Yesterday we had new appliances delivered and although they were supposed to be installed as well, the installer apparently didn't handle hooking up water lines. Left with our new fridge sitting in the garage I started calling a few plumbers in the area. Yosef from Watermen Plumbing got back to me quickly and was able to come over a few hours later. They also had convenient text updates letting us know the status of his arrival. He was very professional and pleasant and really went above and beyond helping my family get the fridge into the house, then he got everything hooked up in no time! OVERPRICED!!! Technician came out to try and fix the pvc pipes under my kitchen sink, install a p-trap and run it to the drain arm. He stated it would cost $347... He gave me a lengthy explanation of how he would have to reposition the drain arm and cut various tubes in order to reposition the p-trap, I kindly declined but still paid the $45 dispatch fee. I asked my neighbor if he could recommend a plumber, he insisted on taking a look at the problem and using the existing pvc tubes and p-trap was able to reroute the drain in less than 10 min. I offered to pay him with a gas card but he refused to take it. Good to know there are still humble and loving people in the world.

Just got charged $150 for a 10 minute service call to tell me the leak is coming out of the bathroom faucet. And did nothing about it. You figured he'd at least apply some caulking or recommend a sound solution. The most upsetting part is this guys's SMUG attitude. I know it's business but geez you have no desire to keep a returning customer. Won't ever call this guy again. He is so smug and heartless. No, I couldn't even wait to write a review because I appreciate friendly business without the arrogance. The prices are outrageous!

Classic bait and switch , we agreed on one price and after I paid 20% down I did covered he would do only half the work or all for almost 3 times the price he stated in an email , so I canceled the job after which he charged me an additional $350.00 , this is a CROOK , be careful who you hire and always pay with a paper check just incase he pulls a fast one .

I have a property in Hollywood, and I used Watermen Plumbing twice, the first time was when I had an emergency back up and they came really quick and fixed the issue in no time. Yossi has been working on several projects in my home over the last couple of months. I purchased a foreclosure in April and it was a complete wreck. I was looking for a professional plumber who could tear out old plumbing and install new plumbing. I also wanted to move existing plumbing in the master bathroom to customize my master bathroom so I could fit a standalone tub and I wanted customized shower fixtures as well. Well I definitely found that when I called Watermen Plumbing. From start to finish the service has been professional and I have been more than happy with the work that has been done.
