One of our water heaters had a leak. I've used Watermark in the past for faucet replacement and they did a great job then (last year) - Watermark was able to schedule us first thing the next day. Bryan, our technician, arrived 10 mins BEFORE our 8am appointment. He diagnosed the problem and explained next steps very clearly. The leaky water heater was installed only 4 years ago so it still had manufacturer's warranty of 6 years - I thought this was going to create a delay or hassle on my part in order to "get credit" for it...Bryan and team at Watermark took care of ALL OF IT! I paid for Watermark to pick up the NEW water heater but it was worth it. Bryan also had to install TWO drip pans (as we had none) along with drain pipe. Another technician came out to assist - I didn't get his name - but he was very friendly too. Entire job was completed after lunch time - this was a big job...and I was so relieved to have it all done in one day! Thank you

Three sinks were out of order to do a clog at the point where they all met. We also had a new fixture to install. Scheduling was easy and the tech was very nice, applied some coupons they had available without being asked, and worked hard to get the job done in one trip. (The clog was really far down!) We are so glad to have our sinks back! Great experience. Will use again.

We had some old valves in our bathtub faucets that needed to be repaired or replaced. Michael from Watermark was able to diagnose our problem, locate a retailer for our old and out of production valve stems and bodies, and replace our valves. In one bathroom, he was able to do this without going behind the wall. In the other he installed a whole new valve and trim. We were very happy with him and Watermark.

Every now and then you find a skilled person who knows exactly what the problem is and the best way to get it fixed. Michael is exactly this person. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate of money and time. He went about getting the problem fixed and I must highlight he thought about other things in the house that could be affected by this downtime and took care of them as well.
