My water heater was having problem but glad that I contacted water heater only since they show up quickly. Gene M from water heaters only came in the morning of 2/22/18 at about 9am and quickly diagnosis the problem and had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. Old heater was taken away and new heater installed by 1130am

I called to have someone come and check my water heater cause the pilot was turning off, and the lady who answered wanted me to buy a new water heater from them instead of sending someone to come and check on my my existing heater!!!!

This is the first place to call, they come out on time, calling in advance,
do what they say and charge what they estimated. Work is completed without delay, professionally and completely. Ron advised me on a few problems related to the Mickey Mouse installation at my place, which were FYI, and then set to work on correcting the problem he was called to fix.
No added charges or, ""Better Fix This Too and Real Soon"" escalation of
the original estimate. Quite refreshing and unexpected. The others I
called would not fix my unit but, they all wanted to replace it without
hesitation! Do yourself a favor, cut to the chase and make this the first and Only call you make. Thanks Ron and thank you Water Heaters Only.

My Mom's water heater needed replacing. Called and technician Gene Martinez came out the next day and installed a replacement unit. Gene was very professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently. Highly recommend this company.

I woke up yesterday to water completey surrounding my water heater. It had been 12 years, so I knew my water heater had died. I quickly called three plumbers, and was impressed by how knowledgeable Dave was in explaining my options. Most places wanted to come out and give the ""free quote"", but Dave was a straight shooter, and gave me a accurate price range right over the phone, and reviewed with me what was needed. A diffrent Dave (coincidental) arrived a couple of hours later. I was incredibly impressed by how quick, efficient, and professional he was. Dave was in and out in a couple of hours, and explained in detial every step of the process. I would highly reccomend this company. I just wish I could find this level of service everywhere!

This is my second time having a water heater replaced and both times I used Water Heaters Only. They have the best availability and customer service out there! Everyone I dealt with from the time I made the call until the job was done was friendly and professional. Ron Gautreau did my install and he was friendly, informative, and efficient. Our water heater died on 06/19/17 and David was able to get here early to check it out. When it needed to be replaced he had a replacement on hand and brought everything up to code. He was pretty quick so we didnt have our water off for too long and everything has been working perfectly.

My water heater gave out I looked at the reviews and found that Water Heaters Only had great reviews. I e-mailed the company and in less than 15 min. I was e-mailed back. Tony was sent to my home he gave me some great insight on water heaters and our new water heater was installed less then 2hours. really great. they put in a water heater for me...it was totally fine for a month, and then i stopped getting hot water. they came back a second time as soon as i called, put in another bigger water heater at no charge. the original problem wasn't their fault, my condo and heating are very specific...but either way, they were so great about it. so friendly, willing to help, and just looking to make me happy. they're awesome and trustworthy.

My 11 year old water heater was leaking water in my garage for at least 1 1/2 weeks. Knew I needed a new water heater but had a hard time deciding who to trust. After almost going with Home Depot, I decided to go with the advice of a friend and give Water Heaters Only a call. Ron was my technician and he called ahead of time to say he would be there about an hour early if that was OK with me. He assessed my situation and gave me a quote that was on the lower side of the phone estimate. Ron explained exactly what needed to be done and did a great job. After it was installed, he cleaned up and explained what he did and how to troubleshoot any problems. Great friendly service at a good honest price. I will define recommend Water Heaters Only to my neighbor and friends.
