don't know how we could trust their work.

Update: Kirk, I am not being rude, just speaking truth. I tried to get in touch with you directly but the office would not let me speak with you. I was promised a call back from you but did not get one. We wish your company all the best.

This company was sent to me by my home warranty to work on my water heater . After just looking at my unit for a couple of minutes they said it was unrepairable and that I needed a whole new unit , after that the technician proceeded on calling my home warranty . They provided my warranty incorrect information which made the claim denied and offer to sale me one of their new ""base units "" that start at $2300. This experience was so frustrating, after the denial I proceeded and called someone to fix it and my unit is working perfectly fine , I think this company is unethical not only for providing incorrect information to my home warranty but they had no intention to fix the issue, they only wanted to make a sale on a new water heater . I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
