We had leaks throughout our house and our water heater was not working well. We asked for a quote from 3 plumbing companies, including Water Quality Plumbing. I opted to chose Water Quality Plumbing as I noticed that the other companies used outside contractors for all their work and we did not feel comfortable. I like to be able to call a company back, if there is an issue, and not get the run around to call the contractor that did the work for us. This was our first big repair and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it all went. A special thanks to all the reps that worked on our house, a few names I was able to catch, Javier, Don Onayo, and Hector. All the reps were super respectful, professional and very detailed in their work. Also a special thanks to Jordan, super friendly and great customer service. Water Quality Plumbing is at the top of my list for plumbing repairs. Thank you Marty for all your help and for having such a great team!

Very professional from the first phone call to the technicians arrival to watching the tailor ghost going out the driveway. Arnold was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Water Quality Plumbing came out primarily to replace two water valves under the sink today, and also helped with a couple other issues. Diego was on time, highly professional, did a great job, and was a very nice young man! They came highly recommended, and I would not hesitate to use them again for future plumbing needs. If you're lucky, you'll get Diego!

Writing this review as I wait for PG&E emergency services to come out to check out a gas leak in my house after the water heater was installed 4 hours ago by Water Quality Plumbing. My entire garage smelled like Sulphur. The fire department just left as well and diagnosed the problem to be an improper install of the gas pipe connected to the water heater. I was able to turn the nut securing the gas pipe to the water heater with my fingers - so clearly it was pure negligence on behalf of the installer that left me and my family in this dangerous situation.

I tried reaching the 24 hour services for Water Quality Plumbing and got the following recorded message: ""the service you are trying to reach has been restricted, please contact customer service""... and of course since it is Fri evening the customer service number goes to a mailbox!

PLEASE FIX THIS WATER QUALITY PLUMBING. I was really looking forward to that hot shower but instead have to ensure my family is safe from a gas leak on a Friday evening as I wait for PG&E.

UPDATE: PG&G just left and said that I'm lucky there wasn't an explosion! His notes read - ""Repaired leak at water heater flex connection""

UPDATE: I had the owner read this review and come out that very day to check out everything. He was sincerely apologetic about the episode and took the responsibility to make it right. I believe that your mistakes are new lessons for success and that's exactly how this business showed up! I hope to give them another chance to do some work and reflect that in a future review.

Stevie, from Water Quality Plumbing, came out today to fix our non-draining laundry sink and he was fantastic. I got a same-day appointment and Stevie arrived in good time and was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He got the line cleared for us quickly and had good advice to help keep it clear in the future and answered all my questions about other projects. There was no upselling from him or the office staff which I really appreciated; they did the job that we asked them to do.

Two days previously we had had a different company come out to fix our slow-draining laundry sink but after removing the sink and rooting it twice they had left it worse than before since it stopped draining altogether and was full of black water. They had also tried to suggest that we needed our whole water line replaced, at great cost, to fix the problem. We didn't want them back and so Water Quality Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and I'm so glad that we found them to fix the problem.

We will definitely use and recommend Water Quality Plumbing in future!

We called and the very same day Stevie showed up. He was very professional, very kind ,personable and seemed extremely knowledgeable. So glad we called them for a second opinion and we learned that there were no problems at all. The other plumbing company but I can't say who, said that the majority of the copper pipes needed replacements. I'm very happy to say that Stevie saved us lots of money. Overall, very very happy with water quality plumbing.

Hired them a month ago to install a new 40gal water heater. Plumber arrived on time, wore a mask, and worked efficiently. He even replaced all the valves going to the water heater and brought everything to current code. He left the water heater closet cleaner than before! Price was totally reasonable too. Great business, and will hire again!

A shout out to ""Stevie"" who came to repair a leak in the basement and to flush the hot water heater. Courteous and professional, he was very good about explaining the problem and options for fixing it. Also showed me an efficient way to do the flush. Would definitely request him for next plumbing job. The company charges for the first hour and every half hour after that, plus a nominal travel fee. Seemed reasonable.
