The water heater was not heating. Called on Friday night scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning at 9am. Chris arrived on time, gave us an estimate and had the water heater repaired at a reasonable price.

Couldn't be happier with our experience with the company. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He gave me options that didn't necessarily involve spending a bunch of money, and helped me try to tack down a warranty I might be able to rely on. Eventually, we determined that we should just replace the water heater. They were able to get somebody to come out that day. The technician, Matt Hoffman, was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, hardworking, punctual, and fast. I really can't say enough about this company.

Phone call with Lori she was very knowledgeable and curious after talking on the phone she had a technician at my house 2 hours later same day service, Matt the technician was prompt very knowleadable and timely with doing excellent work as well as keeping update from step to step Matt also treats every home as if it was his mothers he's been doing this over 20 yrs!! Also note the water heater installing and new piping was a great value beings we live here in California. I would not look any further this Company is real and honest!! I'm going to tell friends

Our 19 year old Rheem water heater broke down at 11:00 pm. We called Water Heaters Only and left a message. Manager Dave Sevits called us at 7am and we had a long discussion about what we could do. In less than an hour, his employee, technician John Fantham , was with us. He explained in detail what he was going to do, and when we agreed on a price, he got to work. We haven't seen a person treat all the little things so carefully for a long time. It was a great pleasure to see the work of a true professional. Now a new handsome Bradford White has taken up residence in our laundry room, taking the place of the old Rheem. Everything looks much more modern and thoughtful than it was before. We are very grateful to Dave and especially his water heater specialist John for such a coordinated effort, as a result of which we were able to return to normal life at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.

Our water heater stopped working and we had a local plumbing company come out and diagnose the problem. They told us they would provide us with estimates for repair and replacement, which they did not.
I texted Water Heaters Only that afternoon and they send a Technician, John, out the following morning. John agreed that the water heater should be replaced, after an intial diagnostic check. We were given a fair price, much less than the guestimate from the first plumber and were told we could have it installed that afternoon or the next day.
As it was very hot and we needed to remove a wooden structure, we elected to have the work done the next day, Saturday. Texting and phone communications were great.
John came out again, removed our old water heater and prepped for the new one. As our water heater is mounted up high it required two workers for the installation. The work was done promptly and efficiently. They made sure everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the new water heater and the company.
