They had the lowest price by several hundred dollars of any place to replace our leaking water heater within 24 hours. Chris, the installer, explained our options clearly and even offered minor changes (like draining catch pan and pressure relief outside); so, I wont need to have my garage flood in another 9 years. Polite, clean, done in two hours, provided good directions on how to operate and maintain, and the price didn't go up from quote (even with the several recommended improvements).

Saturday morning we woke up to no hot water. After calling serveral different companies that would not give quotes over the phone (with the exception of one) I became frustrated and took a break before calling Water Heaters Only. The young lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and set up an appointment for Sunday afternoon. The gentleman whose name is Michael came out and assessed everything then explained to us what needed to be replaced besides the water heater to bring it up to code (our old water heater was 19 yrs). After completing the job he showed me the changes that were made and explained everything he did from top to bottom. Michael was very pleasant as well as professional.

Ok... so, we moved into this home in 2009. The water heater here was well over 10 years old. Finally it gave out. Its pilot would not light due to some flooding (because of the rain we got recently. Call after call, the consensus was it's time to replace.

After requesting quotes from Yelp, we settled on Water Heaters Only. That's basically off of their communication and of course a fair price.

Danny from Water Heaters Only came out to see what's going on with out water heater. He was extremely professional during this process. Which of course, goes into our checkbox of good communication and work ethics box.

After Danny left (once he gave the quote), I discussed this w/my better half and so we decided to go with Danny & Water Heaters Only.

Please note: Once we decided to go w/ Water Heaters Only it was towards late afternoon.

Danny came back towards early evening and even though we could tell he had a long day's work and offering Danny that he could come back the next day, Danny insisted to get started while there was still some day light left.

So Danny got started and the job went well into early to mid evening. It was somewhat towards late evening when Danny got tue job done.

Once he finished he showed me and describe the work that he did. During this process we found that the (& please don't quote me on this since I'm not plumber and don't know the exact language) overflow pipe was continuously draining water. After some time of Danny trouble shooting Danny said that we require an expansion tank. I mentioned to Danny that the quote we got 1) the initial quote from WHO on Yelp and then 2) the quote we got from Danny himself after he came out to assess and gave the quote and that WHO told me that there would be no hidden or surprise costs.

Please note at this point, the water heater was already installed, all the plumbing done and everything was ready to do, except the overflow valve was continuously open thus water draining from the tank. Basically, as the client, I had zero recourse in an unacceptable situation esp. given the cost of this job all together broke us to begin with and now being told that now there is going to be an expensive add on to the job, which we both (WHO & me) had decided and signed off on the job earlier. I mean heck, the new water heater is already installed and all piping soldered etc. What are we supposed to do? Just say, sorry we don't want it, undo all the work you've done , install our old water heater and thank you very much?

At this point. Danny went to make a call, which I suspected that he was talking w/ someone at the WHO office about the situation. Then, Danny came back with a blue tank, which was the expansion tank and said no worries, he will install and make it work.

Please note: this is already some time between 8:30pm to 9pm.

Not only did we get our hot water working, a brand new water heater, a job done to satisfaction but also and imho the most important thing being that we found a solid and fair company that will recommend to all of our family and friends and call on.

We have had Water Heaters Only replace water heaters in the past. I noticed brown tinted hot water and decided to replace the water heater. The technician, Danny, arrived promptly at the beginning of the appointment window. He had called 20 minutes before to let me know he was on the way. Danny was professional and very personable. He worked quickly to replace the water heater and make sure everything was up-to-code and then explained exactly what he had done and which parts in addition to the water heater needed to be replaced/upgraded. We continue to have good service from this company and we recommend the company and Danny, the technician.

Very efficient and courteous service. We spoke with Nancy/customer service early morning. Previous water heater purchased from Water Heaters Only, Inc. 7 years ago. Saturday night. Flooding water heater. Not a good scenario...

I reviewed Yelp to find a good company, and ""Water Heaters Only"" seemed like the best choice. Not only were they a fair price for a new heater, but the coordinator (Christian) was responsive and we got things set up for the next morning (Sunday).

The tech (Danny) arrived right on time and was dealing with a complicated install. He worked for several hours to get this done right, very professionally, and I could not have been happier with the result.

Thank you Water Heaters Only for your honest and straightforward answers to my may questions throughout the whole process. As bonus, I saved $150 just by using the Yelp Deal, which seems to be the best in the business.

I hope I don't need to have my water heater replaced any time soon, but if I do, I know who to call!

Had a great experience! Got a new water heater after discovering a leak in our very old one. Patrick came out and knew exactly what to do. Very pleasant, kept me informed of every step, and gave me good pointers for the new one. Very happy with our new water heater! Def recommend :)

Everyone has the fear of coming home to a garage with water all over the ground coming from their water heater. That was me today. So I go online and one of the first results was Water Heaters Only. Checked out their website, called, and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful. He found out that my water heater was 12+ years old so it was time to replace it. As soon as I knew someone was coming I immediately drained my water heater to make the process faster. Patrick was person who came to do the job. As soon as he came he looked to what need to be done and started right away. He was very professional and got everything done quite quickly! Water heater removal, installation, gas piping update, soldering, pan and straps only took about an hour and fifteen minutes! Lastly he taught me how to start and operate my new and updated water heater. I'm so happy and very satisfied with the speed, quality, and professionalism with Water Heaters Only and Patrick. Thank you so very much! I now have a dry garage and hot water once again.
