Last week my water heater stopped working and Me and my whole family didn't have hot water and it was causing a lot of problems because the showers were cold and my wife didn't like doing dishes with cold water. when I called waterworks plumbing the lady over the phone was super nice and helpful same day they sent there guys over here and they were both super nice and helpful. The price was good and they explained to me what the problem was and how to prevent this in the future. There was no mess because they cleaned after themselves very good and I highly recommend waterworks plumbing for anyone with problems.

I've used them before and have always had a pleasant experience with them. Their receptionist is also great! She answers all of my questions and concerns. I edited my review to include their information from the invoice they e-mailed me. I did this to prove this review is not for the incorrect company. Then they reported it, stating I listed their personal information in the review. All I listed was company name, address, phone number, license number, and e-mail. This is not a fake review. Do not use this company. I'm not an employee. I'm not a former employee. I don't work in the business. I'm not a competitor. I was Waterworks Plumbing's customer.

My advice is to keep looking. They are not friendly, over-priced, the plumbers are in a rush, and sloppy. The office staff is rude. Please take my advice and do not use them.

We recently built a back-house and needed the plumbing work to be done quick. We hired waterworks plumbing for the work and they were great. We didn't have any problems. They were on time and finished the project according to schedule. Their estimate was spot on. I highly recommend them.

Had a leak in our ceiling, waterworks sent a great guy who pointed out that it was a poorly sealed shower panel that simply had leaked water in between the bathroom tiles and caused the problem. Simply use some silicone gel to fix it right up. Very professional and courteous, would highly recommend!

We had so many guests over and I accidentally put food down the disposer. Not a good idea! The sink was clogged and I needed it fixed ASAP. I didn't want to deal with this while I had guests over. I called waterworks plumbing and they were on their way. The plumber was able to get the sink back to normal within 30 min. Great service that I would recommend to friends and family.
