J C.Came home after a night out with the family and sure enough our water heater had failed and leaked everywhere. We called Water Heaters Only INC in the morning they quickly set up an appointment for the following morning. Derek showed up ontime and was very professional and very knowledgeable. What sets him and this company apart from others is when he installed the new water heater he noticed the ventilation pipe seemed very loose. He proceeded to ask to go up into the attick to check something out. Sure enough the ventilation pipe that carries the fumes outside was never correctly put on from previous installers. He proceeded to crawl through this little hole and insulation to properly fasten the ventilation pipe. This to me goes up and beyond service. You da man Derek!
Ria P.Great company. Ron was very honest and reliable and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions. He came to give us an estimate three hours after we called on a Saturday morning because our water heater was leaking. We took the night to make a decision and after calling several other companies, we knew that this was the best. He came back the next morning and installed a new water heater for us quickly and professionally. He left no mess behind. On top of that, he was overall a nice guy and really tried to help us. Would use them again if I had to! (But I hope not!)

Jerry P.Great experience. My current water heater broke and leaked from the bottom all over the garage floor. Called Water Heaters Only and they sent Aaron the same day to provide an estimate. Agreed to a price and Aaron showed up the next morning on time to installed water heater within estimated time frame. Received letter with permit and instructions to schedule an inspection with the city a few weeks later.

Our new Bradford White 50-gal gas water heater was installed on November 5, 2015, by their very talented and efficient technician, Brad. We called them mid-morning and the entire job was completed on the same day. They hauled out the old heater and left the area clean.
We are very pleased with the speed and quality of the work and the water heater!
