We have used Watermark Plumbing twice. Both times the pros knew what the issue was and fixed it.
1st time was for a leak near the water meter. Turned out the connection to the sprinkler system failed. Jason and his helper dug the hole, found and repaired the leak. Then returned the next day to make sure it was good to go. The explanation of what had happened and what they did was clear. For the amount of time two men spent on this, the charge was more to my side.
2nd time was to install a replacement faucet (after this user's error in attempting to fix a minor issue, turned into a major one). Brian was on time and worked quickly to complete the work. Then spent the time to explain what to watch for if there was any future issues. On his own, looked at a bathroom stopper not working and Bam! fixed it in a minute.
I cannot recommend Watermark highly enough. They are thoroughly professional and have an excellent system to keep you up to date about appointments.

One of our water heaters had a leak. I've used Watermark in the past for faucet replacement and they did a great job then (last year) - Watermark was able to schedule us first thing the next day. Bryan, our technician, arrived 10 mins BEFORE our 8am appointment. He diagnosed the problem and explained next steps very clearly. The leaky water heater was installed only 4 years ago so it still had manufacturer's warranty of 6 years - I thought this was going to create a delay or hassle on my part in order to "get credit" for it...Bryan and team at Watermark took care of ALL OF IT! I paid for Watermark to pick up the NEW water heater but it was worth it. Bryan also had to install TWO drip pans (as we had none) along with drain pipe. Another technician came out to assist - I didn't get his name - but he was very friendly too. Entire job was completed after lunch time - this was a big job...and I was so relieved to have it all done in one day! Thank you

I recently needed a new water heater. Watermark sent Jason, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. He left my house as clean as he found it. They offered two options for replacement, and had my new water heater installed same day. It was a great experience.

We had a Saturday morning water heater problem with water leaking. Watermark showed up within an hour. Michael was very friendly and professional. He temporarily capped off the problem and replaced the water heater by the following Tuesday. We will be using Watermark again and highly recommend them.

Watermark was incredible from the first call with Adrian to set up the appointment through the installation of two new toilets. Taylor came out and was honest in his assessment of our situation and gave us three estimates for various ways we could fix the problems. Please note the prices are high but fair. We called a couple of other plumbers to see what they would quote as well as went to homewyse.com and the estimates range from about $150 less to $250 more than Watermark. The peace of mind that came with the experience, professionalism and kindness of Taylor, was worth not trying to save $150 for us.

Taylor and Taylor came out the morning after the initial consultation and upon realizing the new toilets were round and not enlongated let us know rather then moving forward with the install. We got the toilets switched out while they removed the old ones and within 90 minutes they were done.

We had Watermark come out to fix a toilet line that broke the day after Christmas. Unfortunately, they couldn't come out until Monday but understandable considering the holiday. They arrived past the stated time window but when they came they were very good. Jason was very knowledgeable and fixed everything right away. Very reasonable. I will be using them to replace and toilet and for other plumbing needs.

We contacted Watermark on June 8, 2024 to help locate leak in either the pressure piping (water supply line) or drain from the showers. The technician told us that there were no plumbing leaks but they found that the bath tiles were having calking issues and they needed to be fixed. We called another contractor to fix any leaks in the tiles and the leaks continued from the second room bathroom area. We also noticed that there was a small leak in the pressure piping system

We called Watermark again, telling them that we had located the leak and they should fix the leak. The technician insisted that I should pay them for a 30 minutes diagnostics' charge, not including any charge to fix the problem. We called the Owner, explaining him that we have already paid diagnostic's in June 8, and we should not have to pay duplex charge. The Owner insisted that we should have pay another $230 .. This sounded like an unfair business practice.

I am a water treatment professional, a business owner and deal with water problems over 52 years. Charging the customer TWICE for diagnosis is not the fair business practice. I would have gladly paid for repairs.

I shall not do business with Watermark plumbing.

I contacted three different plumbing companies and Watermark is the only one that responded immediately. Michael was at my home within an hour to determine the problem with my leaking water heater. The other plumbing companies could not get to me for another 3 days. Watermark replaced both of my water heaters, in my attic, the following day. I found them to be very professional and up front about the whole process. Highly recommended.
