My entire career has been in plumbing since I was young; my dad is a plumber, my grandfather was a plumber. Several of my uncles are plumbers. Plumbing runs in my veins. My father and grandfather owned plumbing companies in the area for a long time, supporting their communities. I was destined to do the same. I invested years working for major corporate companies that were acquired, and I came to resent the way most of them treat their customers and staff. Similar to plumbing, customer service is ingrained into my core values. I understood I could provide better service for customers who depended on their local plumbers before being taken over by the big guys.
