Was referred to Water Tite and Jesse from my plumber who was unavailable at the time to do a complete water heater replacement in an emergency situation. Jesse was very reasonable with his price, and the job was done quickly and efficiently by one of his crew on a Monday. My water heater failed during the weekend and first thing Monday morning I was provided two options that made sense. I ended up getting a larger (75 gallon) water heater installed and it works great! Jesse's price best every other plumber who I spoke to. I highly recommend Water Tite for any of your plumbing needs especially if you need to replace your water heater.

Jesse and Kaitlyn (sp?) were professional and kind. Not only that, they were very patient with me because I had misplaced two of the parts when I attempted to install my new kitchen faucet myself. . I almost thought I had wasted their time but thankfully I called my husband (which I should have done first!) and was able to locate the missing pieces. Once I found them, the faucet was installed in a blink of an eye. I will definitely be calling them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

I received a recommendation for Water Tight Plumbing from my real estate agent who had used them before (GOOD REC!) I called, left a message and got a prompt call back. This was a bit complicated because I needed to coordinate with a Termite inspection - and quickly as I was in escrow. Jesse spoke to the termite people, arranged a ""dual"" meeting at my house and fixed the problem within an hour! More than fixed - moved a water pipe so no one would not have this issue again! I am going to use him for my new house. Couldn't be happier.

Don't waste time looking for another plumber! Jesse and his team are knowledgeable, respectful and meticulous . We have had Water Tite out for repairs on 3 different occasions; to fix a slab leak, toilet repair and lastly to install a new toilet and bathroom vanity. My water heater died so I checked the Yelp reviews for local plumbers. The quote from Water Tite Plumbing was $150 cheaper than the other company I called. Jesse (the owner) sounded very knowledgeable so I chose Water Tite. I'm happy to report they completed a clean and professional installation.

One thing that really helped was that Jesse was flexible with his schedule; this was important because I needed a couple days to reinforce the platform after they removed the old water heater. After I was done, they came out and installed the new water heater. I'm very picky and checked everything, which was done to a professional standard. Many thanks to the technician who performed most of the work.

I would definitely use Water Tite again. It's always a pleasure to find a contractor that arrives on time and does the work right for a reasonable price.

Jesse is a professional, reliable and Honest plumber. Hubby and I contacted Water Tite Plumbing for repair/resolution of the issues noted....leak on inside ceiling, which Jesse evaluated and responded promptly to. Snaked our kitchen Drain to clean out, installed a water regulator and adjusted the water pressure to an accurate setting which is not what we had, he also repaired a leaking master shower. Jesse is punctual, provides professional options with quotes and arrives on time to perform service(s). He and his team are neat, clean respectful of your home and leaves your home without a mess. Again, I must emphasize professional, reliable and Honest......please continue on this path and your business will always be our #1 go to. My water heater was leaking and I knew it had seen its best days..I called a property manager friend and asked her who she uses for this kind of stuff, and she gave me This company. It was a Sunday so I was surprised when he answered my call. He told me how much and when he could fit me into his schedule. I didn't know what to do so I of course called two other companies for quotes. I wished I had of just scheduled the darn appointment. Two days of cold showers! Learning experience for me. Two days later Jesse came and installed a new water heater and was detailed and cleaned up all and was a great guy!

Horrible finding after the 2nd month of over 300$ water bill...slab leak!
Jesse Rivera was highly recommended to me by a good friend of mine who just weeks before had the same findings. He came out within hours of me calling him and with his equipment was able to detect a large leak under the slab from the garage to the master bath. He gave me an estimate that was fair and did the work 2 days later. I feel Jesse was fair and honest and did a great job without destroying my house :)
I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Although it wasn't an emergency, Jessie came out to my house the same day to address an issue I had with the piping on my water heater. He fixed the problem the same day!
I have used several plumbers in my home owner history, but Water Tite Plumbing's prices are reasonable, employee was professional, and maintained a tidy space. I have 3 toilets that will need to be replaced in the near future and Water Tite Plumbing will be the company I will use!

We had a slab leak, and called Jesse. We were extremely impressed. He used the latest technology to determine where the leak was, and went above and beyond to try to find and fix the leak. Our situation was by no means, ""easy."" In fact, it was a nightmare. Still, Jesse gave us options, stayed cool, and went above and beyond what we expected. He took his time, came out a few times and made us feel comfortable in a tough situation. I truly could not say enough good things about him! We were so impressed. Never have we hired a plumber with such expertise!
