I have no idea why people love this company. He didn't show up on time and didn't bother calling me to let me know he'd be late. He showed up 45 minutes late. I asked him to fix my water filter. He said that I didn't need the lights on the filter to turn red to indicate when the filter needed changing. And that I shouldn't want that repair. It doesn't matter. This isn't a charity plumbing service. I'm paying for your service. He couldn't fix it and still charged me $120. In addition to the water filter he ""fixed"" my garbage disposal by jiggling a wrench in the bottom of the disposal unit. He told me himself it was a minor repair and I should have the wrench at home to fix it myself next time). So for this and NOT repairing my water filter I had to pay $120. Makes no sense. He's extremely condescending and dismissive. I will never use his service again. I seldom write negative reviews but this guy is a real piece of work and I'd hate for others to be treated as I was.

It's a first that a company didn't go in circles trying to see where they can add extra money to charge us , they were straight to the point told us the issue, fixed it and it's been great since.

This company is the best for Weekend emergency service they came quickly didn't over charge and they helped make sure the problem was solved quick and correctly other companies told us different and made it seem very difficult and it wasn't I will never use anyone else again

I had an issue with the main line so I called waterworks plumbing. The technician was really nice. He came promptly on time and gave me a much better price than what other plumbers gave. I also asked him about my water heater he was really fair and told me I should not change it. He could have just screwed me and said I should change it but he was really honest. Avi came to us when my toilet bowl was leaking and he discovered that the toilet was leaking because the pressure regulator went bad! I am so grateful he came to help us because if it were someone with less experience who didn't realize what the true problem was, the underlying cause would have gone undetected and then a pipe could have burst inside the walls and I would have had a much bigger problem.

Avi is an amazing plumber! He came out when he said he would, located the problem and fixed the problem with our underground drain pipe, replacing a collapsed drain pipe. We don't know what we would have done without his expertise.
