Very professional outfit. I had a leak that started yesterday and called them at 8 am the next morning. They asked me what size water heater and I told them like the photo on Yelp on their web page. They said a 40 gallon and dispatched someone between 1-3 pm.They carry both sizes on their trucks anyways. Steve called me a half hour before1pm and arrived at 1 pm. I had an estimate on the phone from $1,400-$1,800 depending if anything needed upgraded to current code. Steve quoted $1665 and installed that thing in 2.5 hours. Fast results, great workmanship and up to code earthquake proof. I am happy for the convenience of same day service. Thank you Steve! Teal

I needed to replace a water heater and bring the system up to code. I'm a decent DIYer for a lot of things, but certain projects just go better when I let a pro do it ;-)

I got quotes from multiple contractors and specified the same replacement unit in each case. In terms of combined quality+detail+cost Water Heaters Only stood out.

Kevin did a great job with every aspect of the project. Foremost, he knows his trade VERY well and he doesn't cut corners. He is efficient, tidy, and has a great attitude. He let me know as soon as he was leaving his previous client and he was ON TIME. He answered all of my questions and gave helpful insights. Kevin is very precise and the installation was rock solid.

Thumbs up, too, for Paul who coordinated the schedule and kept me posted. It's obvious this team strives to satisfy their customers.

I was looking for quotes to flush my water heater. I didn't actually have Water Heaters Only come out, but when I asked for quotes, they were the only company that told me that it's a pretty simple process that I could probably do myself. To me, that was an indication that they wouldn't charge me for unnecessary service and I really appreciated that!

I was away on a business trip and came home to no hot water! I did some search and found
Water Heaters Only and called for a free estimate. John A. came out to give me a quote. He had a good, no-pressure attitude and told me to seek a few more quotes to compare. I did and decided to go with this company. John A. was on time for the installation and was really efficient and did a great job. Not only was it less than the other quotes I got, but my overall experience was stress-free.

A+ for very good service, John stopped by to check out my broken water heater and had it working again within 20 minutes! He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing as well.

I would give a C on pricing though...these guys are pricey, ($300 for the repair, I was quoted $200 by another provider but they couldn't come as soon). So, if you really want hot water and are willing to cough up, call these guys! If you can live without it for a couple days, you can probably find someone at a lower price.

This team was great. We were overdue to replace our water heater, and finally had to when it began leaking. Calling Water Heaters Only, they were prompt to answer the phone, super nice and informative (and helpful). They came over when they said - actually called before the appointment and said they had a cancellation and would it be alright if they came earlier. All was smooth, installation was completed quickly and everything was better than it had been before. They know their stuff.

My only reason for not having 5 stars was the price. They gave a pretty broad range in a pre-quote, and the actual quote was a bit higher than the high range. You totally can turn it down, but you know, you're kind of in a bind with no hot water. They said it was higher because my house was on a hill and the work would be in the basement, but I think going down to a basement is pretty normal. But yeah, he did have to carry stuff down and up two flights of stairs. But in the end, they did such a good job and were so efficient, it was worth it.

I woke up on a Sunday with no hot water, throwing me into a panic since there are 3 active adults in the family and it was cold enough without a cold shower and we didn't want to do that more than once! Looking on YELP for local plumbers was overwhelming and I wasn't sure who to call. I decided to look at my water heater to get info I could to relay to whoever I ended up calling and I saw an install manual stuck to the side, with a receipt showing it had been installed by Water Heaters Only about 14 years ago, so I decided to call them first. Beni came over the next morning, determined my tank needed replacing and a few hours later I was up and running! My last water heater was a Rheem but this time they installed a Bradford White, let's hope it lasts as long as the last one.

I'm writing 4 stars because I want to wait and see if everything is good in the coming months? I have read reviews of the Bradford White and they're mixed. Chris installed and he really was great. Told me that it would take around an hour and 40 minutes and that is what it took. He was professional and came early. He installed a 50 gallon gas water heater and it is working great at the moment. Pricing was a bit higher than what was quoted, but he gave me $50 off with the sticker I had on my old Rheem. Like I stated before, I will come back and give another review after the heater has been functioning for six months to a year. Overall a good experience, they responded fast, came early and were able to do work on a Sunday. Thanks for being very professional!
