Removed old water heater. Replaced. Did some added work to make new one fit. Nice guy, explained what he was doing, and did it. Not much more you can ask for.

I just had my water heater replaced on Memorial Day and they came out immediately and had a new water heater installed within an hour to an hour and a half. Great job by Water Heaters Only . Update....They have been very helpful in getting this resolved. He has called every couple of days to check in. I'm sorry it happened but WHO is doing the right thing and helping us out. I only hope this is all done with soon.

Brandon from WHO called ahead and said he could arrive early for my appointment if that was ok by me, (which I appreciated). Brandon showed up shortly and looked at the old water heater in the garage. He explained the process and new water heater details, then called the office for the price quote. I was agreeable with the quote and Brandon started the job right away. The install was very nice, neat, clean as quoted, Brandon did an excellent job, very quick and tidy, he cleaned up evertthing. A hose on my water heater burst. I turned the water off and called my warranty company. Barely a minute after getting off the phone with them, Water Heaters Only called to say they would be round before end of day. Tony arrived an hour or so later and had the hose replaced in less than five minutes.

Sunday appointment! Called and came early! Removed a difficult 33 year old beast! Replaced all valves and piping! Installed a recirculating pump, that worked great this am, didn't have to wait for hot water! Overall a great install!
Will call this am to have the tech come back to tighten an angle stop, that drips, under the master sink where the bypass valve was installed. Other than that, it was perfect!

I contacted Water Heaters only and they sent their technician John to my house. My water heater was dated 1984 and still worked, but for how long? John was able to update the water heater closet and install new heater in a very skillful manner. I appreciate the extra time and care John took to insure my new water heater would function safely and efficiently. I will recommend Water Heaters only to my family, friends & clients. They called ahead and said they were running late for my appointment window (which I appreciated). When John the tech came out to my house late ( 5:15 pm) to start the job I was worried that he was going to cut corners and do a second rate job so he could go home. However I was grateful he did not hurry the job he stayed much later than I expected and explained things very nicely. I felt happy with his honesty, and quality of the water heater.

Paul from Water heaters only installed a 100 gal commercial water heater in 2012. At that time, it cost less than a plumber. The unit is already leaking. I called WHO and the guy said it was out of warranty. You get what you pay for. Going with a licensed plumber this time.

If you're like me, and you've been considering a plumbing company vs. WHO, do yourself a very simple favor& just call Water heaters only

They beat a few major and a few independent service providers prices. Annnd it couldn't have been easier!

I wish there was a ""only"" for a lot of other services now, ha! It is nice having a quick conversation & getting good quality product & installation with no haggling or feeling like a better deal was out there.

We got a quality water heater, fast & tidy installation, for a price range of 400-800 dollars less than any other quote. I checked with the larger plumber providers & some independent, even direct from a Home Depot/ lowes was not cheaper or easier. (And at both of those I could not get the make/model that was anywhere close to the quality I wanted.

So it's very easy& they do good work. As long as it stands the ultimate test of time, we are happy not to be thinking about water heaters thanks to WHO!
