Very quick response and scheduled an appointment immediately on the same day. Both bathroom showers were backed up. The clean out drain needed clearing out and the job was finished in 45 minutes.

Out of all the requests, Water Tite was the 1st to respond and had the cheapest price.

Our plumbing is now fixed back and back to normal!!!

We had a slab leak, and what should have been a straightforward rerouting job turned into a complicated one when the water pipe broke and flooded our bathroom before I scheduled Water Tite to make the repair. Despite the additional trips, time, and working around the mitigation and asbestos removal contractors, Jesse stuck with his original quote and was great to work with.

He actually saved us from a future flood as he discovered a bad connection from the original construction that was just starting to leak. It was a pipe that wasn't related to the rerouting, so if Jesse hadn't caught it, the damage would have been expensive.

I'll definitely call Water Tite again for any plumbing need we have and will recommend their services to others. They are honest, communicate well and do good work. 5 stars all the way.

I had called Jesse asking for a quote. He stopped by and gave us a great price for a complete rework on our piping. (Bad slab leak) Unfortunately my landlord had the final say and I wasn't able to give him the job. Jesse is very knowledgeable and professional. Don't pass him up.
