We asked a lot of questions and he didn't hesitate to answer anything easily and quickly. Pat was courteous, professional and completed the job within 2 hours. We are very happy with a job well done. If I could do negative Stars I would. Rude customer service, parked in my assigned spot to do somebody else's water heater and when I was forced to have to try to put my truck into a one-car garage and messed up my mirror the owner says he won't do a damn thing about it. I hope nobody ever uses this company just do to the fact that he won't own up to his employees mistake

Water Heaters Only replaced our water heater back in 2013 and we had a great experience then. Yesterday evening we discovered our water heater had gone out again but thankfully it was covered under warranty. Pat came out next morning and got us our replacement one installed and even added a few parts that brought it up to code for 2018! He worked fast and efficiently and had us up and running with hot water again in no time. Thanks for the wonderful customer service I have received both times I have used Water Heaters Only they make a bad situation a little more bearable!

Just had our water heater replaced called last night late and had an appointment the next day Pat was on time efficient and really nice .water heater is beautiful Way better quality then a Home Depot product ,working great. A friend of mine who is a contractor says this was the only company that he recommends when he's not in town they were awesome will definitely recommend them

We called for service on our water heater yesterday and Aija was at our home in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed the problems quickly and was able to replace our tank and add additional trays, plumbing, etc. in under two hours. When he noticed a minor problem, he stayed to troubleshoot late until everything was perfect. He talked us through everything he was doing and showed us how we can best maintain our water heater on our own. Thank you for a great job!

Aja from Water Heaters Only replaced our broken water heater on 9.19.18 and he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, or professional. Urgent situations like these can be stressful but he came out within an hour of us calling WHO and within another couple hours had the new heater all ready to go. Aja was so flexible, even when we had to put him on standby so we could sort our a mess with our terrible property manager. He completely accommodated our situation and once he had the green light, we had hot water again in our home within 2 hours. He thoroughly went over everything he did and even informed us of additional steps we should take to prevent strain on the new heater and how to follow up with our HOA/property manager to accomplish that. Like I said, theses urgent and unexpected situations can be stressful and sometimes you are at the mercy of whichever company is available but we could not be happier that we chose Water Heaters Only and had Aja attend to this matter- such a relief. We found out that they have been in business for about 50 years and it is not surprise- professional, reliable, quality company.

Our water heater broke on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour Pat arrived at our house to replace it. He was very knowledgeable. The pricing was very fair. The job required replacement of pipes, valves and repositioning. Everything went smooth and quickly. Pat was thorough in explaining how the new water heater worked and emergency shut off procedures. We are very happy with the service we received and I would recommend this company. This unpleasant situation of a broken water heater quickly turned into a hassle free experience. We were very happy with Water Heaters Only. We found out our hot water had stopped working when we got back from a camping trip on Labor Day. I called, they picked up the phone immediately and were able to send someone out that same day - on Labor Day. We had a reasonable quote and a new water heater installed and the old one removed in just about an hour! Pat with Water Heathers Only saved our Holiday weekend!

Water Heaters Only quoted me about 1600 for replacement of my water heater. I explained that I had to de-install it, do some repair, then re-install it at a later time. They quoted me $260ish for the de-install and a $100 credit if I choose them for the install. They didn't really ask me much and I didn't know what to share. Pat showed up and immediatly said the price was too low because a valve needed to be replaced. He sad the valve replacement would cost an extra $100. The the labor was still under an hour and a ball valve costs very little. Randy credited me $60 for the miss-communication so I was only out an extra $40. I had the drywall removal guys coming the next day so I was stuck.

Next, Pat said his truck was full and he can't fit my water heater and disposal wasn't included. WHAT!? They said if hired them to do the install then they would take my old heater back at that time.

They then offerred me a new quote for the install which was $1,859, minus $100 credit so $1,759. This new quote was more expensive than the original quote even though I'd already paid them for the de-install.

Pros:
1. Randy was nice. He listened and worked with me.

Cons:
1. They give quotes over the phone then show up and say they don't quote over the phone. Then, the quote is significantly higher. It's also higher than every other quote I got from every other plumber.

Conclusion:
They're overpriced and you don't know the quality water heater you're going to get. Home Depot beat their price by $300, took away my old heater, 12 year warranty, and a far superior heater than what these guys install.
