I originally was referred to Water Works by my home warranty company, so I was skeptical - they've sent some pretty questionable repair people in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. I share a wall with my neighbor, who the plumber could hear working on the other side, and since he had come to clear a clog in my drain which he suspected was past the point of where my plumbing merged with my neighbor's, he insisted on going next door to see if the workers there had done anything to cause the clog. He was professional, friendly and thorough.

Fast forward to when I was having some insurance repairs done, and encountered a situation where my contractor needed to send his plumber out for some out-of-scope work, his plumber didn't call me back for a day and a half! I remembered how great Water Works was, so I called them, and they were able to get a couple of guys out right away to solve my problem. They were also happy to give me an estimate for another job that my contractor's plumber refused to quote me for.

These are the sweetest most considerate and thorough group of professionals you could ask for. They went right to work, diagnosed the problem and presented an estimate to replace my garbage disposal. My problem was a leak under my kitchen sink. When they said I needed a new disposal I remembered I had insurance that could cover this. They told me to call my insurance and they would go back to their truck and wait until I contacted them to see if a disposal is covered. In about 15 to 30 minutes I went out and thanked them and told them it was covered and asked them what this service call would cost. They said nothing but asked if I would recommend them to my friends. This is my second experience with Water Works where they left without compensation. Last time they were only here for 15 minutes for a stuck faucet and they left without charging me anything. This time around 45 minutes and yes in the past they have worked on plumbing here that was repaired as expected.

Have used them twice. The first time they hydro jetted my out side yard drain and drains around my pool - remodelers buried my drain under new grass, they were able to hydro jet through and clear out my drain and find out where the other end was hidden.

The second time my kitchen sink was clogged, they came the same day I called and were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They got both my issues fixed within the price quoted and in a quick efficient manner.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a solid plumber that wont cheat you.

I called to have my leaking faucet replaced. When James arrived he was very nice and HONEST. He told me all I needed to do was tighten a screw inside my old faucet and the leak would stop. James tightened the screw and HONESTLY told me not waste money on a new faucet I didn't need. I asked him how much and he stated nothing. That is a HONEST down to earth Plummer. I will continue to use Water Works Plumbing in the future based on their customer service and honesty.

Austin and his partner arrived at the time they said they would. They were courteous and professional. I needed help with a leaky faucet but I knew it was more than that. They weren't bothered by the work that needed to be done. They installed two angle stops and two new faucets, that they went out and bought for us. I've used Water Works before and have always been impressed with the professionalism from everyone I deal with. I won't use anyone else. They're top notch in my book. Great service and prompt response for my water leakage issue. James and Austin did a great job with locating the damaged pipes and was in constant communication with me. They explained the possible reasons of the leakage and really showed they cared about the quality of work and materials used in replacing the damaged pipes. James also gave me a great referral with a restoration company as I had addition damage to my guest room.

I am a satisfied customer with smooth running hot water once again. I highly recommend their business as they offer reasonable prices and excellent work on top of being great plumbing trouble shooters.
