I got this company via Fidelity Home Warranty. The job date was 3/9/16. Dave Pullen did a good job replacing my old water heater. I had to pay extra fees besides what home warranty covers and hence the 4 not 5.

I recently bought a home in Inglewood and notice the water heater was leaking. I called my home warranty company and within an hour someone from Water Heaters was calling to make an appt. The next morning 2/24/16 I received a call from Tony who said he was on his way. He was on time, friendly, and professional.

He was able to replace the water heater and bring it up to code! Also done timely. Great Service!

Monday, 2/22/16, We were referred to this company through our homeowners insurance, so there was no choice in the matter. The service made an appointment for the next afternoon 2/23/16 (between 4pm-8pm), a little late in the day but acceptable. The tech, Thomas, called just after 4pm to tell us his location and his approximate arrival. He called again to announce his arrival.
He called into his office, approx 5pm, and we heard that he was given the option to reschedule for the next day. He declined their offer and got right to work. Pleasant, Professional and focused, Thomas explained that our current water heater was 25 years old and would need some California mandated updates. Understandable. He was finished installing the replacement and cleaned up by 8pm.

O.K., although I did not get off on the right foot with this company, or may I say just one person -- no name needs to be mentioned, but may I suggest that anyone, who does business with anyone, get all costs down on paper before they seal the deal. Best to have no assumptions if you want it all to work out for you. You can ask all the questions you want and get all the answers and confirmations you get, but get it all down on paper.


Our HOA had the misfortune to have two Commercial 100 gallon water heaters go out on the building/us at about the same time -- so much for built in obsolescence - it is alive and works very well.


Fabian was the gentleman installer sent out by Water Heaters Only and he was excellent! He was patient and an absolute professional and along with what I mentioned previously, a gentleman. Initially, when he first came just before 10 am after looking at the job and gave me the estimate, I flipped out. Thank goodness he did not take it personally and accepted my apology when I said that in no-way was my anger meant for him. After the heaters were brought over, Fabian installed and worked all day and did a great job. Thanks Fabian, much appreciated!

All in all, I recommend these guys because I called on Monday and got them installed the next day.

I needed to replace my water heater and called Water Heaters Only since I remembered that I had worked with them many years ago. I called and Matthew answered. He was fabulous. He was patient, understanding, explained everything very well and I felt comfortable enough to ask that they come out for a consultation which they did. Tony arrived and I asked more questions. He was also patient and answered everything, so that I understood what he would do. He had the time to install the water heater and it was great since it got done right away. I really appreciated the good service.

I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only. They replaced our water heater on 1/13/16. They were able to come very quickly and were very fair priced. The repair guy, Thomas, was very nice and knowledgeable. He replaced our heater same day and did a great job - we were back up with hot water in no time!

My name is Michael Mebs. I called Water Heaters Only on the morning of January 23, 2016. A professional named Thomas came to my house at 2 pm to install my new water heater. He did the installation expediently. I had Water Heaters Only install my previous water heater which lasted for 14 years! Since I had sold my residence, I decided to replace the water heater which was still working. Thomas was easy to talk to, and he answered all of my questions about water heaters. I would not use any other company for future water heater needs.

Fabian with Water Heaters Only came out for the initial meeting and quote. It was a really good choice to go with Water Heaters Only. It was a lot of work to install the new tankless, do all the plumbing for the new system, and also remove our old water heater and remove the old plumbing. Fabian was there when we were getting a whole new HVAC system installed as well, so he worked very well with the crews that were there that day. Our overall experience was great, and we are extremely satisfied with our new tankless water heater. Works great, water heats up pretty quick, and it is nice to know that the hot water is endless, great when you have 3 bathrooms like we do. Their pricing was good, actually slightly under what we thought the overall cost would be, so we are very pleased.

Water Heaters Only was awesome from the phone call I made at 2:30am to finishing the job of installing a new water heater the next day. I had another plumber earlier in the morning come out and gave me an estimate that was 2x the quote over the phone-told him ""No Thanks!""

My WHO technician, Thomas, was wonderful! He was very patient with me as he was teaching me where my main water line is and how to turn it off if anything happened in the future. He was never demeaning or condescending as he answered my questions, as I have experienced in the past with other professional home repair/service men. Thomas was very professional and I would highly recommend him and WHO. The price I paid was even below the lowest price quote I received from several other plumbing companies I called--can't beat that!

Just had this company come out and handle some repairs on our water heater. Not only was the repair guy, Fabien, on time, courteous and professional, but when I had a problem with a deal on the Yelp page, the woman in the marketing department was able to assist me and honored the deal with kindness and grace. It is clear why this company has been around for so long, because they make sure customers are happy. Hopefully we won't have any more problems with our water heater, but if we do, I will be calling them. Would highly recommend.
