While at work this morning, received a call from a neighbor that there was a water leak at my moms house and they could not reach her. My neighbor thankfully turned off the water, and I called several plumbing companies... in a panic!

Spoke to Debbie at Waters and she said a tech would be out between 12-2pm and would provide a quote and possibly get repaired next day.

I got a text notification that a boy named Aaron P. Was assigned and within like 30 mins another text saying Aaron P. Was on his way.. enroute

Aaron got on-site earlier than expected, called me and informed me of the issue, said it was not a huge issue and he could fix it today. He quickly provided a quote (which seemed very reasonable and inexpensive for it being an emergency situation and not a scheduled appointment really). He fixed it, told me he turned water back on & they emailed me an invoice within minutes and I called Debbie in the office back and paid. Debbie was extremely friendly and this whole situation was so smoothly executed that I am extremely impressed. I will continue to use Waters plumbing for future needs and recommend them.

Kudos to Antheny at Waters Plumbing! As a facilities manager I've met my fair share of HVAC techs. Their service tech Antheny is by far one of the best I've seen. He really knows his craft, is honest, communicates effectively, and takes his time to get the job done right. I would recommend Waters Plumbing to others. I only thing I would change is their billing system and how one service call is broken into individual segments. Would like more flexibility in how invoices are received and paid.

So grateful for these guys! I had issues with another local heating & air guy. He was charging me way over what I just paid for part & installation (as much as $400 more). They were at my house within 2 days of my call. Ordered motor and installed within 1 wk. of my call. I will definitely use them in the future!

We had a water heater installed in our 60+ year old cabin yesterday. The replaced heater was just as old as the cabin, an ""antique"" so to speak. Taking into consideration the age of the cabin, the age of the water heater, the venting challenges and the tight space the plumber had to work, Waters Plumbing super hero Plumber NICK was fantastic. He's knowledgeable, smart, nice, efficient and professional. He found solutions to our challenges and made sure we felt comfortable with those suggestions. By the end of the install we asked him for bids on a few more things we need to get done.

Today we received a follow up call from NICK making sure everything was in working order and making sure we were satisfied with the job. He's also assured us that he was working on the bids for future work.

I'll be recommending Waters to any of our family or neighbors who are in the market for a professional, reliable team. Also, Thank you to Lori in the home office who was also professional and efficient from the minute she answered the phone and collected all of our information and photos working with us long distance.

I made an appointment to get my air conditioner serviced before the summer heat hits. My service technician was Anthony he was prompt professional and very thorough. TUD called us and said our water bill was really high, we called, Waters Plumbing Heating and Air .
On 3 /18/2022, Jeremy Alves came out found out where the leak was and fixed the problem, it was a big job.
On 4//12/2022 , TUD called us to say our water bill was still really high, I called Water Plumbing Heating and Air and Jeremy Alves was able to come out that day and found another leak on the property and was able to fix it that same day.
He is so friendly, professional, and knowledgable!!

Asked for them to come out and give estimatement on installing a new heater, when sales person Anthony got here he explained that he needed to collect $175.00 to build the est. I paid the amount even though I was not told in advance about the fee. I waited two weeks for them to send me a est which I never got. I ended up hiring another company to proform the work. I called to request a refund since I never received the estimatement I paid $175.00 for. Still waiting for my refund. Also receptionists at office is very rude. This company is very unprofessional. Buyer beware

We had Waters Plumbing Heating & Air come out to service/fix our mini split system. The office staff was great to work with in scheduling our appointment even though it took them awhile to come out since they were fully booked this time of year. Anthony was our technician and was knowledgeable on what needed to be done and explained the situation to me. The previous owner had wired and incorrectly installed the mini split. Anthony was able to correct the problem, work around the unforeseen issues while trying to fix it and get it up and running again. It was a full days work but he didn't leave until it was resolved. He's a great guy as well, always friendly which is always a plus. They will be our new HVAC contact, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

I'd like to revise my review today, 4/10/2021.
Debbie from Waters plumbing called me to acknowledge my issue and went above and beyond to make things right with us and it is deeply appreciated. It shows me that they value customer service and will go to great lengths to correct the issue we had. While my initial experience may have been unpleasant, they have alleviated my concerns with their great customer service!
