I really had a great experience with this company. My kitchen sink was backing up the water after using the garbage disposal so initially we called a different company to come and fix it. The guy came and after 10 minutes of ""trying"" told me there's nothing he can do to fix my sink but to create a separate clean out. I told him we're planing in doing it but he still needs to fix the sink as a temporary solution since I really need to use the kitchen sink. He said it was impossible and left. I then called Waterworks plumbing and everything went smoothly from there. They sent Vincente out in a matter of couple of hours and he was very patient and figured out a way to make the sink work again. I then called again to thank them and tell them we would like to put a clean out just for the kitchen sink and Avi called back promptly and explained what we need to do. Looking forward to working with them for the new project! Thank you so much for your help!

In a sea of unprofessional plumbers I found this hidden gem business owner that in no time fixed an on going issue that we had in the past year, we had a new pipe installed under the sink a year ago and ever since it was dripping here and there but the thinking of something that can cause damage to our cabinets was very annoying.
We live is Sherman Oaks area, we called Waterworks Plumbing and a very nice well spoken lady named I believe Sigal was very professional and courteous and she set up an appointment at 2PM which was 3 hours later.
In 1:45PM 15 minutes earlier!!!! From our scheduled visit, an angel came in dressed like a doctor (plumbing doctor) Avi was super professional and ahead of time, fixed the issue in no time and charged us a reasonable price.
All in all couldn't be more happy, that's what service is all about.
Hopefully no more plumbing issues in the near future, and if we'll have some, we know who to call.

We had roots growing under the house into the street we were asked ridiculous prices to help us fix it since it was creating issues with the houses foundation, Avi came out and brought a jetter helped us clear out the issues and charged us a truly reasonable price we were very satisfied with this company

I had them do a few things and it was all done well and as planned, in budget. Pricing and timing were good.
I had a shower head replaced, shower/tub diverter fixed, tub drain stopper replaced, and redid plumbing under kitchen sink.
The only thing I would say that could improve a little is some clean up after the job. I had to clean out my trash can in the kitchen because they filled it with some gunk and water from the kitchen sink. I also had to wipe up the bathroom floor and in and around the tub where there was some debris from the job. A little clean up would get them 5 stars. I would hire them again.
