Water Works delivered incredible service to a client of mine that needed a whole house replumb prior to selling to remove all PolyB. They were not the least expensive estimate we received yet they provided clarity with the process, a timeline and fantastic customer service. After that project, I hired them to assist in a sewer line issue in my personal home and once again was very pleased with their response time, promptness and follow up. Highly recommend Water Works for your large or small plumbing needs.

Repiped house and I had to with-hold payment until they came back to replace all the insulation not putback over bathrooms, kitchen and all plumbing. Also removed a huge portion of studs to run water lines and covered up with spray foam before inspection pictures taken. Clean up leaves a lot to be desired.

Had the House re-piped due to Grey Lines. A friend suggested Water Works and I gave them a shot. Just got back to my house to see everything and was planning on a huge clean up ahead of me. There's almost no drywall dust hardly anywhere and what a huge relief. (Toyota Jump Here) The crew did an amazing job and it looks like it didn't even happen. This is a good day!!!! We bought a condo and needed a new hot water heater. We called Aztec and they quoted us double what Water Works did! Water Works came on time and complete the job quickly and kept their space clean. We need more plumbing done in the near future and they will be the first company we call!

So I'm in my new home and the shower head won't stop dripping. In fact it's leaking a steady small stream of water. My husband can't find a shut off valve and we don't know why it won't shut off. My husband says, call a plumber because we can't let this drip all day, it's going to run up our water bill. So I called AZTEC PLumbing, but they are booked and can't come out until 4pm. So I call Water Works plumbing and the guy is really nice and he says he has someone in the area that can come over in 15 min. I say great!! The guys comes over, walks into the shower and pulls on the handle and the water shuts off. I'm like, are you serious?! We were clueless that the shower handle was able to push and pull out. We had only been familiar with the kind that turn left for heat and right for cold. Long story short, the plumber still charged me 75 bucks !! for nothing. Is this fair??? I get 50 bucks for showing up, but he literally spent 2 minutes at the house.

A gentlemen came by, assessed the issue, and fixed our toilet leak. Aces in our books. We will use them again. Fair price to fix a leaking toilet that caused some damage.

Needed to re-pipe the entire house. Water Works was recommended and their quote was less than any other that we had. The workers came on time, were knowledgeable, efficient and neat. All work was done to complete satisfaction, would highly recommend.

The work performed was good. I asked the supervisor to do a couple of extra items. He did not write them down and they were not done. After the fact I asked if they could come back and complete those two items. In so many words I was politely told since it was not in writing they will not do so. I was disappointed. Asides from that I would recommend these guys. Just get everything in writing!
