I was very pleased with the service provided by Water Wise, especially Ryan and Eric. This was the 2nd time Water Wise came out.. the first initial technician came out an hour late and nothing was done due to the warranty verification.. He did say he was gonna follow up with the warranty... First thing in the morning they followed up. Although we had to take a cold shower for one night, the installation of our new unit was a breeze. Ryan and Eric worked as a great team. They did the job quick, efficiently and it looked so easy. They recommended maintenance to keep the life of the heater and suggestions for proper use. They were excellent, in and out within the hour.

STAY AWAY !!!!! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

i have had the worst experience ever with this company i was referred to them from my home warranty company. fist off they showed up late in the evening after the appointment was between 2-3 pm only to tell me that there is nothing we can do too bad we will have to handle it tomorrow. ok i will live with that but the next day they came and disconnected my old water heater and then said we don't have the parts to install the new one. You will have no water until tomorrow and we will come in the morning. they showed up 3 pm. i had to take my expecting wife to a hotel which made it very inconvenient. after coming the following day they installed a pipe then said wait a few hours it will fill up and will work . well to my surprise i have hot water but i have zero water pressure so we are still unable to stay at home yet again. This has been the worst experience i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. they clearly don't t care for your time nor do they stand behind there work. i wanna point out the disaster they made in the process they didn't clean anything up behind themselves leaving metal shavings broken pipes screws ect all around pretty disgusting that the quality of work is so bad.

THE WORK IS STILL NOT DONE !!!!

Terrible customer service. Our warranty company dispatched this company to take a look at our water heater that went out. Water wise called me to give me a time between 10am -2pm. Christian did not make it to our house until after 6pm. No courtesy call to tell us anything. Finally gets to the house, and stays about an hour, tells us he is going to put in the diagnosis ASAP and I should see it first thing in the morning. Chk the warranty website at 0830 and nothing. Called the office and was told that Christian had already submitted the diagnosis and waiting in the warranty. I wait an hour and decide to call my warranty company, they advised that ""no, the technician hasn't submitted anything yet"" and that they would call him to submit. I wait another hour, and chk the warranty website nothing. I then called water wise back to advise them (Coral) what the warranty company said and she then contacted Christian to inform him to get the diagnosis in ASAP, still nothing. Customer service is beyond terrible. We are going on three days with no hot water, or water to shower at all. Beyond frustrated with their lack of customer care, truthfulness, and incompetent technician. Call another company if you can!

Horrible customer service. Had an appointment between 9am-1pm. 1:30pm no one has called or showed up, I call and they said they don't know what happened. They called me back said they would to my house at 2:30pm. 3:30pm still no one had shown up or called, AHorrible communication and service. Do not call you will simply waste your time.


Update to Ryan's reply:
The tech said he would be to my house by 2:30. No time frame between 2:30-3:30 was ever given. But I had another company come out, they called when they were on the way and they were were on time!!

Water Wise was responsive to the issue of a Gas Valve Controller on our Rheem waterheater that was still under warranty. While it took a very long time for Rheem to provide the parts necessary, they authorized Water Wise to do all the work and it cost me nothing, other than nearly 10 days without hot water, which should have been 2 if Rheem were more responsive. Jody (male), Coral and Ryan and perhaps there was a Brian in there, were great to work with.

I would recommend highly.

We called our home warrenty and they sent out Water Wise Plumbing. They sent Jodi out and he did good job trying to diagnose the problem. We had to have them come out again because a leak could not be detected we continued to get water spots on ceiling. They sent Walter their senior/master tech to come out and take a look. After many observations and different tech to diagnose the problem he give us a detailed explanation as to what may be causing the water spots we were seeing on our ceiling again. My husband was a master plumber back in the day but was away on business when this happened to our ceiling. He explained ever single detail n how n why this continued to happen. Needless to say we are still monitoring the issue but feel confident what Walter explained may be the problem. We would most deff use this company again even if we did not go through home warrenty.

Jodi was very professional and helpful. He listened patiently to me about all the issues in the drains and the toilet. He then tried a few problem-solving approaches to clear the main pipe blockage. He was very understanding and definitely took pride in his work. He even provided the further future preventive solutions for us. He SAVED my life. I will recommend him to anyone.

I am so please with the quality of service and care I received from the moment I made my initial call until the end of my repair.
Our technician Jodi was on point.
He walked in, took care of the problem, was so professional while being genuinely concerned with our issues.
Never felt rushed, and it was truly an amazing experience. He asked me for a cloth to clean up after himself, I though that was an added quality.
Yes I would definitely recommend this company.
