It is so nice to see a company focus on customer service. I had a leak in my old water heater last night and they were out this morning to install a new one. Brad, the installer, was so helpful with getting me the right water heater for my needs. Price was fair, and customer service was excellent.

The technician, Max Diament, was so helpful. We had issues with the water heater and was told by another company that it would cost thousands of dollars to fix. Max came and assess the situation and was able to get the water heater working within minutes. We did not have to spend the thousands that was quoted to us before. His service was fast, knowledgeable, and clear, we will definitely be calling them again for any other issues in the future.

Yesterday, I called and told your staff that my hot water heater wasn't working, and I told them what the error light/message was, and your staff was helpful in explaining how to get the parts under my warranty.

So I made the call and I got the parts and then I set up an appointment.

I was told that the labor would be $300 - $500.

When the technician arrived, he told me it would cost $500--before even looking at anything. So I guess the price was always going to be $500--but your company was playing a game with me.

Then he told me the price would actually be $679 because the $179 service call was added on to the $500. I've NEVER had a repair company that didn't apply the service call fee to the total. In other words, at the most, I expected your company to charge me $500.

When I called to ask questions at the Riverside office, I quickly realized that the manager was not about to consider my perspective or an adjustment to the bill. He said it costs the company to send a truck out, diagnose the problem, and get the parts, and then there's labor on top of that. But your company didn't diagnose the problem (the system told us the problem), and your company didn't get the parts, I did. So, there was a 5 minute initial phone call and 45 minutes of labor, and you charged me $679. I am really disappointed and wouldn't recommend Water Heaters Only to anyone.

After 22 years my old water heater sprung a leak and it needed to be repaired ASAP. Found Water Heaters Only online. They gave me a rough estimate for replacement and had an employee (Julian) respond to inspect my old water heater. Julian was at my house within an hour. Ultimately, my old water heater needed to be replaced, which Julian was able to do. Julian was friendly and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Good quality and professional work, thank you for the quick response and installation of my new water heater.

Needed a new water heater, and didn't want to wait days for install. Called these folks and they were out within an hour! Great service and quick install. The cost was average, $2500 for a 50 gallon new water heater all in. Overall, very satisfied

I cannot under any circumstances recommend this company. I called them to replace a 16 year old 50 gallon Rheem water heater. After quoting me $2K to replace with a 50 gallon Bradford White gas heater, the technician said my existing tank was a little too tall and a short, 50 gallon tank would be better. He then said the price of that tank would be another $900, so now, $2900 for the installation. The prices of the tall and short tanks is EXACTLY THE SAME! Yet this crook was up charging me for no reason other than, ""buyer beware.""

He also said my sixteen year old ball valves were in decent shape and didn't require replacement. Absolutely ridiculous.I called their HQ in Grass Valley, CA and they couldn't understand why the quote had changed, but I cancelled the installation anyway.

I called another company. They quoted me $1950 all in for the same short, 50 gallon Bradford White tank, and they replaced every ball valve. Imagine that? An honest company.

My recommendation? Find another company.

Our water heater pilot went out and we needed to have it replaced asap. We called around asking for quotes and Water Heaters Only were very helpful and explained their services very well. They came out same day which we are so thankful for! They were affordable and their technician Marcus arrived right when we were told he would (gave us a call to let us know he was on his way which was nice). He did an awesome job! He was very respectful and he answered all questions and concerns we had. Highly recommend them and will be letting our friends and family know if they ever need their services.

Many years ago, as a renter, I experienced the inconvenience of a water heater replacement. This was my first time tackling the problem on my own and I quickly found myself at my wits' end when my Plan A to contact the plumber  I had used in the past failed. Max D. The technician did a great job, he said it would take about 3 hours and he was true to his word. The roto rooter guy came out the night before, you could tell he did not want to do the job. But the next day we called
