The work performed was good. I asked the supervisor to do a couple of extra items. He did not write them down and they were not done. After the fact I asked if they could come back and complete those two items. In so many words I was politely told since it was not in writing they will not do so. I was disappointed. Asides from that I would recommend these guys. Just get everything in writing!

Repiped house and I had to with-hold payment until they came back to replace all the insulation not putback over bathrooms, kitchen and all plumbing. Also removed a huge portion of studs to run water lines and covered up with spray foam before inspection pictures taken. Clean up leaves a lot to be desired.

Had the House re-piped due to Grey Lines. A friend suggested Water Works and I gave them a shot. Just got back to my house to see everything and was planning on a huge clean up ahead of me. There's almost no drywall dust hardly anywhere and what a huge relief. (Toyota Jump Here) The crew did an amazing job and it looks like it didn't even happen. This is a good day!!!! We were referred to this company by a friend and are extremely pleased with the service they provide. We had an emergency plumbing issue over New Year's and they responded promptly. When our water heater went out yesterday we didn't hesitate to call them again. The reality is nobody likes shelling out money for plumbing, it's painful, but both times we've spent considerably less than we anticipated. This will be our go to plumbing company!

We called WaterWorks to change our old and dated shower faucet. We asked for a morning appointment if possible. They told us that they would call in the morning to give us a window of when they would arrive. They called at 7:30 to let us know that their worker would be at our home at 8:00. At exactly 8:00 a very professional and polite young man, had the work done in less than a half hour. The faucet was rusted and not an easy fix, but he did the work well and the price was reasonable. I will use this company for all our plumbing needs in the future!!

I live in Nashville and hired this company to come look at a running toilet in one of my rental units in cape coral. They made two trips to my property, ordered parts, and ended up charging me $500 to repair a 20 year old toilet. At no point did anyone contact me and go over the bill, tell me what was going on, ask me if I would rather replace the toilet with a new one for $30 more? Just invoiced me after the first trip WITHOUT completing the job, then when I called to inquire I was told that was a mistake, disregard the bill. Then resent me that invoice and a second one after they came out a 2nd time. When I called to inquire as to why they didnt just replace the toilet, she said that's not my job, you should know what it costs to replace a toilet and should have told us to do so. Very hard to do that when you no one from your company gave me an estimate, asked if it was ok to spend $500 to repair a 20 year old toilet, didnt recommend replacing the aged toilet. To top it off the person in charge of billing was rude, disrespectful, and hung up on me. Garbage company with a garbage book keeper.

We bought a condo and needed a new hot water heater. We called Aztec and they quoted us double what Water Works did! Water Works came on time and complete the job quickly and kept their space clean. We need more plumbing done in the near future and they will be the first company we call!

Cape Coral, Florida No doubt great reviews influenced my selecting them as one of four plumbing companies to estimate my major job. Their website very completely and accurately outlines their work and I was most comfortable with my first impression. It was a true bonus when their quote was half the price of the other three. This was a complete whole home re-pipe following a total failure of the original (1986) copper pipe (beneath the slab) installation. Just getting home repairs in this area is a challenge now due to the recent devastating Hurricane and I contacted seven companies to get four to visit and bid. My previous 'go-to' plumbing co couldn't take on a job of this scope. The expertise of this 5 man crew was wonderful to see and they were truly a team. They all knew exactly where and what to do. They completed and tested their work in a half of a day. This was on a Friday before President's Day weekend and on Tuesday (after city's inspection) their Drywall Crew expertly replaced All of the Many removed panels. Drop-cloths to cover everything followed by vacuum cleaning. This was a difficult project in an open, vaulted ceiling custom designed home with Very Limited attic available. The quality of their work and use of strictly first-class materials (all with solid 30 Year Warranty's and two year labor) confirmed my choice of them from the other recommended (by friends & family) local establishments who bid the job for me.
