My entire career has been in plumbing since I was young; my dad is a plumber, my grandfather was a plumber. Several of my uncles are plumbers. It’s literally in my blood. My dad and granddad ran plumbing companies in the area for decades, supporting their communities. I was destined to do the same. I dedicated time working for big corporate companies that were merged, and I came to resent the way they treat their customers and workers. Much like plumbing, customer service is woven into my DNA. I understood I could do better for customers who depended on their local plumbers before being bought up by the big guys.
