OVERPRICED!!! Technician came out to try and fix the pvc pipes under my kitchen sink, install a p-trap and run it to the drain arm. He stated it would cost $347... He gave me a lengthy explanation of how he would have to reposition the drain arm and cut various tubes in order to reposition the p-trap, I kindly declined but still paid the $45 dispatch fee. I asked my neighbor if he could recommend a plumber, he insisted on taking a look at the problem and using the existing pvc tubes and p-trap was able to reroute the drain in less than 10 min. I offered to pay him with a gas card but he refused to take it. Good to know there are still humble and loving people in the world.

Yosef from Watermen is a master plumber as good as it gets. He repaired a leaking pipe and faucet in my kitchen. You will not hear any criticism of his skill. However, I guess you get what you pay for. I'm a repeat customer, retired, disabled senior who lives alone on a pension. A little break on the cost of the work would have been appreciated.

Classic bait and switch , we agreed on one price and after I paid 20% down I did covered he would do only half the work or all for almost 3 times the price he stated in an email , so I canceled the job after which he charged me an additional $350.00 , this is a CROOK , be careful who you hire and always pay with a paper check just incase he pulls a fast one .

This company has excellent customer service Yosef is amazing and went above and beyond to help me in a stressful time dealing with my HOA company issues and coordinating times with my neighbor. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody and will only be using Waterman plumbing for all my family's needs

Just got charged $150 for a 10 minute service call to tell me the leak is coming out of the bathroom faucet. And did nothing about it. You figured he'd at least apply some caulking or recommend a sound solution. The most upsetting part is this guys's SMUG attitude. I know it's business but geez you have no desire to keep a returning customer. Won't ever call this guy again. He is so smug and heartless. No, I couldn't even wait to write a review because I appreciate friendly business without the arrogance. The prices are outrageous!

I hired Watermen Plumbing to install 2 sink faucets and a new toilet. He showed up on time and did good work. However, he charges hourly and it was a huge mistake on my part not to get a rough estimate as to how long it would take. I have vessel sinks,so granted this was a bit more complicated than regular sinks,being the access to to the piping are behind the sinks. As soon as he showed up, he left for about 45 minutes to get supplies. I was billed for the time he was not working .This happened again on the second day, when he left again for over 25 minutes. The total for this job was a whopping $870. I kindly asked him to bring down the price to $770 because I do not feel I should be charged for the time he was not there. While he did do a good job, this was extremely overpriced. Beware if you hire anyone by the hour. I learned a big lesson. Get an exact estimate,I was taken advantage of.
