I found out about this company through AHS. They don't always send the ""best"" options- but I fought for these guys based on the yelp reviews and I am glad I did. Toilets can be fickle bitches when it comes to having the Home Warrenty cover the cost. I had a running toliet that was hitting my water bill... HARD
Keith came out, checked everything out, fixed everything the same day. He was quiet, polite and professional. He even showed me how to check the water meter for leaks. Thanks Dude!!

Made an appointment because we had a part that needed replacement, on 12/30/21 technician came but had the wrong part. He repaired that part after going to Lowe's but before we could use the toilet I heard water running, never had I heard water running. Called them back they came out and said another part needed replacement.
Again, never any problems with this called a local plumbing house they were stumped. Gave them a picture of the first part. No picture of the second part. So I get charged 120.00 for the first visit, but if something was not wrong and suddenly is you charge me another 100.00.

We had a problem with not getting hot water in our laundry room. One plumber quoted thousands to re-pipe. Also quoted on a circulation pump. Water Wise came out and the issue was not the pipe but a Valve, and the circulation pump was a third of the price... From the time we called in and spoke to Christy to having Keith K come to do the work we are extremely happy.... Keith did an awesome job, he was efficient, professional and knows what he is doing. I just wished we called them first! We will call them for any and all of our plumbing needs:)

After scheduling multiple different plumbing companies we finally made the right choice with Water Wise. The technician, Curtis, did a very good job on our water heater and toilet. He also went above and beyond by helping us with the warranty which saved us a lot money. He completed both jobs in a timely and efficient manner. You will see the pricing is very fair and much lower than the other companies. But for me personally, I am very big on working with a company that I feel comfortable with and is honest- which is why we highly recommend this company. Thank you!

We used Water Wise Plumbing through American Home Shield and we were very happy with their work. We have had issues with American Home Shield before but we were happy to see that Water Wise Plumbing did a great job with no extra charge.

Go with water wise for your plumbing needs! They are super responsive (even after hours), Ryan was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right service to fit my needs and they scheduled the service same day! Sierra came to do the work and was fantastic! I've never had a female plumber but it was a great experience and might even make some feel more comfortable!!! Definitely call and talk to them - they ended up being less expensive than the competition, offered the service I needed (and others wouldn't) and was much faster! Will definitely use them for other needs!

This company is not good at all! Zero stars from me.. Just put in another AHS service with them to have them come back out to fix the same issue that none of their plumbers seem to know how to fix. This is the 3rd time for same issue.. Let's see if the 3rd plumber they send out will be able to fix the toilet! I made sure to put a note on my AHS account to never ever send this company back for future issues. I had to try and explain to the receptionist guy on the phone today that his plumber he sent out did not fix the issue and he kept rereading his notes in his system saying it was fixed according to his technician, HA! what a joke! If it was fixed, I wouldn't be calling you.....Also, This company lacks calling you back, you have to chase them down to schedule your ahs appointment. I won't be calling them this time, I'll just patiently wait till they call to schedule their plumber right back out here again for the 3rd time! Definitely will leave a bad review once I receive that survey from AHS.

We were on our bucket list vacation, the National Parks, Redwoods, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, and Glazier. Then spent a week with our friends in SC. When we got home we found our water heater had leaked. Got great service from Water Wise and great referral for restoration work. Turned a nightmare into just a bad dream.

Water Wise continues to solve any issues for us. Most of the time it's been day of and even hours within calling. We really have appreciated their hard work and help navigating a water leak in our house. We highly recommend them!

Just terrible, plumber came to my house stated parts needed to be ordered went 3-4 weeks no communication at all I had to call daily! then a couple weeks later I use my guest bathroom shower and the whole faucet comes off and water is every where. The spout was just pushed in and not installed correctly, no one answers the phone just long wait times ! This is a nightmare!
