My entire career has been in plumbing my whole life; my dad is a plumber, my grandfather has been a plumber. Several of my uncles are plumbers. Plumbing runs in my veins. My dad and granddad ran plumbing companies in the area for many years, supporting their communities. It was my fate to do the same. I dedicated time working for big corporate companies that were acquired, and I grew to dislike the way they treat their customers and staff. Just as plumbing is, customer service is embedded into my core values. I understood I could do better for customers who trusted their local plumbers before being bought up by the big guys.
