Just had our standard water heater replaced by them. I spoke with Alex and he sent a technician out to my house the same day. I was given a quote for a standard water heater and asked for information on a tankless water heater. I was then given an appointment to have another technician come out to give me the information and pricing for it. Michael came out delivered the estimate and the work was Scheduled for the next day. He was prompt and completed the work with in the time frame given.
I highly recommend them, they are prompt, courteous, efficient and communicate well. I did call two other companies to compare and one charges $65 for an estimate and the other never returned my call.

My heroes! The tankless water heater in the attic stopped working, which is not fun with three small children in the family! We had only bought the house earlier this year, so didn't know how old the equipment was, had no warranty information, and anticipated having to replace the entire unit, and spending upwards of a thousand dollars. Water Heater Masters came out the same day we called, and fixed the problem, which only required replacing a part that had gone on the blink. Really nice people, and we appreciated their honesty. They could have told us we needed a new unit, and what would I have known? Instead, they charged us for the service call and the part, which together were about $150 (which I know from experience is less than it costs to have a plumber walk through your front door in San Francisco!) So I really applaud them for their integrity, as well as doing a great job.

We've used water heaters masters twice now. Once for our Rinnai tankless water heater install and a year later for a minor repipe. Both times they were prompt and fair. They gave us a quote for a repipe that two other companies said they wouldn't do. When they got under the house it turned out our water lines were run very strangely which was causing problems with flow and time for water to get hot. They spent an extra two hours fixing someone else's poor work and still stuck to the original quote! I will always call these guys first for our plumbing needs.

Our water heater started leaking yesterday, so we started a Yelp quote request this morning to replace our 20-year-old water heater. Water Heaters Masters is the one that can provide same-day service. Their price quote is very reasonable, and they arrived much sooner than we could ask for! Mike was the person that provided the help. We have zero-knowledge about water heaters; Mike helped us to install the new one within an hour. We have a 10 yr old 75 gal water heater that was leaking and needed replacement. We also want to replace it with a 50 gal tank instead since we have a small household. The water heater was out of commission for a week. In the past we would have done the repair work ourselves but due to my current physical condition we decided to call a plumber for this job. We called around (3 independent plumbing companies & HomeDepot contractor) for quotes and options. We finally decided to use Water Heater Masters and get our own tank from Lowes (AO Smith brand). The service technicians are Brian & Sam. They needed two persons to bring down the 75 gal (however Brian was able to bring the old water heater down by himself!!) After the work is done, here are the reasons why we think the company deserves a 5 stars rating:

* Field service technicians are punctual, personable, and highly

In summary, we are extremely happy with the service and cannot stress enough the professionalism of Brian and Sam. We would not hesitate using this company again for any future plumbing service and recommending this company to our friends and family.
