Very happy with Water Heaters Only for three reasons: 1. They were $1,200 less than my regular plumber's quote. 2. Tony, the installer, was prompt and courteous. 3. Weeks after installation, I voiced concern about a minor technical issue. Dave, the manager, made sure it was fixed right away. I felt taken care of from start to finish.

I requested a service, they took a day to answer and they told me that they do not attend in my area, they are less than a mile from my house and they did not even have my address, terrible service.

I am in the residential apartment rental business and purchase water heaters often for my buildings. Sales people were friendly: the plumber did a nice job. They gave me a low-ball price at the apartment trade show but when their on site estimate was made...nothing out of the ordinary....the price was 30% higher than my usual plumbing contractor for exactly the same installed water heater.

This company is the best! A friend of mine had a bunch of estimates all of which were nearly $2000 for a new water heater. This company came the same day... sent Tony who was very pleasant and knowledgeable... and a 50 Gallon water heater was installed for just under $1400. I highly recommend them! What a great company.

Avoid company. They came and replaced my water heater for $2,200. They damaged my walls and doors installing and the water heater is defective. They keep rescheduling when they will come out to look at it. They get here in an hour to take your money, but when they mess up they lead you on.

I hired this company based on the Yelp reviews and they couldn't be more right on! It was easy to make an appointment, they kept me in the loop on what time to service man would arrive so I wasn't waiting all day. Tony came out, assessed the situation quickly and gave me a fair price. Our water heater is in the basement, down a narrow flight of stairs so not easy to manage - he had no problem getting the job done. We had a new water heater in less than 2 1/2 hours! I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the work!

For my 92 year old Dad to be happy and pleased with a Plumber, is a 5 star to me. The plumber came out for a free quote and gave us free advice. Which gave us tremendous help in the right direction and solved our issues. I would recommend this company. Thank you for surprising my Dad and enlightened his feelings towards a Plumber. We had been having some strange noises coming from our tankless water heater. After receiving some odd advice from some plumbers we decided to have a specialist check it out.
Mike came out and told us what was wrong without even charging us for the call!
He walked us through the cost of repairs and compared it with the cost of replacement.
We are looking forward to our new water heater this Thursday.

Water heater installed! Clean, professional and easy. Even sent me pictures so I didn't have to go into my attic to check the work (which I did anyway).

This is based on my phone conversation with Water Heaters Only, as they refused to come out and even look at my non-functioning water heater. My water heater stopped working earlier in the week, GE sent me a replacement part assuring me that it could be installed by me with a screwdriver, and after I was unsuccessful I called Water Heaters Only. They told me that they will not touch a water heater that has been worked on by a non-professional, even after I said that I would pay them just to come look at it. Their website says they are a ""full service water heater repair, replacement and installation company"", but it seems they only selectively choose their customers.

Our tankless water heater gave out. Called the next morning and Mike arrived within an hour or two. He was very friendly and helpful. Great service! Would definitely recommend.

UPDATE: I feel like I need to revise my review. While I am still happy with the quality of the installation and the friendliness of the service, we were informed that by installing a tankless water heater, we would be able to get 1) a rebate from SoCalGas and 2) a credit on our federal tax returns. Neither is accurate. The rebate from SoCalGas only applies if you are replacing a conventional tank-type water heater and the federal tax credit expired in 2016. While I don't believe the service representative intentionally misinformed me, I expect them to know better before using this information to help ""close the deal"" on a potential sale.
