Awful experience, do not use them! Technician came to inspect the water heater that was pumping out the rusty water only 3 weeks after the flash was performed. He first said that the water heater was set on HOT and it is not normal ""wear and tear"" , and also maybe its because we have water softener in the house (that attached to 2 water heaters, and the other one, 4 years older, is working perfect!) Then he proceeded to fill bath with only hot water ""to see how quick the water is going to cool down""!
Home warranty claim was denied due to not normal ""wear and tear"" based on their report.
Unprofessional service, looking for excuses, not how to fix the problem. DO NOT USE!

Had some problems with my water heater and they were able to replace same day. After through diagnosis I believed that replacing the unit was more cost effective. John was a great technician that provided excellent customer service and had everything working correctly after installation.

Had a pretty good experience here. I called for 2 quotes, the original installer was 1300 and this one was 1250 to 1450. I went with this one because the original one told me there was no way to see how long ago they did it. Sounded like bs, so I picked these guys.

Final price was 1799.

The installer, Luigi, was very good. Fast, clean, well spoken and efficient. From the first phone call to a hot shower was less than 12 hours.

Kevin W. just finished our installation and the work was overseen by my father who is an engineer and in construction. We've never seen such a professional job by a contractor - no shortcuts, up to code, and a straight-up very good price - after seeing this done in dozens of our properties! Impressive. Kevin remarked that his own father's standard is if you don't have time to do the job right, then when are you going to find time to do it over? Clearly the man lives by the same standard!

I called the on a recent afternoon to inquire about replacing my water heater. I was given a small range of an expected price. We made an appointment for the next morning. Their installer showed up on time, gave me the actual cost which was the middle of the range. He was clean, expedient, and replaced the water heater in 2 hours. Would highly recommend them - cost came in far lower than calling a plumber.

After having Affordable Water Heaters come out and give us an estimate for our water heater we decided to call a few places and see if the price we were quoted was fair. After calling 4 different places, I found Rick to be very informative over the phone and their estimate came in almost $500 less than ""Affordable"".

At noon I called to schedule the appointment, they told me they could be there at 3:00 and it would be about a 3 hour job. The technician, Chris, was a few minutes early, did the job in 2 hours and was extremely friendly, professional and explained everything that was done. He took everything away with him and left the garage nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing their heater replaced.

We had a water heater that was slowly loosing it's life! Finally today it went to rest. We called Water Heaters Only Inc, they came out within the window that they said they would. The gentleman that came was very polite and informative. He said it would take about two and a half hours and again the timing was perfect. The customer service and price make this company stand out! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed service or replacement. !

I called the number I found on the sticker that had been applied to the outside of my 21-year old (Yikes!) water heater, and got an answer even though it was after 10:30 at night. It was a semi-emergency, as the old one was leaking from the bottom pretty badly right onto the plywood riser, and there was no pan underneath to collect/divert the water so it was getting pretty messy.
The 2 guys (one instructor and one trainee) arrived right at the predetermined time the following morning with a new water heater and all the associated plumbing odds and ends to get it hooked up. Unfortunately we found that the replacement was too tall to meet code requirements for ceiling clearance by about 2 inches. But never in doubt, the guys ran quickly to Concord to source me a specialty ""shorty"" tank that would still hold 40 gallons. That ""specialty"" status bumped the price up by about $300-400, and price is the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars. It wasn't the worst price out there, but it certainly wasn't the best either. That being said, they did have to do a whole lot of custom copper piping to hook up the new tank, as the pressure relief valve was in a different place than it was on the old tank. They also hooked me up with a pan for underneath the tank, and switched my tank water shut-off from a gate-style valve to a newer, better quarter-turn ball-valve style.
The guys were really great and funny to talk to. Time-wise, they got the whole thing done in about a half a day, including the unplanned trip to Concord for the alternative tank. I was very pleased with the quality of their work, and if I get 20+ years out this tank (I know, it's a lot to ask), then I'll consider myself very lucky!

Kevin is great, awesome service, funny, nice. I can't think of anything wrong with the water heater service.

It would be great if we have more details about the new water heater, like price, warranty, etc.

I didn't know it is almost 1000 dollars to replace a water heater. That shocked me.

Any place that's willing to recommend a competitors business because its suited my needs more means they care about the customer and not the profits and that is what i call quality service.
