I called in later on an afternoon conversation initially went real well, until I was told that the cost replace a 30 gallon water heater after normal hours would be 2500. I had to turn them down and then the price was miraculously lowered to 2000. I thanked him and said no thanks. Next day I got a text trying again to hook me which I ignored. I was able to send someone over next day they replaced a thermo coupler and the total cost to me was $150. While it seems many have posted positive comments. I will not be calling here ever again.

WOW is not even close to expressing how amazed I am by Water heaters Only! I had a water heater that stopped heating. After speaking to Water Heaters Only late on a Saturday they had a guy at my house by 9am monday! He quickly figured out the problem which turned out to be a special order valve and ordered it to be delivered to me on Tuesday. I received the part at 12:30pm Tuesday and by 5pm THE SAME DAY I was taking a nice hot shower! I cannot thank Water Heaters Only enough for their prompt and professional service, from start to finish they are the best and I will use them exclusively for all my hot water needs.

My water heater decided to start leaking on the first day of showings for my house which was just put on the market. After my initial panic I found Water Heaters Only thanks to their great reviews. I completed a contact request and literally 7 minutes later, someone contacted me with a rough pricing indication and to set up an appointment.

Mike came out and provided a firm estimate prior to starting work. His numbers never changed throughout the process, even though he had to lug the new/old water heater up a flight of stairs. Mike worked quickly and the end result looked great! Seeing that we keep our house very clean, Mike even took his shoes off every time he had to walk through the house.

Great experience, pricing was competitive with other independent water heater vendors and even with the big box stores (I tried Lowes and Home Depot). Thanks Water Heaters Only.

Just wanted to make sure I posted a review to let you guys know how fantastic job you do every time we need you. This is my fourth water heater I've purchased in the last 30 years from you guys. You sent out Fabian yesterday and he did a outstanding job on this installation. We had Tony a couple years ago at my Moms house. Your prices are the best anywhere for a new water heater. I checked several different places before deciding on these guys. I have to say that it was not even close. The number of reviews and the kinds of reviews prove that but also several other things. 1. The customer service was incredible. Fast response to emails and phone calls. When I did speak to a person (Anthony), they were kind, answered all of my questions, and were helpful in getting to the root of what I needed. 2. They are family owned. Been in the business for over 50 years. That says something to me. 3. The technician (Tony) himself was fast, knowledgeable, skilled, and he also had excellent customer service. 4. The pricing was very reasonable. There were other places that may have been cheaper, but with the bad reviews or mediocre customer service, I was more than willing to add a few extra bucks. AND there were plenty of companies that were way more than this company. So these guys hit the price point perfect. Very clear and upfront. I couldn't be happier!!!

A great business that will give you a straight answer when you call them. Matt is as friendly and knowledgeable as technicians come! No reason to call anyone else for water heater repair or replacement questions and jobs.

Our water heater started leaking on Friday 8/5/16. After numerous calls to plumbers we had used in the past we were unsuccessful in scheduling anyone. However I kept asking for referrals and on my 3rd call I was referred to Water Heaters Only. Mike showed up about 90 minutes later and did the job. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and personable.
He explained everything we needed and our options. I could not be happier! I feel we got an excellent value for our money and even though it was not cheap I do not feel we were overcharged. I would recommend them without reservation.

After having awful (failed) experiences with 4 other vendors, Tony at Water Heaters Only replaced my unit swiftly and professionally only 24 hours after I called to request an estimate. He also took the time to answer some technical questions I had about my enclosure, building code, and earthquake safety.

The price was a little more than other vendors, apparently because the tank itself was higher quality and cost. The installation/service charges were as low as the best price I found anywhere.

Please avoid the box stores and make one call to these guys: your cold water problems will be over!
