Amos and Mikie just finished up my City of Columbus Dry Basement project (install of sump pump and backflow valve) and some extras (faucet install) They were very professional and kept me informed of all steps in the nearly 3-day project. This is a huge disruption for a homeowner but they made it much less stressful for me by their attitudes and sense of humor. It is obvious that Waterworks stresses customer service as well as quality work.

We randomly found waterworks when they were assigned to us through our home warranty . They came , fixed our shower valves quickly and efficiently. Happy with their work, I saved their information. A couple of months later, we had a failing garbage disposal and called the home warranty again . Plumber came out (not Waterworks ) said the unit was not covered under warranty. Scam plumber said they could replace for $550. $550! I gave the scam plumber his $75 and said be on your way.
Immediately called waterworks and got a fair price and appointment for the next afternoon.(thanks James!) Cesar came out the next day(on time), confirmed the good price , got to work (very pleasantly i might add) and did a great job. Very clean work. Let me also say that i never felt like i was being cheated or taken advantage of.

I had a problem with my bath tub when I had to fill it out the water would not hold I called different companies, the estimate was really high and ridiculous, when I called waterworks plumbing it was a big surprise in a good way, you could tell this company they are very honest people which is very important , I ended up fixing it in a very fair price service was really great I could not ask for better than that, and definitely highly recommended. Last week my water heater stopped working and Me and my whole family didn't have hot water and it was causing a lot of problems because the showers were cold and my wife didn't like doing dishes with cold water. when I called waterworks plumbing the lady over the phone was super nice and helpful same day they sent there guys over here and they were both super nice and helpful. The price was good and they explained to me what the problem was and how to prevent this in the future. There was no mess because they cleaned after themselves very good and I highly recommend waterworks plumbing for anyone with problems.
