We had a slab leak, and called Jesse. We were extremely impressed. He used the latest technology to determine where the leak was, and went above and beyond to try to find and fix the leak. Our situation was by no means, ""easy."" In fact, it was a nightmare. Still, Jesse gave us options, stayed cool, and went above and beyond what we expected. He took his time, came out a few times and made us feel comfortable in a tough situation. I truly could not say enough good things about him! We were so impressed. Never have we hired a plumber with such expertise!

Jesse is a stand up guy, and he and his crew do great work. The job we had them do threw a pretty good curve ball at them, which they handled without a problem. The communication was great every step of the way, with everything explained, potential issues discussed ahead of time, and options given. Over the years we've used many ""big name / big advertising budget"" plumbers, with hit and miss results, because the guy who shows up at your door is assigned at random. Not so here, and I learned a long time ago that when you come across a quality contractor (plumbers, painters, hvac guys) - you stick with them... and Jesse and Water Tite are now on that list at our house. No one likes having plumbing problems, but when you do - we highly recommend Water Tite!

I highly recommend Water Tite Plumbing & Drains. Jesse was amazing! He was extremely easy to deal with and was quick to get back to us and stop by to give a free quote. He had, by far, the most reasonable prices out of a couple of other companies. He was also great about explaining our options.

He was prompt on the date of service. He did a thorough job and in less time than he had originally said it would take. I was thrilled with his work! He also had a guy already set up with reasonable prices who did the concrete work after Jesse had finished. I could not be happier.

I will definitely be calling him for any plumbing needs in the future!

We used Water Tite to replace our hot water tank. Jesse, the owner, was quick to respond to my call, and scheduled our appointment promptly.
He was kind, and made me feel comfortable having him in our home.

Hopefully we will not need a plumber any time soon, but when we do, I will definitely call Water Tite again.

Jesse is amazing! He is a super fast responder and was very kind throughout the process from initial estimate to completion of repair. We originally received a quote for a drain leakage and then needed an emergency leakage repair done a week after! I had called him and they came in same day to fix the leakage! Oh and pricing was reasonable!

So happy with the service and hopefully we don't have any future leaks, but if we do, I would definitely use them again! In fact, their number is in my contact list for plumbing needs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for their service and reasonable prices!

Excellent service! I had a broken water pipe flooding my kitchen floor and Jesse was here within 30 minutes to fix it. His call out rate was very reasonable and he also fixed two other things that had needed a plumbers attention for quiet some time! Fast, efficient and professional service.
