Had my water heater replaced on 6/22/16 by Dave. He was courteous and informative about the questions I had about my water heater and the problems that I had with it. I learned a lot about my water heater from him. He did the work within 2 hours. Watching him work, I could tell that he has a good work ethic and that he was knowledgeable about everything that had to do with water heaters. This company was at my house within 24 hours of my phone call. If you need a new water heater, call this company. And if Dave comes to your house, then you will receive great service.

My old tankless electric heater stopped working today, May 17. I went to Yelp to look for companies with good reviews. I found Water Heaters Only, INC and called them at 0808 AM. I explained my situation and David said he will send the technician between 1-2 PM to give me the estimate. It was around 1000AM when Mike, their technician called me to tell me he is on his way to my house so expect him in about 45 mins. When Mike arrived, he was very nice & friendly. He gave different options on how to fix my water heater issue. He was very honest and knew what he was talking about. I told him that I would like to just go back to the gas water heater and he said that is doable. The quote he gave me I think was very reasonable considering he had to tear apart the built-in cabinet where my tankless water heater was. I watched him do the work and I can say that he is truly an expert on what he's doing. He was fast, able to drill and place new tubings, and he even fixed the 'mickey mouse job' of my previous contractor to ensure the new installation would be safe and up to code. I was very impressed on how fast he did the installation. He completed at around 1430. He was able to put back my cabinet back just like before. He explained to me how to turn off the water heater in case of emergency & how the system works. I was very impressed with his work. He did not just do it fast but he did it with great quality. The best thing too was whatever the amount he quoted me, that was the same price I paid, no hidden costs & even did some extras for me. He provided a great service & we don't have to deal with cold water again. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Mike, for doing such a great job!

My name is John Lusk and we had WATER HEATERS ONLY install our new water heater today May 13, 2016. Yes Friday the 13th. Brad the plumber that did the work was very friendly and explained what he was going to be doing and showed us how to light the pilot and how the new thermostat works. He was very clean throughout the whole process which took about 3 hours.

Do not use this company. They will charge $150 just to show up, overcharge for parts. They suggested I ""buy a new waterheater for $1200 when my $6 part was SUPPOSEDLY on a backorder. They evidently don't keep Water Heater wiring in Stock (?) So they can totally gouge you. I wish I had just waited one day for Water Heater Man. They aren't crooks.

My water heater was leaking and Fidelity referred me to Water Heaters Only. Ron Gautreau was the assigned technician and he came on 4/9/16. He was very professional and it was great that he was able to inspect and replace the water heater on the same day. His customer service skills are excellent! He was forthright and was willing to answer any questions. I also liked the fact that he was careful with my other appliance (dryer had to be moved since it was next to the water heater). Thank you Water Heaters Only for sending Ron!

I was referred to Water Heaters Only thru my Fidelity National Home Warranty policy. This is the 2nd time I have used Water Heaters Only. Both times Dave Pullen has completed the repair and replacement.

On 3/1/16 my water heater failed. I am a day sleeper and work nights and needed it repaired fast to get my sleep. Fidelity placed an expedited order and Dave arrived early from the quoted time. I remembered him from the first repair. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it efficiently in about 2hrs-15mins. He allowed me to watch and explained the repair process and the upgrades that were needed for code.

The only delay was on Fidelity getting back with me to get approval and some confusion on cost of coverage. That was easily remedied by Dave and his boss who gave me a discounted rate due to Fidelity's delay and cost confusion. He was timely, friendly & efficient. As well as, direct in his explanation of the removal and repair. I was able to get my sleep and have hot water for a shower before work. I would recommend W H Only again and Dave as the installer.

Brad was our mechanic on 11/19/16. We were referred because of Fidelty. We had our water heater repaired. He was so professional and courtesy. He truly loves his job and spoke highly of the company. He was one time and communicative. Thank you, Brad!!!

Three days ago, my 14-year old waterheater started to leak, accumulating water in the pan. Contacted WHO, Inc. for a quote. Describing the current water heater model and infrastructure, WHO, Inc. was able to quote me over the phone. The quote was excellent and I decided to hire WHO
Yesterday, the technician Thomas came by and did a change out of the water heater. Thomas executed the job very professionally, bringing the installation to current code.
It was a pleasure watching Thomas work, very focused and expedient. He completed the change-out in less than 3 hours from time of arrival. The cost came in as quoted, no add-ons or ""change orders""
I can only recommend WHO and the technician Thomas.

Got a $150 for $300 of service off Angies list, so I thought I'd try them out. Scheduled appointment to have water heater installed, so I took the day off work. Promised me the water heater would be on the truck. When they arrived no water heater on truck. Gave me a written quote, then called me 30 minutes later and said the quote was inaccurate, it was actually $300 more. Coincidentally that was the same amount as the coupon I had; $300, hmmm. Found another plumber to install same heater for $500 less. Do your research people.
