These guys were the best! Their quote was about half of another company's. We scheduled it for the following week then our old tankless water heater completely failed so they moved the new installation to the next day. Guys were very nice, efficient and we have faster hot water than before. Grateful.

I just wanted to say how extremely pleased I was with your company and with the technician today.  From the first phone call we had (and then you guys being able to fit me in the very next day) to the last step in the process, I was impressed  And I was beyond impressed with the job the technician did onsite.  He went above and beyond what I expected and ensured all the old pipes, valves, hoses, etc. were replaced.   He walked me through the options and was polite, clean, and professional.   He did an amazing job cleaning up the area and even wrapped up my garden hose for me (that I had used to drain the tank b/c it was leaking) and put it away!

Plus, the price beat the competition and I got a 50gallon tank for the price that was below the competitors 40 gallon tank prices! You saved me money and saved me and my family from another night of having to take cold showers!

I can't enough positive things about the company, the technician, and the quality of work.  A++ work!

I wanted to let everyone know how satisfied we were with our service from The Water Heater Masters. I'd spoken with a gentleman named Alex. I had originally called two weeks prior but I couldn't keep that appointment due to my work schedule.I called back and Alex was able to schedule my appointment with his technician named Eddie. Eddie was soooo kind , knowledgeable and just a great in his dealings with people. He done a great job.. I'd checked around as a conscious consumer and they're prices were very competitive or outright cheaper.. DON'T sleep on these guys. They done a great job.. Thank you Water Heater Masters !!!
