I called the office and someone answered right away and was able to answer my questions and schedule a date for an estimate. Steve B. came by two days later and took a look at my water heater and determined I needed a new one. He was very professional and answered all my questions. It took a little 2 hours or so and I had a brand new water heater. I was very impressed with this company and it's employees. I would definitely recommend them.

Prompt, professional, clean and crisp in their explanations of the problem, the options and installation. They replaced a 15yr old leaking water, removed the old one, made sure the area was clean and made sure anchors were in place prior to strapping it down. They stood firm on the right size (tall vs. short) water heater to use from both a safety and fitment standpoint. Installation was prompt, clean and is much better than what was originally there. Highly recommended.

We had a leaky water heater, and had gotten a bid for $2,700 from another company but decided to get another opinion. Steve from Water Heater's Only came out and took a look at our 10 year old heater, then gave us a lower bid to replace it. He decided to look at it again and noticed that we could get away with just replacing a valve to buy us a few more years of life. I really appreciate his honesty, and dealing with him was a wonderful experience - he was very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional, plus he was nice to my dog, which always impresses me!

I am so impressed with this company. I recently moved into an older house with an old water heater in the basement that needed replacement. I got a same day appointment and a very knowledgeable technician, Chris, who showed up at exactly the time promised. I received a fair quote (no pressure and several options) and an expertly installed Bradford White water heater. Perks of the installation include a gas turn-off valve alongside the water heater, a tie-down for gas pipe stability and more secure earthquake code-required strapping of the water heater .
Chris helped me figure out a more suitable water heater size given our hot water use (reducing from a 50 gallon to a 40 gallon for our two bathroom/now two person home).
Chris completed his work in an efficient, clean manner. Great to have the old water heater hauled off and hot water back in the house within 30 minutes of job completion. Glad that my neighbor recommended Water Heaters Only!

After much searching on the internet and asking friends, I settled on Water Heaters Only to replace my leaking gas 40 gallon tank water heater. They were really responsive and took a lot of time with me on the phone answering all my questions. They sent a technician out the next day (1/23/2018) named Loni O. who could not have been nicer!!! He was extremely professional but very friendly -- a real people person. He looked at the situation, gave me a quote, which I agreed to, and got to work immediately. He was super efficient and once he had the heater installed, told me how to work the pilot light and adjust the heat settings. He made sure everything was in order before he left. I was so impressed with the quality of work he did and the kind of professional service that he gave. I was also really impressed with the company overall. I would not hesitate to use them again and I would refer them to all of my friends. In fact, a neighbor and friend in San Jose (Mary) had her water heater go out today and I gave her the number and referral for Water Heaters Only and she has a technician coming to her house tomorrow to replace her water heater.

After 18 years, our water heater died. Steve came out the day of my call and apprised me about my options. He prepared a quote and offered me the opportunity to shop the competition. He also offered me a quick appointment since I had no hot water. He and Lonnie were prompt on repair day and worked with me on how to access the water heater location. There are lots of stairs, a narrow aperture and a crawl space placement.
After the installation, Steve walked me through emergency procedures on the new heater.
Steve and Lonnie were professional, yet fun to be around while they completed their work. I'd recommend them, AND the company, in a heartbeat.

We realized we had no hot water Saturday night, and quickly discovered that our 20 year old hot water tank was leaking from the bottom and spurting water from the top. The tank was wedged into an exterior mechanical ""closet"" next to the furnace. When it was first installed, 20 years ago, we had to remove a large part of the doorway, install the tank, and then rebuild the doorway. We were not going to go through that again. We contacted Water Heaters Only and they dispatched Loni on Monday. He was such a knowledgeable professional. We agreed that the way to go was to install a tankless water heater. Because of the rainstorms we were having on Monday and Tuesday we scheduled an installation on Wednesday. Loni and Chris arrived as promised. Their installation of the Rinnai Tankless water heater was, fast, clean, and flawless. When they finished I remarked that the work was ""elegant."" Loni and Chris made us feel so confident in them and their work that we were very happy to write a check. I have nothing but admiration for those two and highly recommend Water Heaters Only.

SAME DAY!!!!! These guys are life savers. Spoke with Paul who was able to give me a next day appointment, but said he'd call it something opened up today. A few hours later I got that call. OMG! Paul did what he said he would. Seems almost unheard of these days (yes, I've grown in to one of those old, cranky farts).

Mack showed up in no time at all, even giving me a heads-up call when he was on his way. They're real pleasant, clean, organized and professional. These guys take care of everything. It's just too bad it's Water Heaters ONLY.

Our 14 year old water heater started leaking from bottom suddenly, so I called the original installers, WHO. Our installer, Chris D. arrived today on time and explained the process in a friendly manner. The job was complete in about a hour and half. He double checked everything and answered all questions. I would not hesitate to call them again...in about 14 years. Highly Recommended.
