Recommended Customer Reviews

Great service and prompt response for my water leakage issue. James and Austin did a great job with locating the damaged pipes and was in constant communication with me. They explained the possible reasons of the leakage and really showed they cared about the quality of work and materials used in replacing the damaged pipes. James also gave me a great referral with a restoration company as I had addition damage to my guest room.
I am a satisfied customer with smooth running hot water once again. I highly recommend their business as they offer reasonable prices and excellent work on top of being great plumbing trouble shooters.

Had Water Works come out and take care of a stubborn drain that would simply not unclog...after trying many products and even my own snake, James and his knowledgeable staff came and spent hours at our home. He did not leave or raise the price for staying an extended amount of time. He was able to finally unclog the stubborn drain and cleaned up like he was never even at our home! He is a perfectionist and knows his craft well. I would highly recommend Water Works to anyone who wants professional, speedy service.

ZERO stars if it were possible. Horrible experience with this company. They were rude, late and seemed very bothered with answering any questions. Ended up calling Payless Water Heaters to have the work done on time and for a better price by a courteous and professional worker.

Problem: Running Toilet and clogged Bathroom Sink that wouldn't drain.
We called and received quotes from several other plumbers, handymen, and rooter services from yelp reviews, the local santa clarita monthly magazine, and large chains. We had issues with high prices, awkward quote meetings, and the inability for most of these places to work Saturdays.
I read the reviews for Water Works Plumbing and saw all the positive comments. More importantly, I saw that they worked Saturday mornings. I called in on a Thursday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for that Saturday at 10 am. I was given a window for arrival between 10 am - 12 pm. I received a phone call 20 minutes prior to arrival.
I can't remember the two gentlemen's names that arrived, but they were kind, friendly and professionals. They checked out the toilet and the sink. They assessed the problems and told us what they could do to fix the problem and approximately how long it would take them. They went to their truck to get a quote on parts and write up a formal breakdown. When they came back, they gave us a few options and made no pressure to upsell anything. With the more expensive option, they were still cheaper than one of their competitors.
They left to go pick up materials, took a few hours to complete the jobs, and cleaned up after themselves. Entering the home with a smile on their faces and leaving with a smile as well. It has been a few weeks and everything is working perfectly.
I highly recommend them and have programmed their phone number into my phone for all my future plumbing needs. Yay for local businesses!

This should be the first and last place you call for a plumber in the Santa Clarita Valley area. I had done my research and actually had a couple other companies give estimates before calling James at Water Works plumbing. James was very professional and was promptly on time within the window that was given. He gave me a breakdown of the cost and time that it would take to complete. His pricing is fair and even offers some coupons on their website. We are very happy with the work he completed and was very clean. I highly recommend Water Works and recommend giving them a try. You will see that he can save you hundreds as compared to some other plumbers in the area.

I will never use any company other than Water Works for any plumbing job large or small. James has been to our home a few times now. Always on time and upfront with the cost. They even have coupons on their website. He not only gave me some DIY tips, he help me bring in the trash barrels!!
James is great!

I was serviced by the owner himself and one of his techs several years ago, My water mains valve needed replacing along with refashioning old copper pipes. My sprinkler system valves were leaking, as well. All I can say is that you get what you pay for!. Water Works have the expertise to do it right, craftsmanship without compare for this type of work. Thanks guys, years later, your repairs are still running perfect!

I had a local plumber that I found on Yelp for a sewer drain that was potentially clogged. They arrived and claimed I had a broken sewer pipe under the foundation that would cost $2,500 to jackhammer up to repair. Called my home warrant company that sent out Water Works to repair. James called me first to assess the situation and decided to respond immediately. He arrived and re-snaked the pipe and used a very high quality camera. He found there was no broken sewer pipe and the sewer was now usable. This saved me a week of no sewer pipe (no toilet, no showering, no sink use) for my family and a large headache. Without him, I would have to of waited one week for anything to get done and a large mess from jack hammering the tile up. James was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Thanks Water Works!!!

I am very impressed with Water Works Plumbing. Their technicians are courteous, professional, and knowledgable. I have used them for my garbage disposal when another technician that I used previously failed to adequately repair a problem. They came out not just on the weekend but on SuperBowl Sunday to fix the problem (I was having a party that day and needed my sink to work). They did a great job. They came back a few months later to drain a pipe and again did a good job.

After speaking on the phone, making an appointment for a free estimate and agreeing on a general price of $200 for a leaking T valve in my attic, he arrived, took a look and showed me a scratch paper that said $367. He also told me that if I wanted to have water right away, he would have to use a special glue that is more expensive, otherwise I would have no water at all for 24 hours while the ""regular glue"" cured. If you are a plumber, shouldn't you always be using the kind of glue that dries immediately so that people can use the water immediately? I told him that was way over the telephonic estimate and asked him to break down the price for me into parts, labor, etc.
He went out to his truck and then came back and showed me the same scratch paper with three numbers: one parts, one labor, one total price. I was expecting an official write up on a company form with the parts broken down as to which part was what price. The labor was $250 for a one hour job. Then he wouldn't even hand me the scratch paper. He kept leaning over and showing it to me on his clipboard.
I told him I felt it was too much money and I would call another plumber. Before leaving, he had the gall to ask if anyone had ""mentioned a service charge"". No, it was supposed to be a free estimate... He sheepishly said, ""That's all I needed to hear."" Really? So, if my husband hadn't told me it was a free estimate, you would have screwed me for a service charge? Nice.
Overpriced. Unprofessional. Unethical.
