Alex really helped me out today. I thought my tankless water heater was malfunctioning, but Alex walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone, and we determined it was actually my earthquake valve had gotten tripped. He talked me through resetting it, then resetting my tankless water heater, and also re-lighting my other standard water heater pilot light. All this over the phone, and on a Saturday to boot!! Alex provided me the sort of service I thought was long gone. Thanks very much Alex. I will definitely call Alex when I need water heater services.

After trying a couple other plumbing service companies with poor results, I called WHM for a stubborn problem with my Noritz tankless water heater. They fixed my problem when others did not. But that's not the most important thing to share about their service. It is not uncommon when doing repair work in a home to experience some glitches. I had one with the work WHM did and although it cost them a little money, they never blinked when I reported the problem and that same day addressed it. This is the mark of a great company and service.

Had an unexpected water discharge right before the Thanksgiving dinner last night. Shut everything down and waited till the next morning to call. Alex returned my call almost immediately and scheduled an appointment for the morning. Bobby arrived a few minutes before the scheduled 10am-12am. He patiently ran through a series of tests to identify the root cause. It turned out to be the faulty pressure release valve which he replaced with a new one. Bobby was very professional and did not push me to change to a new heater. My 9-year old water heater will break sooner or later and when it happens I would know who to call for sure.

I contacted WHM because of the overwhelmingly 5-star reviews on Yelp. My experience was a lot like the other reviewers - flooding in the garage after a failing water heater, needing a quick replacement and a quality appliance at a good price. I also contacted two others to secure bids to replace the failed storage water heater. However, when I began researching water heaters, rebates available, and shifting standards in the industry, I realized that a same kind replacement was not the best approach. I paid WHM to remove the old water heater immediately to inspect for any water damage in the walls, and expected that they would install whichever unit - solar, tankless, hybrid, etc. - that I chose, although they didn't have the expertise to recommend any newer technologies. I decided to upgrade to an energy star rated, PG&E rebate model and negotiated a price with WHM and delivery date. My research left me without hot water for more than a week, so I was very excited to have the new water heater installed. However, on the Friday delivery date, WHM arrived with a damaged water heater! They wanted to offer me a $100 discount, but I declined. The office then informed me that the earliest they could get the upgraded heater would be Tuesday of the following week. Once I located another vendor, I was informed that the upgrade required a separate electrical outlet, new venting and a separate condensate drain to the outside of the house. The estimate was 25% higher than WHM's. I called WHM the following Monday to clarify the installation and to verify the pricing. WHM had no idea that the installation of the upgraded model would involve more electrical or a condensate line. I had no confidence to proceed with WHM at any cost.

These guys are legit. My water heater went out at my rental property and they came the very same day to replace it. I first called Home Depot and they were trying to charge me $2395 to replace it and also do more unnecessary work than what was really needed. The Home Depot guy told me that he did not want to see me get ripped off and recommended I call WHM. He even told me to mention the $50 internet coupon. I started thinking that he may be a worker on the side which I really did not care. Anyways WHM ended up replacing my water heater for only $1,350. I saved almost $950. I learned a lesson, shop around before choosing a big company brand.

I rarely write a review, but believe this company and its staff warrant the recognition. I also would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top qualified technicians and excellent customer service. We experienced some issues with our tankless hot water heater and Alex and Mike have been true professionals and a pleasure to work with. It is very refreshing to have someone answer the phone, have availability, show up when they say they will, and be well qualified to handle the job.

I rely on yelp for finding qualified, competent contractors and this company is excellent.

On Oct. 30th George from Water Heater Masters came on time to my home to install a new water heater, now I have to tell you I am a female senior citizen and am hesitant to let anyone in my home, but I had done my research and was feeling confident in my choice.

George was kind, patient, informative, he also told me that my old (6 Yrs.)! Water heater which was put in when I bought my home was really dated from 1991! Boy did they rip me off! George also showed me how to turn off my water from the outside and my gas! Anyway, use this company, you won't be disappointed. They were prompt, excellent prices, and believe me, I shopped around! Pleasant, quick and respectful, he even cleaned up the area that wasn't part of his job! OK I'm done and a very happy customer. Thank you WHM's it's nice to know people like you who take pride in their work still exist.

Bobby installed a new water heater at our townhouse a couple months ago, and did a fantastic job! Our water heater was completely down, and though same day-service at that point was not expected at all, he stayed from about 4pm - 8pm and installed a new, high quality U.S.-built water heater that he came prepared with. Very professional and efficient, and from what I can tell, the install looks top notch... very clean and tight work.

Bobby was very friendly and easy to deal with, and offered us what seems like a pretty fair price for the install. Because of that, I decided not to get any other estimates as originally expected.

I apologize for the late review, but the small silver-lining is that I can now say it's been working for about two months now with no problems at all, as expected.
