I have spent plumbing since I was young; my dad has been a plumber, my grandfather was a plumber. Several of my uncles are plumbers. It’s part of my heritage. Both my father and grandfather operated plumbing companies in the area for decades, supporting their communities. It was my fate to do the same. I spent working for big corporate companies that were merged, and I came to resent the way many of these companies treat their customers and workers. Much like plumbing, customer service is ingrained into my DNA. I knew I could offer superior service for customers who trusted their local plumbers before being bought up by the big guys.
