Our home warranty company recommended Water Heaters Only when our water heater broke. They were on time and professional. Upon determining that we needed a new water heater they got approval from our warranty company and began work right away. We had a new heater and hot water within hours of his arrival and it looks great. We are very pleased with the experience.

My warranty company, Fidelity National, sent out a work order to Water Heaters Only to replace our dead 65 gallon electric unit with a 75 gallon electric unit. The Technician was VERY helpful and was going to do research on a few 75 gallon units that would fit in our water heater build out based on brands they are contracted with that provide 75 gallon tanks. Within an hour I receive a call from the warranty company saying they were told it had to be a 50 gallon unit or we should cash out and install a gas or solar unit. My husband, who dealt with the tech, called back to the 800 number to find out what happened. He was told ""we do NOT install anything above 50 gallon tanks"". REALLY? You took a work order that was specifically for a 75 gallon tank when you do not offer that service. Now we are down for the weekend - cold showers! Shame on YOU Water heaters only!

I noticed a leaking stream from my 10 year old water heater last night. So...I called the toll free number this morning (I had it from several years ago when I had another need), connected, and was told someone could be there within 4 hours. Don arrived after about 2 hours! He assessed the situation, quoted the total installation price and was ready to go. Changing out the old to the new was timely and efficient. Dang, good job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family, friends, neighbors.

Water heaters only technician ""Don"" was a pleasure to talk to as he is a Vet as well. He was honest in what he was telling me and did a great job in re-installing my new hot water heater. The heater was 5 years old and he told me that they typically last 6-8 years but seen them go out before then. My definitely did, it was leaking water like the Titanic. With the home owners warranty the complete install was $323, I can live with that if you ever priced a hot water heater minus the technician to install it, I say it was a good deal. I was hoping to just pay $65 for the standard warranty fix-a-parts but a new heater is all the more better in the long run. I would recommend Don cause he was knowledgeable and gave me answer to additional questions I had. Well time for that hot shower now thanks Don.

These guys were dispatched by my home warranty company after a different plumbing company was unable to diagnose a problem with my electric water heater over three separate visits. They showed up on time, replaced the lower heating element and thermostat, and were on their way. They fixed in 45 minutes what the other company couldn't get figured out in three tries.

01/06/15 This was our third gas water heater replacement in 22 years, and all three were replaced by Water Heaters Only. The most recent RUUD lasted over 9 years. Don was professional and did an outstanding job with our replacement which included a new drip pan, new water valve, and new water and gas lines. With Water Heaters Only, the work is always top quality and you can leave your worries and cares behind.

Woke up Thursday morning to a swampy garage and a wet floor. Our old Rheem finally said goodbye after many years of great service. We called Water Heaters Only since they installed the original unit. Gave a great quote over the phone, Don showed up first thing the next morning and went right to work. Clean, efficient and left no trace. No surprise on the quote either. No complaints here. We have 3 rental homes in the Phoenix area, along with our primary residence, so we have replaced a few water heaters in our time. I had intended to go with Lowe's for the most recent water heater failure, but their ""call before noon"" policy did not extend into the weekend. We needed to get our gas water heater installed on a Saturday. I called Water Heaters Only around 11am on a Saturday, and they were able to send someone out within 3 hours! We took the 2-4 time slot, and our installer (Don S.) called about 45 minutes ahead of time, and arrived 5 minutes early. Since the old water heater had already been hauled away, the entire job from arrival to clean-up took only 1 hour and 10 minutes! The price was also $50 less than Lowes. One last thing ... with Lowe's, I had to specifically ask for a drip pan for the water heater. They would have installed the new one (on a drywall pedestal) without a drip pan. Water Heaters Only said they won't install any water heater without one. We are happy customers.

I was contacted by Water Heaters Only to repair the water heater under a home owners warranty. the company called and said the tech would arrive during the 8-12 time slot and would contact me when he was on his way. The morning of the appointment, I got a call saying they would arrive in 30-45 minutes. When I arrived at the house in 30 minute her was just pulling in also. He check the water heater which is located upstairs and said it had to be replaced due to a leak. He called it in and with in minutes I got a call from the warranty company saying it needed to be replaced and they were authorizing that to be done. To make a long story short, he drained, removed added a disconnect (which by code is required) added a drain pan, replumbed, removed the old heater and was done in approx. 2 hours. Unlike the previous review I had exactly the opposite and would highly recommend Don again. I have another 50 gal heater in about the same condition and will request tis company and him to repair/replace the next if needed.

It is Labor Day weekend and I open the garage door only to find water up to my rims as my water heater decided it was a wonderful for a ""deposit"". Contacted our home warrantee company and a few hours later Don with a Cabellas Hat on is at my front door with a new Rheem Water Heater. It's Scottsdale at 103 degrees and fortunately for Don, the garage where the heater is located was only 101. At any rate, not only is Don my new best friend but he made easy work of the replacement ALONE (have you ever tried to pick one of those things up and place it in a cabinet shelf)? Three hours later more or less, I am up and running with no more worries over a three day weekend and Water Heaters Only is in my data base in case any of my other three heaters should fall out of line. Thank you Don, you were great!!!
