Stevie, from Water Quality Plumbing, came out today to fix our non-draining laundry sink and he was fantastic. I got a same-day appointment and Stevie arrived in good time and was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He got the line cleared for us quickly and had good advice to help keep it clear in the future and answered all my questions about other projects. There was no upselling from him or the office staff which I really appreciated; they did the job that we asked them to do.

Two days previously we had had a different company come out to fix our slow-draining laundry sink but after removing the sink and rooting it twice they had left it worse than before since it stopped draining altogether and was full of black water. They had also tried to suggest that we needed our whole water line replaced, at great cost, to fix the problem. We didn't want them back and so Water Quality Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and I'm so glad that we found them to fix the problem.

We will definitely use and recommend Water Quality Plumbing in future!

We called and the very same day Stevie showed up. He was very professional, very kind ,personable and seemed extremely knowledgeable. So glad we called them for a second opinion and we learned that there were no problems at all. The other plumbing company but I can't say who, said that the majority of the copper pipes needed replacements. I'm very happy to say that Stevie saved us lots of money. Overall, very very happy with water quality plumbing.

Hired them a month ago to install a new 40gal water heater. Plumber arrived on time, wore a mask, and worked efficiently. He even replaced all the valves going to the water heater and brought everything to current code. He left the water heater closet cleaner than before! Price was totally reasonable too. Great business, and will hire again!

A shout out to ""Stevie"" who came to repair a leak in the basement and to flush the hot water heater. Courteous and professional, he was very good about explaining the problem and options for fixing it. Also showed me an efficient way to do the flush. Would definitely request him for next plumbing job. The company charges for the first hour and every half hour after that, plus a nominal travel fee. Seemed reasonable.

My hot water started leaking badly. I turned it off and called for service Monday morning. About an hour later Diego showed up with a new water heater. Nice guy. He had to cut out some old copper plumbing and redo it. Everything was new including my hot water heater gas shutoff valve. All done, everything shiny new. He took time to explain the new control and ""we"" were done. Excellent service. Did I say Diego was a nice guy? Oh yes I did. 6 star service.

I had Water Quality Plumbing remove an old water softener and install a whole house filter and water conditioner for me. It was a fairly complex installation but Arnold, the plumber did a good job at it. And at every step, he asked me for feedback versus proceeding on his own. In the subsequent days, there were three different leaks in the system, but every time the company took full ownership of the issues and promptly sent a plumber to fix them at no extra charge. I greatly appreciate the fact that the company honored their 30 days labor and parts warranty without me having to argue with someone on the phone.

One thing that I didn't like was that I wasn't given a breakup of the cost of the material used in the installation. I asked for it, but didn't get a clear answer from the installer.

High recommend. I had leak in my shower and called Marty for his opinion. Arrived on time, was a pleasure to work with, and is very trust worthy. We had an older shower faucet and Marty was very responsive and helped to try and track down the proper parts in order to repair. Water Quality Plumbing and Marty, the owner, are top-notch plumbers. But, more than that, it's known for its integrity and honesty. Marty was the only one to inspect my water heater and tell me it didn't need to be replaced, despite what my property management company had told me and what other plumbers had corroborated. Marty just earned a customer for life based on the fact that he's not going to upsell or lie about what services are required. But, even if the water heater did need to be replaced, they have good prices. This company is solidly legitimate and not out to make a fast buck. You can trust Marty and his recommendations, and that should give others peace of mind.
