My experience with this company was miserable. they missed appointment times, lied about why they missed them and then argued about it. the call was through my warranty company which covers water heaters but I was charged $175 for ""adjustments"". this was a simple way for them to make up the additional money since they give warranty companies discounts. the technician even agreed and explained to me how they will adjust the ""adjustment"" charges based on what they find, ei. elderly people. I would never recommend these people, there office staff is rude and down right mean.

I went with this company because their quote was $1000 less than the other company. They gave me a larger water heater and still saved me $1000. John was on time, worked efficiently, was very consciences when removing and hauling the water heater down the stairs and bringing up the new one (our water heater is in the attic). He cleaned up their messes and tested our water lines before leaving. I would definitely use them in the future and refer them without hesitation.

My 11 year old Bradford White water heater gave up the ghost at 5:00AM on Sunday, 11/16, leaking water everywhere, the garage flooded. I called and a representative answered immediately, explained how to shut off the water and gas and assisted me with service.
Later that day Toa called, then arrived and detailed the process, showed me the main water shut-off, then replaced the ailing unit with a new Rheem. Hot water was restored within half an hour.
Toa was knowledgable, courteous and quick. I'm extremely pleased with the job.

Sales staff responsive and called back with product number when I requested. They got me the brand I wanted. Price a little higher but service was good and installation by John very good. He had to install an expansion tank which original unit did not have and he took care of that with no issues. Installation was done very thoroughly. Only issue was the permit. It had not been discussed before but found out it was up to me if I wanted it or not at an additional cost. Most do not bother to pay the extra $100plus to get it. However, would have been nice to know about it before hand since I didn't even know that replacement water heaters even had permits.

After calling WHO on a Saturday evening - they were able to send someone Tuesday morning to replace my leaking heater - all 75 gallons of it. They would have gotten five stars but unfortunately John was three hours behind schedule arriving. He did phone several times to apologize and spent 6 hours fitting the new heater. A great service and good efficient workmanship. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

This company is THEE FEAKIN BEST!!! i purchased my home in June and it still had the original water heater. John came out on a Saturday Am and was very efficient, nice and professional as can be. Turns out that the water heater hand been leaking and John noticed it. He immediately had me call the home warranty company, Old Republic, to see if it was covered. He was so patient with me and the company and took his time to make sure that everything was done correctly. In the end, Old republic covered my water heater AND some other items that were not up to code. Joh saved me $900 that day and he made my day most of all... i would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants fast, efficient and great service!!!

BEWARE.

I purchased a water heater from a company called Just Water Heaters, Inc., and they in turn, without notification to me, their customer, sold the business to this outfit, Water Heaters Only, Inc. Get it?

The water heater that I purchased from Water Heaters, Inc had a LIFETIME warranty, so when the water heater started leaking from the bottom, I called the EXACT SAME NUMBER that had been provided by Just Water Heaters to call for any repairs.

The call was answered by a Matt and then by a Paul from Water Heaters Only who informed me that the Lifetime Warranty I had purchased from Just Water Heaters was no good because they went out of business. I inquired as to why I had reached the new company at the OLD number. I was informed that it was because Just Water Heaters had sold everything to Water Heaters Only, including their telephone number. When I inquired as to whether the purchase would have included coverage for my Lifetime Warranty contract, both said no and that I had no recourse.

Isn't it really interesting that the Water Heaters Only company purchase included the same exact telephone number BUT NOT the previous company's obligations??

Maybe that's true and maybe it's not. The message as to this particular outfit is, BEWARE.

This company rocks! I called them from a relative's recommendation and from Angie's List. Paul told me that I can have my water heater replaced in the morning. A few hours later, he called and said that, due to a cancellation, they could be out to my house that same evening. John Fantham arrived at the appointed time and, after a brief summary of the work that was to be performed and a discription of the product that I was purchasing from them, went right to work. He was obiviously very experienced. The work went well, with no problems. In about two hours time, I had a new water heater without a disruption to our routine at home. After the job was completed John cleaned up and left no trace that he had just performed a major operation on our house. I was provided world class customer service and I am very pleased with the outcome of the work that Water Heaters Only performed.

My 86 year old Mother discovered a puddle of water under her hot water heater. I knew immediately who to call, Water Heaters Only, Inc. I myself used their services a few years ago, and was most satisfied; they had also replaced one at my Sons home about 4 years ago.

I placed a call to them at 8:15am and was informed that their employee would be sent out as soon as possible, by the name of John. He would be at her residence between 9:00am - 11:00am It was 9:30am the doorbell rang....there was John.

John was very professional, and very good about answering her/our questions. We were given the estimate, approximate length of time to do the job. The work was done in a timely manner, clean up done, and bill was given. Mom paid John, and he was off to his next customer.

Thank you again, John!

We will continue to refer Water Heaters Only, Inc. to family and friends.
