This company is FABULOUS! and Trevor E was efficient and as nice as they come. He explained to us what he was doing and how to have our water heater and timer work most efficiently for us.

We arrived in Peoria AZ where we have our 2nd home late in the evening Thursday and noticed their was a small amount of water on the garage floor. Of course by the next morning, Friday, after showering we noticed more water, made the necessary call to our Homeowners Insurance on a Friday who got us hooked up with Water Heaters Only and within hours on 5/22/19 had Trevor from Water Heaters Only at our door.

I would highly recommend this company. My husband and I were so impressed that we received such fast service on a Saturday after just calling the evening before at about 9pm with the make and size of our water heater so Trevor could bring the best replacement. He brought what he needed replaced the water heater and did a fantastic job. Thanks, we are happy customers!

On Wednesday morning 4/24 we woke up with no hot water. After several phone calls and no one able to come out until late in the day I went online to research my options. I saw Water Heaters Only when I searched on Google. After my initial phone call, they not only quoted me an accurate price but arrived inside of 45 minutes from my initial phone call. Dillon was our technician. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He was finished inside of 90 minutes. Dillon was careful to clean up after himself. We were extremely pleased with the prompt service, professional installation and will highly recommend their service to replace a water heater in the future. Thanks to Dillon and Water Heaters Only.

Spoke with Tom twice over the last few days. He was great, handled my water heater troubles quickly and was personable and professional. Tom answered my questions and assured me the tank size I wanted to order was sufficient for the size of the townhouse/ number of bathrooms. I had called 4 other places first, those with average reviews. The quotes varied from $1560 (all inclusive)- down to $1020 but didn't include the water heater unit (who does that!?). I had to deal with plumbers that were mean salty old men, and others that wanted me off the phone quickly. Luckily for me Tom was exceptionally ordinary. He didn't rush me and took his time. Thank you Tom!

The gentleman that installed my water heater stayed in communication with me the whole time and even informed me of the correct temperature the heater should be set to and set it for me. He even scanned pictures to me and the invoice for my records. Super!!!

Water heaters only, Inc. is an amazing company. We called them because we had an issue with our hot water tank and Don the technician came within an hour and a half and was really quick about replacing our hot water tank. This company specializes in just water heaters. You get a great water heater at a great price with the installation and warranty. We couldn't be happier

First off, I don't really like when I need a new water heater. I've had water heaters replaced several times over the years so I do recognize good service.

I have to compliment Water Heaters Only on their service. They came quickly, I thought he price was fair for a quality water heater and their installation was top notch with some extra details like a drain pan that included a drain to the floor just in case the heater should ever leak. The last couple times I have had water heaters replaced by other companies, they did not do these extra little touches.

As much as I don't care for needing a new heater, I am really happy I called this company. The installation tech, Trevore was very nice, thorough and did quality work. He took extra time to explain everything to me. I definitely recommend!

10/17/2018. Needed a new water heater and after calling around, i decided to give ""Water Heaters Only"" the job. They were very friendly over the phone and they took the time to explain my install and pricing. Dan, my installer was there the next day and in the timeframe I was given. Unfortunaly after I made the appointment I discovered there had been a previous water leak sometime before I bought the house and the wall behind the heater had some pretty bad damage, so when Dan arrived he removed the water heater. After we inspected the area behind the drywall and determined there was no longer any leaks, he said to call when ready and he would come back to install the heater. I replaced all the drywall that afternoon and finished around 4:30. When I called they were able to get me in the next morning, that's pretty darn good! Dan did an exceptional job with the installation and I could not be happier. I would definitely use them again

Water heater started leaking today and it was time for a replacement.

I was contacted within minutes of requesting a quote and given a time frame for later in the afternoon.

Friendly tech came by, assessed and provided a firm quote based for replacing the tank and adding in some improvements for future safety.

Removed the old, replaced with new and was done in about an hour.

Problem solved and solved promptly with a smile.

Neighbor knocked on door late Saturday afternoon about water dripping from above. Checked my water heater which is above neighbor and spotted water leakage. Knew the water heater was issue as it's 17+ years old. Called numerous places all charging overtime for weekends and none really wanting my business making excuses to wait Monday. Lucky I came across Water Heaters Only. Came within the hour of call and Saturday night. Free estimate and bam, install and no extra charges. Pat our tech was amazing and professional.
