I had a great experience with Water Heaters Only. Our water heater at a rental property was just coming up on its expiration date and we wanted to replace it to ensure we didn't have an emergency issues when it went out.

The company was super quick to respond to setup an appointment and had tons of availability. They arrived on the day of, assessed the type of water heater that was needed and grabbed the correct parts from their inventory. It was all corrected and back to functioning within a day.

This is our second time using Water Heaters Only. They responded quickly and sent a technician out the next day. Clayton Young did an outstanding job and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to replace our leaking water heater and bring everything up to code. He kept me posted on his arrival time, explain everything he was doing, and even let me record a video of how to relight the pilot. I would definitely ask for him again should we have water heater issues.

I called Water Heaters Only since my pilot light went out. Over the phone I was told my water heater needed to be replaced. The guy on the phone said my water heater was too old to be fixed. I called another repair person (see my other review) and had it fixed within 10 minutes. If there has ever been a company who only wants to charge you the most, and or take your money, Water Heaters Only is that company.

Paul is a great guy! Our water heater stopped working and I called Water Heaters Only. Paul answered the phone, diagnosed the problem, told me what was wrong, and helped me to quickly fix it and reset and start the pilot. He did all of this over the phone! I really appreciate his honesty and help. The water heater is working now, but I will definitely call Water Heaters Only for any future problems. They are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. First of all, they lied about taking photos beforehand. The install caused water damage, wall damage, stair damage, and door damage. They then continued to lie about the fact they had taken these photos. If they did, where are they? They don't exist. I however, have over 26 photos of the damage they did cause. Second, the ""manager"" is a huge douche who's only job is to deny and lie.
Don't use this company whatever you do. They do poor work and then refuse to take responsibility of the damage they caused.
