Once again Water Heaters Only came through for me in a pinch. While I was on vacation several thousand miles away, a valued customer in San Fernando had no hot water and 4 kids. She called Water Heaters Only (talked to Bill L) and they sent Fabian out to replace the thermopile assembly and gas control valve under warranty on a weekend. She called me back and raved about their excellent service. Thanks guys, you never let me down.

Dave P. at Water Heaters Only is WORLD CLASS. His knowledge, professionalism and time management is spot on! He got to the appointment early, assessed the situation and communicated the issue. Some slight modifications were needed to the water heater storage room (at our cost but he was crystal clear as to why it was at our cost). Old water heater out and new water heater installed in about two hours! After the install, he brought me to the water heater and explained to me exactly how to work the water heater and what to look for in case it was not functioning properly. Added bonus, the craftsmanship looks top notch (I'll upload a photo at a later date) and only cemented my confidence in their work! Once again, if you need a water heater issue looked at...WATER HEATERS ONLY should be your first stop!

I had a bad thermocouple, according to the guy from the gas company, so I called water heaters only. On the phone the guy told me I needed a new water heater and it would be $3000. I told him the gas guy said all I needed was a thermocouple and he told me to change it myself and hung up. The thermocouple cost me about $9 and to his credit it was easy to change myself. But any business that tells you you need to give them $3000 to fix your problem before bothering to come out and give an in person assessment deserves one star.

Discovered a leaky water heater the afternoon of May 8, 2017. Called Water Heaters Only and they sent David Pullen within an hour. Ordered two water heaters that met my expectations. upgraded my installation of both units to meet new earthquake standards for San Clemente. Had me up and running again with a couple of hours. Cleaned up everything, was if it never happened. Very pleased with professional install.

We had a positive experience with Water Heaters Only replacing our water heater through our home warranty. They came out to our leaking water heater within 24 hours of the service call, made a quick diagnosis, and had everything needed to replace our water heater then and there. Unfortunately there were several ""modifications"" that we were charged for (such as earthquake straps which we already had) which they just reused which was a bummer but overall David was a hard working and efficient serviceman who took care of our problem quickly. I also love that they are available 24/7 should we have any other problems.

This morning we found no hot water in the house. Checked my gas line. All good. Checked the pilot light on my water heater and no flame. Tried igniting it and no flame, no spark. Drag. And here I have guest staying at my house. How embarrassing to tell them we don't have any hot water. Called WHO! Water Heaters Only answered quickly, and right away gave me a quote for the possible issues. Even gave me a quote on the worst case scenario (water heater replacement). Told me technician David Pullen will be out within an allotted time slot in the morning. David came within an hour! David was very nice and a great teacher for me and my wife on the handling and what to look out for on our water heater. He showed my wife where to shut off the gas, water, hot water in case of an emergency. We ended up with the worse case scenario as parts for our old water heater were not available due to being discontinued (and old). But we were discounted from the price due to being a repeat customer. Thanks WHO and especially David for being quick on arrival and installation.

Woke up in the morning water heater was leaking .so I looked on yelp found Water Heater only gave them a call there were able to come out in about 2 hrs . Thomas came out replaced the water heater did a good job answer all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend them if you need to replace or repair you water heater .

The service agents at water heaters only are fantastic. I called looking to have a water heater replaced for my mother who is a senior and probably will not be in her home much longer and they were fantastic to provide me with best practical solutions. If it were my own home, I definitely would have use their services because they were that good in knowledge and solution.

Excellent professional installation by Brad; very knowledgeable on general construction. New 50 gallon gas W/H installed 1 day after it was ordered, and it took less than 3 hours to complete. Fittings, pipes, and straps are all up to the new building codes. Excellent cleanup when completed.
