Water Heaters Only

My water heater broke internally and was leaking water all over the garage. I called my usual plumber who came out and told me I needed to replace it and gave me an estimate. The estimate seemed high so I reached out to water heaters only. Instead of immediately launching into a sales pitch, they asked for the model and serial number and then informed me that it was still under warranty. It is really hard to find honest home services companies, but I will definitely use them in the future or refer them to others.

Not a lovely way to start a Sunday. Water heater leaking all over garage. Was quoted an all inclusive price when I called and within a few hours Max D. showed up. Slight miscommunication about the price but all good in the end. Max seems to enjoy his job and was even more chatty than I am. Quite happy with the installation etc. and loved my shower this morning. Definitely would recommend. In today's world it is a pleasure to do business with a company that is reliable and cares. No extra charge for SUNDAY. Wow.

That being said, Bay O's response was very quick. We very much appreciated the support. I was provided everything I needed including information I needed to help decide on a fix or a replacement through messaging. Pricing was competitive with other providers. We did not use them only because we went with another service we have used in the past (loyalty).

I just had a very upsetting encounter with John who I had actually given a good review for installing my water heater. After the inspector came he said that I needed a hole cut through the roof to enlarge the current opening. I called the office and spoke to Paul who said that they would come back and cut the hole but an HVAC company would have to install the flue on the roof. I scheduled John to come on a Friday and my HVAC to come on 10 a-12p. When he finally arrived at 3:30 pm he was mad when he jumped out of the car yelling at me ""I don't do roofs!!!!"" He ran all around the garage pounding on the paperwork on the dryer. I tried to explain to him but he kept yelling and pacing. He called the office and yelled at them. I am an elder and became very upset. I called the office and the woman was very nice (as they always are). I went to the garage and asked him to leave and he did. I will speak Paul on Monday.

Matt was very impressive. He was punctual, polite, and made sure that the unit actually needed replacement. After providing a written estimate, he explained what was needed and replaced the water heater. The price was good and the workmanship was above average....no surprises, no stress, and I am a very pleased customer!

Kevin was the technician who did the job and he called in advance to let us know he was coming, walked us through what the issues were, a few additional recommendations and BOOM, a new water heater installed in about 2 hours. Wow! I am so happy I called these guys. I came home to a leaking water heater; I called them ""after hours"" and they answered; set up an appointment for the following morning and John Fantham showed up on time, called me while on his way, and my water heater was a nightmare of very strange hoses. It was complicated for sure. He took his time, explained everything to me along the way, and went above and beyond for me. Incredible great quality job!! Can't thank John enough! He even solved a low pressure issue in my upstairs bathroom sink in about 30 seconds as a bonus! I would definitely recommend John and Water Heater's Only! Call, you will thank yourself. =)

My experience was pretty great. I needed a new hot water heater and got an appointment the same day. Brandon Nelson called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived on time. He did a great job explaining my options in a way that was easy for me to understand. He got right to work replacing my hot water heater and finished in a couple of hours. The work was very professional and everything looked much better after he was done than it did before. He also installed a drip pan to drain to the outside of my garage, which is something I really needed but never had before. Brandon also answered all my questions at the end. He also supplied longer replacement screws from his van in order to be able to reattach the heater closet door which had fallen off during the work due to some rotted wood in the doorway. All in all, a great job. Thank you, Brandon.

The technician, Dillon, showed up on time to give me an estimate. Water Heaters Only came highly recommended and their estimate was $1500 below another company submitted. I hired W.H.O. and was happy when Dillon said he could do the job right then. He went right to work and a couple hours later I had a new water heater. I would recommend W.H.O. to anyone needing to replace their water heater.

Ask for Brandon! He is prompt, courteous, wears a mask at all times, and is very knowledgeable. We had a quote and a new water heater installed in a very short period of time. Highly recommend!!
