Ron showed up early and proceeded to introduce himself and go right to work. The job required some plumbing redesign to comply with code and he explained everything. After starting all went well and the installation looked great and performed as expected. Thanks Ron!

David, the technician, was thorough and knowledgable. Took us through the water heater step by step, told us how to troubleshoot and measures to prevent early corrosion in the tank. Tank was installed in less than 3 hours and all is well. Recommend this company!

Our water heater began leaking on Easter. We called for service and were really pleased with their response time, their knowledge, their courteousness, and their pricing. Ron Gautreau gave us the time to expect and he was early (something my husband and I really appreciate). He diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly and we were up and running! He was very nice and we would highly recommend him and his company to everyone!

THEY ARE A RIP OFF!! We went thru fidelity to get our water tank replaced. This company was asking for more money than they were receiving from Fidelity claiming it's ""expensive."" According to Fidelity, they were charging us for ""turning off the water"" Seriously?!!!
I was home the entire time, the tech, Brad, didn't bother once coming to me, showing what the situation is and discussing the options.
It's a shame during these tough economic times, this company is out to rip people off and make money.
FYI reviewers, they're last review before mine was a year ago. Clearly have service and customer service issues to work on.

We used these guys for a tankless Noritz water heater. We received multiple quotes and their quote was reasonable for the tankless install. They were professional and timely. Exactly what we needed when our old water heater broke and we had no hot water. The installed job looks great. Much better than the monstrous old tank we had previously.

Best customer service I've seen in a while - From the first phone call to installation and then cleanup. Laurie took my call and did NOT immediately demand my address - she asked me questions and gave me the realistic albeit painful news that my aunt had a 32-year-old water heater and would most likely need to replace it & gave us an estimate. Tony showed up the next day with a smile and the more painful news that the estimate would be higher due to all of the surrounding junk blocking the water heater. And afterwards he put everything back, right where it was, and still smiling. This company is doing something right cuz the employees are all know how to treat the customer. We discovered we had no hot water in the middle of the night. Our water heater was 13 years old so we figured it had seen it's last days. My sister-in-law referred us to Water Heaters Only because the company she works for does business with them. David came out and determined we had a bad fuse so he suggested we call an electrician to fix it instead of buying a new water heater. The next day, January 9,2019 we decided to go ahead with a new water heater anyway because ours was old and we didn't want to have it die on us soon. David came out again and was very kind and professional! Our water heater was installed quickly and properly. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Water Heaters Only!

Great service! Our water heater was old and we knew it would die soon... however, you are never prepared to only have cold showers! Luckily, Water Heaters only was able to come out within 24hrs and install a new water heater same-day! Great service by Ron 11/25/18. -Ryan
