Wil S.Water leaking from the heater tank while we were away. Came back on a Sunday night, and called the number of the tank for Water Heaters Only (WHO) who (ahh..clever) installed the current water heater tank back in Jan 2015. I guess it is time to replace it.
Got a call back from WHO's Lori and schedule for a technician to come in Monday afternoon to do the replacement. The technician was Will G who called ahead and said he will be at our house in 15 mins. Of course, he showed up right on time. Will G surveyed the current unit, recommended a replacement, explained what's need to be done, and gave me a quote for the work. I was happy with the quote even thought it wasn't the cheapest considered the quality of work from WHO.
Will G really did an amazing job! He worked quietly and professionally. He completed the installation in good time and managed to keep the place nice and clean. I am hoping I don't have to call them in the next 10 years, but if I do need help with my heater, I will definitely use them again.

Florinda B.Great service! We had a new water heater installed by Water Heaters Only back in December, 2023. The outlet pipe developed a small leak in early May and they did the repair free of charge today. We were under warranty but they could have said the leak was caused by non-install factors. The technician was friendly, explained the issue, and did the repair quickly and effectively, on a Sunday! We feel like valued customers.
