Only once in my entire life have I called a contractor to discover I can't get along with the receptionist. I've been a RE Dev. project mgr. for almost 20-years. Life is too short to deal with vendors or service providers that immediately piss potential customer's off. THIS is the DOWNSIDE to family-owned businesses. Exactly how does one fire their wife, mom, sister, or aunt? Rock...meet hard place.
