I have dedicated plumbing for as long as I can remember; my dad is a plumber, my grandfather has been a plumber. I have uncles who are plumbers. It’s part of my heritage. My dad and granddad ran plumbing companies in the area for a long time, serving their communities. It was my fate to do the same. I invested years working for major corporate companies that were bought out, and I developed a distaste for the way many of these companies treat their customers and workers. Much like plumbing, customer service is woven into my core values. I understood I could provide better service for customers who depended on their local plumbers before being acquired by the big guys.
