TUD called us and said our water bill was really high, we called, Waters Plumbing Heating and Air .
On 3 /18/2022, Jeremy Alves came out found out where the leak was and fixed the problem, it was a big job.
On 4//12/2022 , TUD called us to say our water bill was still really high, I called Water Plumbing Heating and Air and Jeremy Alves was able to come out that day and found another leak on the property and was able to fix it that same day.
He is so friendly, professional, and knowledgable!!

Asked for them to come out and give estimatement on installing a new heater, when sales person Anthony got here he explained that he needed to collect $175.00 to build the est. I paid the amount even though I was not told in advance about the fee. I waited two weeks for them to send me a est which I never got. I ended up hiring another company to proform the work. I called to request a refund since I never received the estimatement I paid $175.00 for. Still waiting for my refund. Also receptionists at office is very rude. This company is very unprofessional. Buyer beware

We had Waters Plumbing Heating & Air come out to service/fix our mini split system. The office staff was great to work with in scheduling our appointment even though it took them awhile to come out since they were fully booked this time of year. Anthony was our technician and was knowledgeable on what needed to be done and explained the situation to me. The previous owner had wired and incorrectly installed the mini split. Anthony was able to correct the problem, work around the unforeseen issues while trying to fix it and get it up and running again. It was a full days work but he didn't leave until it was resolved. He's a great guy as well, always friendly which is always a plus. They will be our new HVAC contact, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Debbie from Waters plumbing called me to acknowledge my issue and went above and beyond to make things right with us and it is deeply appreciated. It shows me that they value customer service and will go to great lengths to correct the issue we had. While my initial experience may have been unpleasant, they have alleviated my concerns with their great customer service!

100% guarantee does not exist with this company, we found out. We have used Waters for 20 years for our cabin in Groveland. When our heating system quit working, we called them. After a 2 week wait, the serviceman put in a new thermostat, which didn't fix the problem for more than a day. They would not come back without scheduling another service call 2 weeks out. Rude phone service, no discount as requested. Paid over $300 and still didn't have heat. Couldn't live in Nov. without heat, so called another company that fixed the problem pronto. We will never use Waters again. Call another company.

In July, the heating technician was lying when he said his diagnosis resulted in a failed fuse and a burned out heating element. He was candid about one thing, that his company will not repair older systems but replace them. ""They don't carry those parts any more"". Know that these guys do not have the consumers best interest in mind. They will lie to you about the condition of your failed system. My quote for the upgrade with an AC was close to 13K. Just today, it was confirmed, a failed blower motor. Typical for an aged system. But, the fact they lie about doing a diagnosis and come up with some crock of a story to induce you to buy a new system they are most willing to install, is an entire shame. My blower motor was replaced for a little over $500 with a 3.5hr time on the job. There are better places than this business to spend your hard earned dollar. Shame on Waters Plumbing Heating & Air. Don't trust what they tell you.

they where on time & showed up my
complaint is they gave us a bid & the
day they came out Jason said oh "" Camren forgot or missed a part of the
job. This was a gas, line My point being a bid
is a bid or a change order should have been done. I will say they fixed a small
water leak, overall a good job.

I've used Waters Plumbing several times during the past two years to fix issues at our cabin in Long Barn. They have gone out of their way to be responsive especially when we have guests and something needs attention. Yesterday Derek fixed a broken water pipe and called me with an update when done. I appreciate having someone I can call and know they will take care of it.
